Yesterday
I
was
at
Tina's
because
of
a
blockage
in
the
ISG.
Previous
visits
to
the
doctor
and
physiotherapy
elsewhere
made
my
situation
worse
rather
than
better,
as
I
was
treated
very
violently.
Back2health's
appointment
process
went
smoothly
over
the
phone
and
I
got
an
appointment
within
a
week.
At
my
appointment
I
was
greeted
in
a
very
friendly
manner
by
Tina,
who
explained
to
me
in
detail
how
this
first
therapy
works.
The
appointment
lasts
about
1
hour.
First,
a
detailed
anamnesis
is
taken,
in
which
medical
and
health
aspects
are
queried
and
discussed,
as
well
as
the
extent,
type
and
duration
of
the
existing
complaints.
The
physical
examination
is
quick
and
professional.
I
had
to
take
off
my
top
to
do
this,
but
I
didn't
find
it
uncomfortable
at
all.
A
model
is
used
to
clearly
explain
which
part
of
the
spine
is
involved
and
what
effects
everything
has
on
the
entire
body.
After
the
first
20
minutes
I
went
to
manual
therapy,
where
I
was
always
informed
about
what
was
being
done
and
why.
During
the
treatment,
the
model
is
used
again
and
again
so
that
it
becomes
clearer
where
the
movement
is
taking
place
and
what
meaning
or
effects
it
has.
I
was
constantly
reassured
that
I
wasn't
in
pain
or
uncomfortable,
although
neither
was
the
case.
I
was
shown
practical
exercises
that
were
carried
out
together
and
was
taped.
A
photo
was
taken
of
the
tape
on
my
back
with
my
smartphone
so
that
I
could
see
my
protective
posture
and
the
tape
itself.
Tina
is
competent,
considerate,
attentive
and
empathetic
in
what
she
does.
After
this
one
appointment
I
felt
significantly
better
because
the
therapy
was
carried
out
really
effectively.
In
my
case,
further
appointments
are
made
from
appointment
to
appointment
to
assess
whether
further
therapies
are
necessary.
This
doesn't
make
me
feel
like
I
have
to
commit
financially.
The
invoice
will
be
sent
by
post
after
approval.
I
can
fully
recommend
Back2Health
and
encourage
everyone
to
go
there.
