On the way back I noticed that none of the steering wheel buttons were working anymore. The next morning I went back to the E.Röll car dealership in Brake. There the foreman told me that the failure of the horn and all steering wheel buttons had nothing to do with replacing the airbag and that there was no time to deal with the matter now. But you can arrange a new workshop appointment. Three days later I went to another workshop, where the receptionist told me that they already had a suspicion, but that they wanted to connect the diagnostic device first. After 3 minutes I was asked to go to my car. The mechanic had pulled out the airbag and showed me that the E.Röll car dealership had simply forgotten to plug in the second plug for the failed control parts. After another 2 minutes the error was corrected. Don't get me wrong, mistakes can happen anywhere. Does not matter. But telling me when I handed it over that the horn was defective and that was already the case before the airbag was replaced and then telling me the next day that the failure of all the steering wheel buttons had nothing to do with the replacement of the airbag is quite right surprising.     I was here for an oil change and inspection. Everything went well. The appointment was on time and all the employees were very friendly. It was discussed what would be done and how much it would cost. The car was even finished almost 2 hours faster than planned. The costs were right, except for €20.

    Klasse Erfahrung! 800km vom Heimatort entfernt drohte ein Motorschaden bei längerer Fahrt, wenn nicht sofort repariert wird. Das Team war mega flexibel, sehr freundlich vom Empfang bis zum Werkstattmeister und hat uns kurzfristig eingeschoben, so dass wir nach 2 Tagen beruhigt wieder in den Süden fahren konnten.     Großes Lob! Uns wurde auf dem Weg in den Urlaub sofort geholfen. Unsere Klimaanlage hatte bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad den Geist aufgegeben und so haben wir schwitzend beim Autohaus Röll angehalten, das zufällig auf unserem Weg lag. Dort trafen wir auf durchweg sehr freundliche und gut gelaunte Mitarbeiter, die sich unseres Problems annahmen. Wenige Stunden später konnten wir, nach fachmännischer Reparatur zu fairem Preis, unsere Fahrt angenehm klimatisiert fortsetzen. Der Empfang ; die Dame sehr nett und freundlich macht auch Spaß mit. Habe mich sehr darüber gefreut.     We took our Golf to E. Röll for an inspection in Brake on May 10, 2023. What was done during this service, what the "extended scope of inspection" is, how much tread depth the tires have, what air pressure, whether the brakes are OK, etc., etc., etc. We didn't know at first because we... did not receive a maintenance list/service checklist. We also commissioned a wheel alignment with calibration of the radar sensor for ACC and the calibration of the front camera. According to Mr. Hölken, the camber on the front axle was not corrected because it was only slightly out of tolerance and the effort required to correct it was high is disproportionate. - This effort was not worth it, but was still calculated at 41.48 net! There was also no record of this measurement. There was no response to an email in which we complained about the circumstances for two weeks.
