    5 stars is not enough to express how amazing I feel! I had a consult with ZacFit because I was looking for some inspiration. (Or a kick in the…) Right away I knew this was where I needed to be. Yes the personalized diet and work out guidance was what I was seeking but the welcoming energy with Zac, and all of his trainer is made me feel at home. 4 short weeks later and I’m looking in the mirror *flexing* with excitement and inspiring myself! Totally blown away with how my body has changed in just a month! I can’t wait to turn 40 in October and celebrate it with ZacFit!

    I highly recommend getting in with ZacFit if you are 50+ and looking for results - among a few reasons! I started working out with ZacFit because I needed guidance on getting back into working out in a gym setting and wanted to get stronger. Zac is a great trainer and person! He, and all of his trainers, have been amazing to work with and they have helped me gain back confidence. Thank you Zac and team!!!

    ZacFit is an amazing place to grow in community! He is amazing, his determination and commitment are really inspiring! As a queer person I truly needed this space to allow myself to feel stronger and change my body! I always felt supported and challenged :D Just go!

    I have been going to Zacfit for a year and a half. Zac and every trainer I have had are really nice and motivating. Zacfit always gives me new types of workouts so I never get bored. Helpful nutrition advice and never makes you feel bad when you mess up a week (or more!). They listen to your needs and modify workouts as needed. Great stretching tips too. I cannot say enough good things! I am in the best shape I have ever been in and I am in my 40s!

    Zac and the team have single handedly changed my life. I was living a very sedentary lifestyle and it just got to a point where i needed a serious change in my habits. I was hesitant to hire any trainer, but the amount of positive energy that Zac and his team provide is just incredible. They truly make you feel like you can accomplish any challenge. They set clear and concise goals personalized just for you from the very beginning, and keep you on the right track the entire time. I’m so proud with the progress I’ve made so far, and there’s no way I could have done it without the help of Zac and his amazing team!

    I’ve been training at ZacFit since mid January this year once a week and It’s been a great experience with Zac, and his team. Everyone is friendly and professional. I feel so comfortable working out in a place where they meet you where you are at, but also know how to help push you to meet your goals. The LGBTQA friendly atmosphere was a major reason for me joining this gym, since regular gyms have always been intimidating to me. I also appreciate the online workouts Zac sends me to do at home to keep you on track till the next session. The sessions are always something to look forward too, although they push you, you’ll always have a good time, a good laugh and feel accomplished afterwards. Thanks to Zac and Ryan for the great workouts so far! I highly recommend this gym to anyone that wants to start working out, or improve their fitness goals.

    I’ve only been training with ZacFit for a few weeks but have seen amazing results! Zac and his team are awesome and friendly. This is definitely a welcoming environment without any judgement. They have gotten me more into fitness and more comfortable going to the gym.

    Ok, so…I was previously very skeptical of personal trainers. Most of my experiences had been limited to “a complimentary session when you join our gym.” But, my partner had been going to a trainer that he loved, so he decided to treat me to a month of training with his coach. I agreed to give it a try and had a consultation with Zac. I was a lil’ nervous but Zac put me at ease immediately. He is soOo warm, friendly and enthusiastic about healthy-living! We discussed goals, nutrition and workout plan. At our next session, we did a brief mobility assessment and he prescribed me a set warmup/stretching routine. Then the fun began! I did once-a-week workouts w Zac & he prescribed workouts for me to do at my local gym that were fun & challenging. These workouts are scale-able and approachable. (He sends you links to videos if you’re not familiar with the movements). So…after 1 month (almost to the day), I’ve lost 10 pounds & a little over 2% body fat! I am soOo stoked and excited with the progress we have made together. Zac has been super-supportive and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish in the future!
