Great drinks, huge selection. This location has an outdoor patio. Inside has 2 seating areas. Bar area has outlets for charging your devices and bar stools. Spotless bathrooms and clean interior. Drink sizes are normal. Great for kids and adults. Don’t forget to get a punch card to get a free drink!

I was headed to a doctor's visit the day after my nose surgery. Hannah was at the window taking orders. She was so sweet to me. I looked and felt pretty miserable and her kindness actually made me tear up.

***UPDATE*** So I was in the cafe today and found they had either repaired or installed wifi. I may be being a little conceited but I feel my review may have had a direct impact. I applaud Dutch Brothers for paying attention. I am updating my review to 5 stars. This location has a great cafe and seating area that would be great for a business meeting or to work at for a short time, EXCEPT NO WIFI?!?! I wouldn't normally care, but this location also seems to be a dead spot for cellular too. My wife will be spending 6 hours a week at the outpatient therapy in the same parking lot. I thought this would be a great place to get some work done. Needless to say this is disappointing.

Perfect place to enjoy a drink. Drive thru is fast and friendly. Plus I like how they've built a small gathering place inside to chat with friends whenever possible. Yeah, the baristas talk, but they truly seem interested in their customers and that's what makes Dutch Bros so good!

How could you not give this blessed place five stars? Lol. if you’re here visiting and never had the opportunity to try the best coffee stop, you could ever ask for, then just do it! However, be warned, this could lead to excruciating amount of withdrawal once you leave the valley to go back to your humble abode. By the way, the only thing that tops, the drinks, are the people who serve them up for you every day, just try and find one of their people that aren’t smiling, OK you can probably find one, but they are few and far between. IMHO I really don’t know where you can find any better drive-through experience than Dutch Bros. i’m not going to bother listing my favorite drinks because the truth is you can’t go wrong with anything you pick hot or cold. PS don’t forget to tip, these are people who truly deserve it.

Wow, let me start by saying to other businesses that may read this post be more like DUTCH BROS. BE MORE DUTCH. This location is by far the best and my favorite in the scottsdale area, which is closest to where I live. They have several locations near this one that are great!! But this N. Scottsdale location is what excellence looks like regarding whom companies hire to work for them. All of the employees that work here deserve around of applause for their friendless, kindness listening skills cleanliness beautiful smiles and warm personalities every last one of them. I have yet to encounter unfriendly nasty attitudes from this crew, all working different shifts. Jay is one of my favorites her customer service skills are on point, and she's a sweetheart. Again, they are all just a delight no matter the time of day. Hats off to you, DUTCH BROS. Keep up the momentum of excellent service with exceptional employees. I'm starting a movement, BE MORE DUTCH. Stop by this location, and you'll see what I'm talking about. Trust me, you'll want to keep coming back for their large variety of beverages as they have something for everyone.

Front barista has a attitude when one of there workers missed up and order something I never order. Trust me I been ordering the same thing for the last few years now. I never go to a different dutch bro but this time I did and I will never ever will come to this place ever again.

Highly disappointed in todays visit! I asked for two coconut teas one lite ice one no ice! As you can tell the one with no ice is literally ONLY half way filled!! I couldn’t believe it. I’m here at least 3/4 times a week and NEVER. Had a issue up until today! When I asked how comes I got half a tea his response was it’s because you asked for no ice…. I told him I’m here serval times a week and this has never happen to me!!! What more up setting is I’m here multiple times a week.

Great coffee every time! But sometimes very awkward interactions with certain staff members. I don’t need a high school kid with purple hair telling me I need a buzz cut died like a checker board. NOPE!

Shea and Avery absolutely displayed 100% customer satisfaction tonight. I experienced a issue directly with Postmates and without a doubt Shea was sincere with keeping up there end of the deal and giving me the beverages that I initially ordered. Consistent is the best thing I can say. I love their coffee and their mini loaves are always good.

Coffee is average. The service was very slow. They had a hiring sign, so that may play a role. The atmosphere is imposing and off-putting. I wanted a slow morning with a coffee, not a coffee at a club.

I’d like to leave some constructive feedback. First, I agree with a lot of the reviews that this is a cute location and the staff is friendly. But there are some definite issues. We have been going to this location for a couple years and typically have a good experience. I have noticed that the sewer smell inside has not been fixed, and it is completely unbearable. And I am telling you… it has been an issue for YEARS at this point. Also it was very hot inside and I feel bad for the staff working in those conditions. That has to change. (We walked right back outside and got into the drive thru). Secondly, it was very understaffed today. The poor workers were rushing and trying the best they could but the drive thru line took forever. And when I needed help using the app to get a free drink, the window attendant had to bother one of the busy baristas for help. And lastly, likely due to the rushing, they messed up one of our drinks. We decided it wasn’t worth turning around to go through all of that again to get the drink fixed, but this is unacceptable considering the prices at Dutch bros. Overall, I really like this place, but if these issues don’t get fixed we will stop going. Black rock and Starbucks are not too far away🤷🏼‍♀️

Been going here since it opened when I see people complain about loud music I think didn’t you when you were young if a deal breaker go to the McDonald’s of coffee lol Starbucks . The owner has kept our prices lower then other locations . Sometimes do talk to long in am to people when your in rush . Politeness can extend a little to far! Do love my sf dark chocolate for my diabetes

Went inside to order and the music was so loud I had to repeat and ultimately YELL our order. I suggested to turn it down and was told “ not up to me”. Seriously? We love Dutch but will pass this one

Love Dutch Brothers! I'm a type one diabetic and was blown away by the sugar free options they offer! I got an iced breve with SF pepermint and chocolate and whipped cream. So tasty! Staff was super friendly.

Great place for hot coffee in the cool weather and iced drinks in the hot AZ summers. The staff is fantastic and make you feel you're their favorite and only customer even when the line is very long and they are busy as bees.. Even if you've been feeling grumpy you'll leave with a smile 😊. The sweet rolls are fresh and tasty too!
