If you are planning for a Hop-on hop-off bus tour, you can get the tickets here. If you could visit multiple places within the limited time, get a Stuttgart card that can be used to reduce the city tour fair and can also be used for free entries to many places within the city. A tourist information center is available at this place and they can give you all the information and tickets.

Helpful staff and pleasant atmosphere. There are a lot of information leaflets so you have a great choice of what is going on in Stuttgart. Free wi-fi should be available, but did not work in my case.

Protest against vehicles on this Sunday. No one told us beforehand. Just missed the Hop on Hop off bus. Roads to be blocked by the protesters. Shame on us, city pretty much closed on Sundays which we didn't know, or research . Hotel restaurant closed, bar open.

Very nice tourist information point with a very wide range of products and information. Also for other surrounding areas besides Stuttgart itself. Many different free brochures (both in German and other languages) to VfB Stuttgart fan articles. From souvenirs to a ticket outlet. 5 stars for the staff. The very friendly man went the extra mile to find the answer to my question, also in fluent English. In other places people are not always willing to do that, I experienced. Danke schön!

Amazing help from Connie with getting us to Munich after our flight was diverted and train cancelled. The staff here were very welcoming and had great advice on what to do in our tough situation, they also gave great suggestions for things to do in Stuttgart if we were delayed longer. Many thanks to them for saving our trip.

Connie is a lifesaver! We were stuck in Stuttgart after our flight (and then train) were cancelled and couldn’t find a 7 person taxi. She was super nice and managed to get us a big enough taxi at a fair price. Don’t know what we would have done without her help!

Connie was very helpful when my friends and I got stuck in Stuttgart from the snow. She helped us somehow find a taxi all the way to Munich and was very kind the whole time
