Friendly crew helping with problems. It is relatively clean and organized. Easy to book appointments and the lady on the phone was friendly. Also speaking english, so anyone who is not native can easily go here.

Kulanz ist bei Physiocircle ein Fremdwort! Ich hatte Ende Oktober 2020 eine Mehrfachkarte im Wert von ca. 100€ für Massagen gekauft. Auf Grund von Corona Lockdown (Verbot von nicht notwendigen körpernahen Tätigkeiten) habe ich diese allerdings erst im Frühjahr 2021 einlösen wollen. Dies wurde mit Hinweis auf den Ablauf der Gültigkeit von 15 Wochen aber abgelehnt und auch sonst keine kulante Alternative angeboten. Das Geld ist verloren! Auf Grund dieser Erfahrung werde ich dort nie wieder Kunde werden und möchte alle anderen Kunden warnen genauestens auf das Kleingedruckte zu achten und keine Kulanz zu erwarten. Sehr schade!

The therapy itself was quite good. However, appointments were repeatedly canceled and no corona respirators were (or will be) worn. Neither in the fitness area nor in the therapy rooms, nor in the entrance area. An absolute no-go for me in times like this.

I can't imagine a better physical therapy practice. All the people I met there are extremely friendly and competent. I feel extremely well looked after with David and know that I can rely on him. From physical therapy to lymphatic drainage - he knows what to do (as well as when and how). When David wasn't available, Tobias stood in for him - I was really thrilled on those days too. The receptionist is also very friendly and competent, making appointments works great... The whole team is excellent.
