Driving thru and saw the big sign off the interstate. I was hesitant cause I wasn’t sure if this was a pre-pandemic sign that never got taken down. But we took a chance and I’m so glad we stopped. One the space was spotless. I was able to order on the kiosk easy breezy. The kids area is huge for a McDonald’s. The actual play are is not the big. And it’s more of a climb up and down area. But my kids (3 & 4) were in heaven. Even my timid 3 yr old climbed her way to the very top. There were a couple of other families there. They all played really well together. And the staff came in a few times to spot clean which I appreciated. Food was what you expect. My fries were cold but as a mom of three anybody entertain these kids and I’m less finicky. They forgot to bring us a couple of things but I found the customer service top tier. They apologized and got it to me right away. No complaints I would definitely stop by on our way back down south. Oh and nice touch on the bathroom. The kiddie area has its own large bathroom. With kid size toilet and kid height sink. Only thing missing was a place to hang my baby bag to change my infant.

Decent service. Huge dining area. Huge playground area with things for kids of all ages. The room even has a separate restroom with a little kiddie toilet. Word is that the daily double burger is delicious with fresh topping ingredients. Oh and you order yourself on large screens inside the doors. Good road-trip stop for us indeed.

I love Big Mac and Chicken McNuggets, because it is the #1 Fast-food chain of all time like Former President Donald Trump. At Rubbie's Southside Bar and Grill in Louisville, KY, they have the same burger as your guys' burger, but it is very close; it is called "Double Decker Rubbie Burger." Your and Rubbie's burger have 3 buns (1 top and 2 bottom), different ingredients, and of course they are messy. The owner of Rubbie's said, "Hopefully much better than a Big Mac. LOL!" They have 3 buns, but little bit different, so there is a difference between Big Mac and Double Decker Rubbie Burger. I liker Big Mac better than their burger, because I eat it like Donald Trump.

It's McDonald's... Is what I've said before. I'm from Utah, and I never knew how good meat tasted out here. It was better in Indiana. Other than that, when you go to McDonald's, you know what you're going to get. Same way every time. Oh, and the Quarter Pounder is cooked fresh to order, in case you wanted to know.

I understand that the staff doesn't know ppl are in a wheelchair if you're in the drive-thru but they don't give you time to see your orders right they rushed me through I go around to check sure enough they'd forgotten something, I go back through and the young man lost his living mind bci raised my voice and he got the manager I thought ok I'll be dealing with a adult now, oh no this man screamed as loud as he could and demanded to see my receipt I was looking for it he snatched it out my hand like a maniac and told me to not upset his workers and don't come back... needless to say I gave him a piece of my mind and I'll not repeat it but my experience was terrible I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This is quite possibly the nicest McDonalds I've ever been to. It had a great play place. Service was good too. 😀

This is the slowest fast food restaurant in Indiana, and you have to check your food bag before you leave the parking lot. They get our order wrong 80% of the time. The 2 drive-thru lanes have no order, so someone who pulls in after you may still end up in front of you. Best restaurant to go to if you like to live in chaos.

I usually use the app where there are tons of great discounts! So I placed my order online in the app and all I have to do is choose if I want to do curbside, go through the drive-thru, or come in and pick it up at the counter. The app card only payment but if you come into the store and use the kiosk then you can choose to pay at the counter. Truly not the best location on the planet but they're not as bad as some places I've seen. Scottsburg store is not dirty as many are, they upkeep the play area, and the food is good usually. Unless they give you chicken nuggets from hours ago

Love the breakfast (sometimes biscuits are a lil hard) other than that foods good. Best worker they have is a woman named Shelley. She goes above & beyond for her customers.

Walked in today as I typically do on Fridays after work. Reached around the corner to grab my bag of food and the manager yelled at me for the counter. Called Cody, what I assume to be store manager, and he basically told me I was in the wrong for reaching to get my food. Terrible customer service and absolutely zero professionalism. Not to mention I was standing in a crowd of people just trying to get my food so I can leave. Many better ways to handle a situation like that then yelling across the store

Really great and easy experience. I used the in store kiosk and my mobile code. Super easy to order and customize, pay. The staff was nice. The place was clean. I'm not from Scottsburg but was visiting family in the area. My own area of Greensburg could really take pointers and experience from this location! Absolutely a big difference!

Pretty busy night, but the staff could've been on their A game a little more. First time here so can't judge too much on one bad night. Play area was decently clean.

I love McDonald's breakfast as well as their other meals. They have some great dessert selections too, the caramel sundae is so good. They also have great hot chocolate.

The play area was new and clean. There is a family bathroom in the play area which is so convenient. We ordered by kiosk and our food was delivered to our table in a timely fashion. Happy meals and fun place to stop when traveling

This McDonald’s was impressive! From being greeted right when I walked in the door to the service I received. And to top it off, they had extremely clean bathrooms. Exceptional customer service.

Service was very slow. Took 45 minutes to get food. However, from the perspective of my 8 year old, this was an amazing experience on his bucket list.

The food was yummy and the staff was quick, yet friendly. The perfect stop on the way to fishing. We were through the drive thru under 5 min.
