    My first week at Pulse Fitness. 6 straight days of awesomeness. Every question handled with great solutions personalized for me, every exercise spot on beneficial and great. It’s exactly what I need to continue my fitness journey and continue bikini physique competing. It was everything snd more than I expected after a thorough intake with the Fitness Director Zack. The staff absolutely gave me 100+ and met all my needs. I’m SO glad I made this decision to get back to functional training. It’s the Best! And- they have great toys snd equipment, and spotless clean and organized. I recommend 5⭐️s for sure. It everything I wanted snd needed to build my personal greatness.

    I am not one to post reviews that often unless it is something absolutely horrendous or absolutely exceptional. I have to say only being a member here for one month, it has been the best decision I’ve made in years. I have tried every gym out there, every type of program, I even convinced myself into buying a peloton during quarantine, and I have never committed to anything before, like I have with Legacy. The attention that the trainers give each and everyone of us is unlike any other that I’ve received from other gyms. The genuine interest from the team as a whole truly makes you feel like you were getting world-class service. I also love that they do body scans each month. All my numbers are going in the right direction and so many other things have improved overall with my life style; eating habits, water intake, endurance to name a few. Stop wasting your time deciding on what gym to join. Legacy personal training is absolutely exceptional!

    I joined the Fit Over 40 program and I am so glad I did. The staff at Pulse is incredibly involved in your success and motivates you to be the best you there is. I would highly recommend Pulse Fitness to anyone. The class structure is the best of both worlds. Personal training in a group setting... doesn't get much better than that. The coaches personalize the workout for you in all aspects. Members are friendly and the facility is spotless. So glad I decided to join!

    Finding Legacy was a gift for me. I would drive past (formerly, Pulse Fitness) every day, at least 2 times per day, and I always wondered what it was like. I knew I was ready to take a step toward a fitness journey, when I found myself out of breath from bending over to tie my shoes! I had always worked out in some capacity, but took a very long hiatus because I allowed work, kids, activities consume me, so never took time for myself or my health. So one random Saturday morning, almost 5 years ago, I walked into (Pulse), signed up on the spot and never looked back! I had been so used to making “donations” to gyms but this was different. I was held accountable for not showing up. All the workouts are scheduled (like a business meeting), and you’re on someone else’s time (the trainers and other members), so I never wanted to disappoint them either. When I started I could barely lift 15 pounds. My last PR for hip thrust was 309 pounds, so to say I’ve come a long way is an understatement. Legacy Fitness has changed me in such a positive way. The trainers are incredible, the gym is state of the art…I am now at a point in my life where I make excuses to not show up for the other things going on so I don’t miss a day working out!

    I started training to help my golf game and repair my body from health issues. I’ve been going to Legacy for about 90 days now, and I'm seeing some solid results. The staff and coaches are great and are always willing to help you, and they are continually monitoring your progress. I'm happy to report that I'm feeling better, losing body fat, and gaining muscle and I couldn't be more pleased with the progress. I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds.     I joined about a year ago and it’s been a great experience! All the coaches are very knowledgeable and do a great job of making it a personal experience. If you have an injury they always remember and make sure modifications are made. If you’re looking for something in between a one-on-one sessions and a big group session then this offers a lot. There is usually one instructor to about five people which gives them the ability to focus on individuals and provide each person with their own tailored plan. The coaches are all personable and the environment is encouraging which keeps me motivated!!

    For almost 2 years now I have called Legacy Personal training my home for many reasons. They have a team of experienced trainers who create a program specific to your fitness goals. Specifically, my trainer; Brande, has helped me to improve my balance, strength, and endurance at each session. She also assists with nutrition goals by providing healthy recipes. Legacy is a top notch facility with great new equipment, Not to mention the many people I’ve met and shared training sessions together!

    Since moving to the Valley I have been searching for a specific gym. I am not a seasoned gym person, but I know that my balance, strength and energy level has been slipping and it was time to get back into a program. I saw Legacy Personal Training on Facebook for Ladies over 50 to join. I signed up immediately! The semi-private training session are the best – small groups working at your own pace with guidance from the excellent coaches on staff. Legacy Personal Training is a professional fun place to work out! Always feel like I’m part of a big family. After six months, I am stronger, leaner and have more energy! You can be too!

    I’ve been coming to Legacy Fitness for about two years now. The coaches are fantastic. It’s such a positive environment. The total body training and strength building workouts are super important as part of my daily routine. I always look forward to coming here five days a week. I would highly recommend Legacy Fitness to anyone looking to get into a fitness routine and see quick results!

    Absolutely wonderful training program. The coaches are professional, warm and caring, and 100% there for you. The tailored workouts are super effective and efficient. My teenager was reluctant to go and after her first workout is smiling and planning her sessions weeks ahead! I am 55 and LOVING this gym experience. The way the workout programs are designed creates such motivation. Everyone is so welcoming, you immediately feel included. I highly recommend!!

    I joined two weeks ago and I can say after years of joining this is the only time I have looked forward to a workout. I need someone telling me what to work on next and making sure I use good form. It also helps tremendously the focus on nutrition. Zach and Brandi have been amazing. I highly encourage anyone willing to put in the work to check it out.

    Pulse Fitness is the perfect gym! Their semi-private training is exactly what I needed. I just show up and they tell me exactly what to do. The trainers are top-notch. Brandie in particular is fantastic!

    Trying to be and do a sustainable program with the help of Zach, Zack & CJ. Starting out only 2x a week w semi private training has been super encouraging and I am finding the flow. How often does the Director sit down and check on you to make sure you’re making gains? Zach does this and I love it! This place is beautiful and has all the things needed to be fit. Love that they are working at my pace and not pressuring me into something I am not willing or able to do just yet. Baby steps for sure! So nice to feel seen and supported by such a great team. Thank you Team Pulse Fitness!

    I love this place! I have never loved a gym before and always struggled with what to do after my time with a personal trainer was complete. I guess I just need more support and encouragement than your average bear in the area of physical fitness. And that’s what I have found here. I also like the other members. Everyone is upbeat, positive, and welcoming.

    I joined Pulse Fitness a couple of weeks ago. I'm definitely not a gym person. But knew I needed some serious guidance and accountability after being out of shape & unfit for the past year. The trainers are amazing...they work with you on your form. It's an upbeat and fun environment. I actually look forward to working out! I would highly recommend checking out Pulse Fitness.

    Pulse and what it has already done for me in a few short weeks is hard to put into words. Full transparency here I didn't want to train at a place like this-I don't like to train in front or directly with others. So glad I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and reached out! Immediately I was met with true concern and care for my goals and where I am at in my health journey at this point. So why not try a week (3 workouts) and see how I feel. Well after my first week I was hooked! The trainers are amazing, the manager, Zach is too and they all seem to genuinely care. The atmosphere is always uplifting and encouraging. Yes, I am working out in front of others but I NEVER feel like I am competing with anyone but myself, we are all at different levels and we genuinely cheer each other on. Semi-private training is definitely what I have needed and again so glad I took the first scary step! I now actually look forward to my workouts and love that I can schedule them as far out as I want! Thank you Pulse, I am in it for the long haul and excited to see results! :)
