+ The rooms were modern and nicely decorated + The sauna, indoor pool, and hot tub were wonderful + The breakfast was delicious with a good variety + There was "nine-pin bowling" available in the hotel which was fun + The Fitness room was great + The parking space in front of the hotel was nice + The staff was friendly + We were informed about the wedding event in the hotel and were offered rooms far from the noise and crowd - The cleanness of the hotel could be improved: the curtains, plates, etc. had stains on them. Besides, there was a dead mosquito inside a clean breakfast bowl, which could happen as the doors/windows are open, but it should be addressed by the staff who see it. - The outdoor pool was very slippery and green due to the pool algae, which resembles nature perfectly but was not what we wished for. - The air conditioner was not working properly and even though we had it set on 16C! it was really warm inside the room so we had to turn it off and open the window instead.

Sehr enttäuscht. Altes Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Winziger Pool. Waren als Brauteltern auf der Feier mit Übernachtung und Frühstück. Es war ein ermäßigter Preis vereinbart, wurde aber dennoch voll berechnet. Dem Brautpaar wurden auch nur Steine in den Weg gelegt. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Schade, somit nie wieder und keine Empfehlung.

Very nice looking hotel. Nice breakfast buffet and a very good looking interior. The pool was lovely to swim in and the even is a sauna and a (small) gym. Eating dinner here is a bit more on the expensive side, but I do advise this hotel.

Top gepflegtes Hotel in guter Lage. Das Hotel liegt ein wenig abseits, wunderbar im Grünen. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem geräumigen Balkon, mit Blick in den Wald. Tolle moderne, smarte Steuerung für Klimaanlage, Licht und Audio. Ein schöner Spaziergang durch den Wald führt zur nahegelegenen Talsperre. Die Gastronomie ist einwandfrei. Ein Hotel das man immer wieder gerne ansteuert.

Tolles Hotel - wir waren für eine Tagung eingebucht. Der Service ist überall sehr zuvorkommend. Speisen sind morgens, mittags und abends sehr gut. Mitarbeiter sind sehr engagiert. Zimmer war auch sehr gut - recht neu im Nachbarhaus. Das Hotel hat viel zu bieten, aber bei einer Tagung konnte man nicht alles nutzen.

Schönes Hotel mit Schwächen im Service. Leider merkt man sehr schnell, daß ein großer Teil der Service Mitarbeiter nicht entsprechend ausgebildet ist. Alle haben ihr bestes gegeben, aber das reicht manchmal nicht. Essen: Drei Mal ein 3 Gänge Menü, 2x Rote Beete zur Vorspeise, 2x Scholle als Auswahl zum Hauptgang und 2x den gleichen Nachtisch. Lecker, aber nichts besonderes. Das Zimmer, der Wellness Bereich und die Massage haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem habe ich mich gut erholt. Würde nochmal kommen, allerdings ohne 3 Gänge Menü.

Sehr ruhiges Hotel in der Nähe der Talsperre. Von dort aus kann man direkt wandern oder mit dem Radfahren. Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen und großen Wellnessbereich. Es wäre gut wenn dort auch Handtücher zum Wechsel angeboten werden würden. Das Frühstück ist gut, leider gibt es keine frischen Säfte. Das Angebot an Gemüse und Obst ist ausreichend könnte aber mehr sein. Das Executive Zimmer ist sehr geräumig müsste aber renoviert werden. Der Teppich ist verschmutzt und im Bad sind Stock- und Schimmelflecken in der Dusche. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr ruhig mit einem schönen Ausblick auf den Wald. Das Konzept, dass die Zimmer nur alle drei Tage gereinigt werden ist in Ordnung, jedoch sollten zumindest die Mülleimer entleert und frisches Geschirr zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Zwischstop mit dem Rad zum Kuchen essen. Kuchen kam prompt, die Getränke leider nicht. Auch nach zweimaliger Nachfrage und 40 min später leider keine Reaktion vom Personal. 5€ für halben Kuchen bezahlt und wieder gefahren. Es war nicht das erste Mal das es so gelaufen ist, für uns aber sicherlich das letzte Mal das wir da gewesen sind.

Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Lage am Wald, es duftet nach Kiefernholz und 10 Minuten entfernt liegt ein wunderschöner See, der Thülsfelder Stausee. Das Hotel verdient zu Recht 4 Sterne, der Service ist erstklassig, das Essen sehr zu empfehlen und der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Selten haben wir uns von der ersten Minute an so wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut. Da wir mit Hund dort waren, war die Lage des Hotels prima, man kann kilometerweit laufen. Es war bestimmt nicht der letzte Aufenthalt im Hotel Heidegrund.

Quite and relaxing atmosphere. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. It's highly recommended to spend time there.

Service was ok. Nice people. Room was not very clean. At night we saw the dust on the ceiling. Nice location for a walk. Wellness was nice. Breakfast was good. Diner was bad. E.g. 3 slices bread not even toasted. With 2 kind of butter. Almost €10. Nothing special, expensive and we had to wait very long time for our food. We skipped dessert.

The hotel it's very nice, and I think they start to make a reformation, but I'm not sure cause I don't hear nothing. The woman from desk was so nicely, I call to the reception and she bring me so quickly another "Bademantel" cause mine from room it's xxxL. The buffet breakfast was good but the best thing that they have is the pool, the two saunas and the jacuzzi!! We gonna repeat it!

Very nice place to visit! Peaceful and quiet, surrounded by woods and placed by the lake. Everyone from the staff was very kind and helpful! Breakfast and dinner were also delicious. I really enjoyed the stay.

Located in forest area this hotel has evrrything that makes you want to stay longer. Nice rooms, comfort beds, good restaurant swimming pool. High class staff.

good hotel, very nice if you like things out of the way instead of in the city. never really weird system though you have to keep your key in some sort of a slot at the door otherwise the lights won't work. that was the only annoying thing

Very good hotel with a beautiful spa included in the price. Excellent breakfast.
