I
ordered
a
Birthday
cake,
Roses
and
a
mobile
card
to
be
delivered
to
my
daughter.
It
was
her
birthday.
As
they
put
it
on
their
website
I
trusted
them
to
deliver
happiness
to
my
daughter.
Since
it
is
a
fasting
season,
before
I
ordered
the
cake
I
asked
how
to
order
a
fasting
cake
and
I
was
told
to
write
in
the
comment
section
what
I
need.
So
I
ordered
Sheraton's
white
forest
cake
and
put
fasting
cake
in
the
comment.
I
also
asked
if
it
can
be
delivered
before
lunch
time
so
my
daughter
can
have
the
cake
when
she
celebrate
her
special
day.
What
happened
was
very
disappointing.
I,
my
husband,
my
sister
in
law
had
to
call
them
several
times
with
no
success.
They
didn't
respond
to
our
phone
calls.
At
last
my
husband
texted
"my
kid's
birthday"
on
their
Ethiopia's
phone
number
we
got
from
one
of
the
customer.
A
guy
called
back
and
asked
what
the
order
was!?
Anyways
after
so
many
disappointments
"the
order"
got
delivered
to
my
daughter
on
March
07,2020
5PM(11o'clock
local
time)
after
almost
the
day
is
gone.
Not
only
that!
They
delivered
Non
fasting
Chocolate
cake!
Unbelievable!
They
also
didn't
deliver
the
mobile
card!
I
tried
to
reach
out
through
Msgs,
what's
up.....no
response!
I
witnessed
very
poor
inefficient
customer
service.
There
is
no
happiness
delivered
rather
disappointment!
