šŸ˜  Sat here for 3 hours today before being seen. Little one had a double ear infection. Doc said sheā€™d call in prescription to Safeway, and never did. Now the place is closed and I get the joy of spending more hours out of my day tomorrow trying to get a F$#%ing prescription that should have been done... People often mention doctor, told,

Now the place is closed and I get the joy of spending more hours out of my day tomorrow trying to get a F$#%ing prescription that should have been done already! The name of this place doesnā€™t do it justice. Needs to be renamed to ā€œNo Urgency Whatsoeverā€ or ā€œLack of Urgent Careā€.

Went to Urgent Care on Saturday, Oct 1st at opening time. Checked in, completed paperwork, and waited 45 minutes, only to be told there wasn't a doctor available. Tried to go to Quick Care on Sunday, but they were closed. Went back to Urgent care. Was told it would be an hour wait. Waited over 3 hours before finally getting in. Took 4 hours total, 1 doctor, seeing only 1 patient at a time for approximately 25 minutes per patient, before the next patient would be called in. Lousy system.

My toddler had a very classic history for a Toddler's fracture of the tibia. My wife was incorrectly told he had a green stick fracture that led to an inappropriate CPS investigation. Fortunately, the splint was done correctly and the appropriate follow up was given. The entire staff was pleasant except the nurse practitioner whose unpleasantness made an already terribly stressful experience significantly worse. We chose this urgent care based on its higher google reviews so I thought it appropriate to knock it down a notch. To the NP- a little humility and kindness would have gone a long way.

My son was sick with fever and showing pain in his ears. Was told he just had congestion and nothing was prescribed. Later that evening his fever spiked again so I took him to the ER and they diagnosed him with double ear infection and strep throatā€¦ Poor misdiagnosis wonā€™t go back.

the clerks made me feel very very unwelcomed and didnā€™t show any empathy to me being sick. Didnā€™t even greet me when I walked through the door even tho I was literally the only person in there. The only person who was nice to be was the doctor (unfortunately I donā€™t remember her name but she had natural red hair) Do better please. Idc if youā€™ve have a bad day, most of the patients going in obviously donā€™t feel good, be a human and have some compassion for others.

Took my 3 yr old in for a sore on the elbo and when the "doctor " wanted to examine the body my son got scared. That doctor didn't try to gain trust instead grabbed my son and yelled at him to calm down. Then told me I needed to talk to him... HES 3!!! Worst experience ever. I wouldn't even give one star, that place is falling apart.

Terrible experience. Waited 3 hours before I was seen. Then when I actually was seen, the doctor diagnosed me with covid and refused to prescribe any medication. People of Scottsbluff, I promise you it is worth the hour long drive to go to Dr. Fattig's in Alliance.

Try actually reading the reviews/criticism, you might actually just have a revelation or two. Or, continue, to post the same ingenuous reply to every negative post, and watch your business crumble in the courtroom. šŸ˜‰ /Completely your choice.

I took my 10 month old in for high fever, projectile vomiting, lethargy, and abdominal tenderness. The male medical professional we saw was condescending and told us she just was teething and wrote prescription for allergy meds. She ended up in the ER that night with severe infection as temp kept rising and was unarousable. She could have gone into severe kidney failure if we didnā€™t bring her in to ER. The professional at this Scottsbluff location was very dismissive and not thorough. Did not listen to concerns. Do not recommend for pediatric care.

Iā€™ve usually had good experiences here, but I took my 13 month old because he had a fever of 101.5 and was coughing like crazy, and acting lathargic. The nurses were great, brought some ibuprofen as it was time for another dose, the doctor came in seemed rush looked at his throat, listened, said he didnā€™t sound bad enough to test for the flu and didnā€™t want to do any other tests because he didnā€™t want to irritate him, said he had a sore throat and sent us off. Two days go by my sons fever finally broke but still acting the same, I took him to Quick Care and learned that not only does he have an ear infection but also tested positive for the flu.

We were very pleased and impressed with the professionalism and concern exhibited by the staff at Urgent Care. (Our wait time was minimal.) The medical professional that attended to my family member was excellent. This was over the weekend...5-BIG-STARS!

Went in on a Saturday and had a script given to me that was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy by the staff here and it's been 2 days now that my pharmacy hasn't received my script for my meds..... It's nice to know that our medical system in Scottsbluff can do their job so fantasticly that I have to contact them to find out if my script even got sent over and from my findings it has yet to be sent over so I have had to fight my illness with out medication..... I'm very very very impressed with their actions at this facility.....

Fantastic. Was in and out in less than an hour, had an ingrown toenail yanked out. No pain, great work. Very professional!

Having to wait a hour and a half to been seen. That's ridiculous. I would have went to QuckCare if they were open.
