Top notch restaurant. Must experience ,food and wine is exceptional Excellent service and info on wine provided. Their Grappa selection also amazing. Gets busy so book early to avoid disappointment. Nice view over the harbour and parking close by, steps to old town right next door. Probably for me best in Sciacca.

Slightly scruffy neighbourhood but very nice restaurant. Brilliant (mostly fish) dishes, exceedingly helpful staff, and nice seating on the balcony. The tuna was especially nice as well as the welcome small bites. Impressive wine list as well. Would definitely come back.

Poetry for the soul and the palate. Never tasted something like Mazara’s shrimps, it’s an indescribable experience. If you’re visiting Sciacca this one is a must.

This place saved us in our last night in Sciacca! They accommodated us without a reservation and the Mount Etna wine suggested by our waitress made the meal even more perfect!

We stopped for lunch and were positively surprised by the high quality of the dishes and a very attentive service.

Restaurant food and view top notch. Wine list, even by the glass, outstanding. What really amazed us though was the service where the absolute Queen is Sommelier Laura: 2nd place in 2020 Sicilian Championship, she is going to participate to 2021 in a few days and we are sure she is gonna win!!! Never encountered such wine knowledge in our entire life. And, very much kind and patient to explain you everything she knows..which is a LOT. Highly recommendable experience!!! Micky and Marco

Beautiful view from the balcony! Food is fantastic and so is the service.

We went to Sciccia to see the harbour and stumbled across this restaurant and had the best meal of our 2 weeks stay in Sicily. We were here at lunch time during a week in the beginning of September and it was a quiet and clientele `grown-up´. We chose the tasting menu and the food was amazing, based on Sicilian tradition and ingredients. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was nice and cool on a very hot and humid afternoon. A great experience and would recommend it to anyone who wants to mark an occasion or as a special treat!

This is an unexpected place - second floor, discreet entrance - but possibly the best restaurant in Sciacca. Raw red shrimp and scampi are highly, highly recommended. Top notch seafood. Excellent wine list. Maria should take good care of you.

Seriuos competition for my favorite eatery in Sicily. 7 visits in 9 years and over 200 meals in Sicily. La Lampara is giving my favorite Sicilian restaurant SERIOUS competition. Bravo!

Great service, great wines ! Unfortunately the food did not meet our expectations, they have great ideas and GREAT quality but the chef did not know how to handle them and the food became flat and boring.

Don’t believe the reviews, this place is expensive and the food & service are not worth it. Very disappointing.
