Great Scandinavian shop with great items and good prices. It's just a little cramped and confusing inside. But a visit is worth it.

Absolutely cheap quality and no goodwill in the store. I purchased a water carafe/vase there which burst open without touching the handle. I went to the store after 7 days to exchange it without a receipt, the crack was clearly in the adhesive between the handle and the container - I didn't receive a new one! If you sell poorly produced goods and are such a large chain, you should be able to replace, repair or offer an alternative to the goods within a short period of time. The question here is whether and how you want to manage the customer relationship.
