Ich habe um 11Uhr angerufen und sie haben mir gesagt, dass es kein Problem ist, in 15 min zu kommen. Ich bin sofort losgefahren und ich war um 11:15 da. Es gab viele andere Patienten und ich wurde zu der Terasse geschickt. Ich habe da bis 12:15 gewartet und ich war erkältet und es war kalt. Dann ist der Arzt zu mir gekommen und hat mir nicht gesagt, was meine Diagnose ist. Er ist dann nach drinnen gegangen und hat mir gesagt, kurz zu warten und dass er sofort zu mir zurückkommt. Ich habe dann noch eine ganze Stunde erkältet draußen gewartet. Dann bin ich nach drinnen gegangen und sie haben mich nochmal untersucht und ein neues Rezept gegeben. Es war leider eine unangenehme Erfahrung.

Diese Arztpraxis ist empfehlenswert! Patienten werden gut behandelt und die Ärzte sind sympathisch. Wartezeiten sind normal und dass diese auch mal draußen bei Verdacht auf Corona stattfinden, ist auch verständlich! Die Beschwerden über Wartezeiten usw. kann ich nicht verstehen. Verständnis sollte gezeigt werden, alleine der Empfang zeigt doch unter welchem Stress das Personal arbeiten muss, damit jeder Patient aufgenommen und behandelt werden kann.

Doctor spoke perfectly good English. No issues with communication and they’re very used to international patients. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hüger is a great medical doctor. I have been treating myself with her for around 2 years and can only indicate. She does check ups regularly, takes all necessary actions for the good health of her patients. She takes her time to listen to my questions and problems. I have nothing to complain about this Praxis.

Dr Hüger is an amazing doctor. She took her time to listen to everything I had to say and was not only patient but also very empathetic. I am just temporarily here in Heidelberg, but if I were living here, I would have made her my Hausärztin :)

I have been seeing Dr. Meyer at this clinic for about a year now. From the very first appointment I knew I had come to the right place. She is a friendly, warm, and compassionate doctor who truly cares about her patients. In just a couple of visits, I was comfortable sharing all my medical and personal history with her. Communication with her has also been so easy and enjoyable that I always felt better and reassured after a visit. She listens carefully, remembers all the little details, and allows for as much time as needed. I never felt like I had to rush through an appointment with her. Being my doctor, I always felt well taken care of and in very good hands. She certainly brought me a great sense of security during a very difficult and critical year. It will be very hard to replace her, not only as a good doctor but as a great person as well. I thank her deeply for everything she has done and wish her all the best.
