I
made
an
appointment
months
ago.
I
specifically
called
the
open
MRT
for
this
because
I
couldn't
make
an
appointment
via
Doctolib.
There
I
was
informed
that
this
is
still
possible.
This
was
followed
by
a
step-by-step
explanation
of
how
I
could
arrange
the
appointment.
I
did
this
as
explained
and
was
confirmed
by
phone
that
this
appointment
could
be
found
in
the
system.
The
bad
surprise
came
today
when
my
appointment
was
supposed
to
take
place.
I
was
told
by
the
quite
unfriendly
receptionist,
who
initially
chewed
chewing
gum
loudly
and
ignored
other
patients
and
me,
that
I
only
had
an
appointment
in
the
closed
MRI.
However,
I
already
had
an
open
MRI
in
the
last
quarter
because
I
am
a
fearful
patient
and
cannot
go
into
a
closed
tube.
I
explained
that
I
had
made
the
appointment
after
being
asked
and
explained
on
the
phone
and
asked
whether
there
was
a
possibility
that
the
appointment
could
still
take
place
today,
since
I
had
to
travel
more
than
an
hour.
Waiting
time
wouldn't
have
been
a
problem
Then
the
doctor
(?)
came
to
explain
to
me
that
there
was
no
longer
an
appointment.
I
was
yelled
at
after
I
was
asked
a
question
that
I
shouldn't
talk
but
he
wanted
to
explain
his
situation
to
me.
He
doesn't
have
an
appointment
available
anymore,
I'm
supposed
to
come
tomorrow
at
8:30
p.m.
This
appointment
is
reserved
for
private
patients
but
I
would
still
get
it
even
though
I
only
have
statutory
insurance
(that's
his
emphasis).
In
addition,
he
can
no
longer
accommodate
me
today
because
then
he
would
have
to
stay
15
minutes
longer
and
I
wouldn't
pay
him
for
it.
These
statements
confirmed
my
first
impression
that
it
was
all
about
the
money.
So
then
I
had
to
go
to
a
closed
MRI.
The
ladies
at
the
registration
desk
were
very
nice,
which
was
definitely
the
only
positive
thing
about
this
visit
to
the
doctor
today.
These
two
ladies
also
told
me
that
not
only
was
the
behavior
of
my
colleagues
during
the
open
MRI
incorrect,
but
also
the
information
about
making
an
appointment.
What
followed
was
the
longest
15
minutes
I've
ever
had...
Well,
I
wish
the
team
at
the
open
MRI
that
you
are
never
confronted
with
such
fear
and
if
you
are,
that
you
have
someone
at
your
side
who
has
more
empathy,
empathy
and
kindness
for
you...
