Mr. Choudhry was friendly and seemed very competent. Everything was explained well, questions were answered and the concerns were taken seriously. For me as a layperson, the treatment seems appropriate, neither too much nor too little. I will be happy to continue using him as an ENT doctor, especially since appointments can be made quickly thanks to online appointments and, for me, very promptly (the next day) :)

The practice makes a great impression, everything is new and clean. The reception staff were very nice. For the first time in my life I got to see a doctor so punctually! Zutritt verwehrt wg. Maskenbefreiung, Drohung anwaltlicher Schritte bei schlechter Bewertung. Beim letzten Besuch wurde mir von Dr.Horn der Zugang verwehrt aufgrund von Maskenbefreiung. Nach der Ankündigung einer schlechten Bewertung, Drohung anwaltlicher Schritte ggn.mich. Eigentlich Patientin bei Dr.Choudry, den ich für kompetent halte und der d Befreiung akzeptiert hatte. Personal unfreundlich.

Mr. Kolb is a very pleasant and competent colleague. The treatment of patients is consistently professional. I can only recommend this practice!

In my case, there was obviously chaos in practice management. Letters allegedly didn't arrive there several times, I was called to the practice pointlessly and should have come again. I'm not technically convinced either. I was suggested (expensive) and complex desensitization, which turned out to be unnecessary. Then my written complaint was ignored. My impression is that profit is placed above patients here and people would rather invest in flashy facilities than in staff. Therefore: bad rating, I'd rather go somewhere else.

Meine Beschwerden wurden vom Arzt nicht ernst genommen, ich solle eine Ibu nehmen und wieder zur Arbeit gehen. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

I already know the practice from Neuenheim, and now I was treated by Dr. in the new Bahnstadt practice. Markus Kolb. I can say that I felt extremely well treated here: - The appointment was made online - The practice is well located at the entrance to Bahnstadt - Registration/questionnaire via I-Pad (or paper if you want) - short waiting times - everything is super new and very clean - Very friendly practice staff But above all the treatment by Dr. Kolb absolutely convinced me: he is simply a top doctor, both personally and professionally (as far as I can tell), who treats his patients with passion and commitment. He answers all questions and a very trustworthy relationship develops, which was definitely beneficial to my healing. Despite his young age, he seemed very experienced to me and explained everything to me calmly and understandably. Thank you for the great treatment, Mr. Dr. Kolb!

The ENT I trust! Every time I feel like I'm in great hands with my complaints, I get an appointment quickly (with little waiting time) and what's more, the team is very competent, friendly and accommodating! Many practices could like to learn something from this :)

Top doctor! took care of my problems straight away and explained to me completely how I could deal with them/what options I had! Follow-up appointments are also just a telephone appointment, which I think respects the patient's time (so you don't have to make a special trip)! I've had a few bad experiences with ENT doctors but today's appointment was the exact opposite I can only recommend.
