This is by far the best gym in Scottsdale! I've been a member of many gyms in the valley. I'm now a lifelong member of the village. Its clean, everyone is friendly and nice, they have hot yoga and other great classes and its never too busy in my opinion.

I spent the day at the spa with my friend. The Spa staff were extremely attentive the entire day. The spa was beautiful especially the mineral pool area. The jacuzzi was worn and had a strange green/yellow color. It was kind of a turn off. I felt that the jacuzzi needs upgrade and remodeling desperately. Both our massages were outstanding. The spa was well maintained in the bathroom and shower areas.

Gainey Village Health Club is not just a health club. It is not a spa, country club or member club. Gainey Village Health Club is truly a lifestyle. Trying to explain this to friends and business associates is always a bit tough. It is a bit like Church, you really don't know your feelings unless you are sitting in the pew and hearing the sermon right? I was a member of GVHC back in 2010 I candidly left when dealing with some personal and professional challenges. Candidly, although I needed to save the money it was tough to walk away from. This spring I made a conscious decision on what I wanted the next twenty years of my life to look like. Back in the sports/entertainment agency space and having my children grown including my daughter getting married, I wanted to return to a place that I call "my little slice of Heaven on earth". What makes Gainey Village Health Club so amazing is the people. The members all seem to care about each other and I love starting or ending my day chatting with "my locker mates". The staff is more than friendly, they treat you like family. What you have at Gainey Village is truly special! I've been too many other upscale health clubs around the US and some globally. Nothing compares.

Gainey Village offers a wealth of varied options designed to be an integral part of your day-to-day life. It's a lifestyle buffet offering physical exercise choices (you name it, they've got it) & social activity offerings for young & old (group & individual formats) such as cooking classes, wine tastings, ski trips, leisure trips, hiking, biking, running, golf, tennis, racket ball, basketball. Pricey? Yes. Think of it as an investment to enjoy a healthy lifestyle now to prevent (avoidable, unenjoyable) age-related issues later.

Just had a tour today and the facility is quiet impressive. Great design, cleanliness, form and function. Very spacious with several options for fitness equipment, studio rooms for personal or class use, both regular, hot and aerial yoga, Pilates (reformer + mat), spa, sauna, hot tub, steam room, salon, shop, cafe… and the basketball court, track, racket ball court area is stunning. Let alone the outside lap pool and tanning area. Truly a home away from home and a great place to meet new likeminded (healthy and well balanced) people. They’ve got social events and activities available to make a true community out of it. How do people get bored, there’s so much to discover out there!

Just moved to town and my family and I have joined Gainey Village. It is so big, bright, and clean. We are very impressed. My husband and I are picky and I can't think of a piece of equipment that they don't have. Have gone to a few fitness classes late morning and they have not been crowded, which is nice. Really enjoy having The Village as part of my routine.

Had my first visit with Dr. Chris Spencer. After his adjustment, my back/neck/shoulders feel so much better already! He also gave me some good knowledge about the interconnectedness of muscles and how to improve my musculoskeletal health long-term. I can tell he really cares about his patients and takes the time to answer any questions. I highly recommend him!

I’ve been a Village member at all four locations for a few years now, and I’ve consistently had great experiences there on a daily basis. One of my favorite places to go and things to do. Although each location has its own character and benefits, I find Gainey has the best facilities.

The facility offers a huge variety for both exercise and personal care. It is sparkling clean and The equipment is constantly updated. The staff, management and instructors all have great longevity and experience and it’s a very personal experience.

Terrible experience with the spa. The anesthetician was late and finished 20 min early. I brought this up at front desk and was told that now facials are 45 min. as they underwent new pricing, etc. I politely waited for her to finish and pointed out that behind her, the new pricing sheet lists 60min. No comment… Other things that then piled up where the anesthetician’s hand were shaky, which was especially frightening when micoblading my face with a scalpel. And not just a little shaky, but tremors. During one of the masks she did her dishes and cleaned up, which is not very relaxing to listen to. She had 20 min to do this after my treatment apparently. There was a 30 second neck massage and that was all. Overall, it seemed that the anesthetician was lazy and quality of service was really poor. I bring this up to shed light so others can have a better experience. I had a different service scheduled for the following week but canceled. I didn’t feel that front desk took my concerns seriously. The gym and staff are otherwise excellent!

Excellent facility for working out, racket ball, basketball, cardio, and free weights! Lower level has a spa and pool! Food court has amazing food and the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Also noticed a day care for the little ones!

Customer service is terrible. I paid them for two and a half years and expected them to live up to their agreement and credit me sessions I didn’t use because of a shoulder injury. I have heard from them until my card rejected(online fraud) and that’s all they kneel eantung is a new card to keep charging me. Do not do business with them in the honor system because they don’t honor their agreement.

I love Gainey Village it is such a special place to exercise and provides a healthy escape! The people that work there are so amazing, and always make me smile!

I have tried calling them FIVE times today without an answer back. Not to mention, this spa was said to be a part of this resort, but I have to WALK in the AZ sun 10 minutes to get here... which I refuse to walk if they won't even pick up the phone. Ridiculous - COLLOSAL waste of time and money spent on this vacation that I can't get back. SO MAD!

They've always been a pleasure to deal with. The facilities are good, clean, and safe. Luxurious locker rooms, racquetball court, two pickleball courts, basketball, a lap pool, weights, and a snack bar.

I really enjoy this gym. The facilities are very luxurious and well maintained. I especially like the steam room and dry sauna.

Coach Chris is a great tennis coach. Broke down the technique in a simple and easy to understand way.

Gainey Village is not your typical gym. What I like the most is the quality of their instructors and the many classes that are offered. Their Village Hot Yoga is one of the best i've seen anywhere! The facility is also very clean and well maintained. I love the activities we do like Bourbon tasting, all day Rosé, Happy hour, Pickleball, Hiking, and Women's events. If you are looking for ways to get in shape, have lots of fun, make new friends, or in town for business, this is the RIGHT spot to be!

The village is our home away from home. My daughters started coming when they were little and are now adults. We can't say enough good things about the Village. Also, they give us some nice surprising treats; like free breakfast, member appreciation week, which included prizes, a catered lunch, and a happy hour.

The Spa at Gainey is amazing!! I’ve had massages and facials done there so far and are some of the best I’ve had. Staff is so friendly and attentive, the spa facility is clean and calming. Will definitely be trying more services here in the future

We were visiting family in the area and we visited the gym every day. We loved it! It’s very clean, they have one of the best CrossFit setups I’ve seen in any gym, we were pleasantly surprised. The one con I would say is there are a lot of retirees in the area so the times you think would be empty are actually the busiest!

I love the Village at Gainey Ranch. Been a member for a many years. The facilities are very nice, and well maintained. The locker room is full of spa amenities. The daycare is very convenient and the entire staff is very friendly. Management is responsive to member feedback and I think they did a great job with covid challenged. Great health club

We love this facility! It's more than a gym. They take pride in getting to know each member by name and make Exercise a personal and enjoyable experience. Lots of classes and other offerings, too.

I was in town for a week during the holidays and staying at the Hyatt across the street. My teenage son and I needed a better gym than what was offered at the resort. We toured Gainey Village Health Club & Spa and were very impressed. The equipment, classes, and level of service were by far the best we have ever received. Anthony was kind enough to offer us a day pass. He was very knowledgable and courteous. My son and I had the best workout of our lives and we look forward to returning to Scottsdale. I had THE most relaxing day here; nails, toes, lunch, massage, and facial. Every person I encountered was friendly and professional. I can not reccomend this place enough. Do yourself a favor and schedule your next service here!

It's a GREAT club. Well maintained. Stopped going after years of attendance, due to travel but still recommend. Spa is amazing also.

Great facility & very well maintained. Men's locker room is extremely clean & is professionally attended to at almost all times. Towels are plentiful, and all amenities (razors, lotions, etc...) are always well stocked. As a swimmer, both pools are in outstanding shape & quite temperature friendly. Parking has never been an issue as the private lot is enormous. Keep up the great work Gainey Village team!
