I had a 90 minute sports massage with Josuf (I think this was his name). It was a very good massage, with the perfect firmness. I told him that I was experiencing hip pain, and I appreciated that he focused a lot of time on my lower back and hips. This was my second time here, and no complaints other than the fact that they use a LOT of oil, and I had to ask for a towel to wipe it all off at the end (I think if you use that much oil, a towel should be automatically provided). It's such a minor complaint, though, and I will definitely be back again.

Alexandra was amazing. I've never had such a fantastic sport massage. Her English was great and the salon was very responsive and helpful with my last-minute appointment.

Best massage in Heidelberg! The entrance is a bit off-putting (a small sign and doorbell at the entrance to a grand old house) but once you go down into the basement everything is well lit, very clean and attractively decorated. Both the masseurs are very good, although I prefer Helena, and speak excellent German. Lucky, I'm told, also speaks English. There are 2 massage rooms and a bathroom with a spotless shower. You can now book on the website or, if you phone, they will call you back. One of the things I like is that they don't stop the massage if someone calls or rings the bell but it means that they usually don't answer telephone calls and there is no answering machine. They are very busy so it is best to make an appointment in advance.

Amazing! The best massage I have had in Heidelberg. Svetlana was my therapist and not only was her customer service great but I left feeling completely relaxed. They have made sure everything here is top notch, clean and relaxing. I can't recommend them enough.

My experience in this place was amazing thanks to Lucky. I was stressing a lot because of the nonstop home office but after having an anti-stress massage with hot stones I felt refreshed. I already visited several spa places in Heidelberg and I can say that the royal's massage is the best. It is quite pricey, but if you really love yourself just make a present for yourself and enjoy your time at the Royals.

Highly recommend. Traveling with a sports team from out of country and got a massage by Helena. I'm pretty picky about my massages as I am also a massage therapist and I have to say Helena did an outstanding massage. Great mixture of relaxing and deep. As I don't speak German, and she does not speak English, I believe the owner, Lucky, did a great job following up with my email to make sure what I wanted to get accomplished in my session, she would make sure Helena was aware so there was no language barrier. On a trip to Heidelberg, I booked a last minute massage with Alexandra after experience horrific back pain due to my scoliosis. She was amazing. I felt totally heard... she found all of the areas that were tight and focused on them.
