First time coming here and have to say this is a very interesting place! Boscov’s is a great throwback department store with lots of items to choose from. Steamtown even has a wound care facility. The Aquarium is a great place to bring your children. The Scranton Art haus is coming soon as well. Also a Post House.

I adore this place! I just would love to see it succeed, to have more businesses and services come in and really return it to a hub of the community. The businesses that are starting to come in, and fill out the "old style" mall spaces are great. I couldn't recommend the gems in the food court more! You will not find better food options in a "mall" anywhere! The overview "walk way" over the trains 🚂🚃🚃 is so fun too! My mom was so excited to see trains from"her childhood"!! And if you want a place for little ones to just run wild... Bee's Backyard is it!

Not a bad mall, I still have some memories of this place as a kid and that is what sticks with me. This location has a ton of potential and I hope they put some more work into it to save it. There are still some really great stores in here, particularly the candy store, vintage game store, sports store and the collectibles store with toys and stuff. The aquarium is definitely a start, would love to see this mall get back to where it was!

Awesome transformation of a Commercial Retail Mall into a multi-use facility. Anchor by Boscov's Department Store, includes medical, dental, community college, fitness center, retail and professional businesses.

Glad to see shops finally coming back. The Bee's Backyard is great for kids to play at. Make sure you visit the Rock & Collectibles shop down by the pretzel shop. They have some awesome stuff in there!!

You guys know me. You know that I’m not one for fancy things, but there was this one thing. It was in a fancy store. And it caught the corner of my eye when I took Mose down to the Mall to get his blood pressure at the Rite-Aid. And I thought, you know, maybe I deserve this. You know, I had a great crop yield this fall… I went to the store and I pressed the buzzer, and they looked right at me, and then they looked away. And then I pressed the buzzer again, and they started taking pictures of me on their mobile phones. I guess I’m not the kind of guy that’s good enough for precious heirlooms.

Really nice aquarium, with a new rain forest exhibit. Easy access for handicapped wheel chair or scooter friendly. Free parking. This is in a repurposed mall giving very easy access.

Cool place, but empty. If you love the Office, you kind of have to go here at some point. Most places sell office merch, and they do have the sign from the show you can take your picture in front of. Was probably a really cool place when it was full of life, but as with most malls, it’s really fallen. Happy I went, not sure how often I’d go back.

I only got to see the aquarium and then walked through boscovs. The aquarium was nice. A little tight but had a lot of fish and reptiles. My daughter enjoyed it. They also had two mermaids. Boscovs was typical of boscovs, lots of cloths. two stories. I did not go upstairs.

I loved how close this place e was to my hotel. We walked here, and it took us no time to get there. I really liked how easy it was to get there. Inside, you will find the sign used in "The Office" and also an aquarium within the mall. I enjoyed my visit here. It was very nice to go in and see all the animals. It is a bit expensive to go to the aquarium. It is worth it .

For a railroad lover, from the murals painted inside the garage to an accessible bridge with views of various Erie and Lackawanna trains, it is quite a site. The access bridge connects to the trolley museum and was unfortunately closed for the winter. The mall enters into Boscov's and offers an array of department stores with some local businesses on the second floor. A very cool place and wish I could offer my artistic abilities with a mural inside the mall. Quite a unique mall within a historic town.

Went to visit the aquarium w/ the grandkids, they loved it. Quite a nice smaller aquarium which you can see in an hour. But stay for the shows and take your time. Bonus was we stopped and had Old Forge Pizza from Refalo's across the mall way from the aquarium. Excellent pizza!

Just had lunch at the new restaurant, Downtown Cosgrove's. They have a limited number of tables for dining and have takeout. I had the south side salad, my wife had. The Casey avocado toast. Both are recommended. Check it out soon! While you're at the marketplace, wander over to the Shakes Space. There will be a show the second and third weekend in December, it is for children of all ages.

This mall has changed considerably from a bustling collection of capitalism to a now unique variety of offerings such as medical offices?, an aquarium, a children's play place, and more! Glad to see this space is being better utilized than the failed capitalistic structure that stood before. Especially happy to still find an Auntie Anne's inside!! 😊

If you find yourself in Scranton with young kids and needing something to do, the aquarium here is a must. Decent pricing to get in, and a variety of animals and fish that the kids can gawk over. Was a cool experience for the fam, I would recommend going here .

Empty space and vendors leaving fast due to rent prices. This is not a one stop mall to shop for it all in one place. So gas up before leaving home and coming here because you will not find everything you need as for shopping for everyday lively hood etc. Good luck for the simple mall items otherwise research your in need or want of products from other companies and their prices and DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU.

Went to Boscovs ... found what I needed, I even saw my dad getting directed through the store, and we didn't go together or plan to meet!! 😆 I bought some needed stuff.. you better know what you're getting, I'll guarantee you'll see more!!! Fast service, ticket validated, and employee's attitudes were stellar.. I'll be back!!! Escalators were inoperable, but I can use the exercise. No complaints..

A mall with an aquarium and a lot of medical care space. Ample underground parking, Available escalators/elevators from parking to 1st and second floors. A clean mall that is nice for getting in one's steps, catching lunch or doing a little shopping. I have not been to the aquarium but, I plan on reviewing it soon. It's not hard to get your parking validated as long as you shop. That said, as indoor malls go, this one seems to have figured out how to keep their doors open and keep people interested in coming. So some stores or spaces were closed. I was still impressed with the amount of shops still open compared to other malls I've been to in the past few years.

I would give this place a 0 This place isn’t a mall this is just sad there’s like 2 options for food. And they’re not even good food. Don’t come here . Unless you are going to the aquarium… I see why no one is in this mall.

Medical office brought me there, went into mall and shopped a few stores, including Verizon Wireless. Saw food was available will try that another time. Nice that there is free parking with validation!

The leaders of this facility do the very minimum in their position. Instead of reasoning or attempting to solve an issue you're having, they lazily tell you you're wrong and do nothing more. They do not put themselves in the customer's shoes. Instead of calling back, they will text you which is extremely unprofessional and wastes time. Really hope they do better and put forth effort in the next time someone has a simple request for assistance. No wonder this mall is slowly collapsing...

It's an OK mall but but there's nothing in it so that's not really worth going once you've been there once you realize there aint nothing in it so once they put some nice s*** in it then it's worth going

Was very surprised that there were 1 - so many empty store fronts and 2 - so many stores closed for business on a Saturday. Frequented Bee's Backyard which was nice. It was a clean and friendly environment for our 5 y.o. to climb and explore - highly recommend for anyone with children ranging from 2 - 8 as children older than 8 may find that they have outgrown what is offered.

Not so much a marketplace anymore. Turning into a business/medical facility. Only a few stores remain. Just a shadow of it's former self when it was a mall and filled with 2 floors of great stores and a food court. But times change and if the building didn't change, it would be deserted entirely. Now those of us that grew up having a mall so close to home are left with memories of how great the downtown shopping once was

This is a very good nice clean place over the years businesses have been coming in and out but it would be nice if businesses could just stay and keep a ground so we can continue to populate this mall it used to be dead but it's getting there little by little .

Looks like the Marketplace at Steamtown is on the up! (Probably due to covid) a lot of shops seemed to be closing down and the mall was a bit sad before, but it looks like new shops are coming back in! Definitely check out the aquarium if you are visiting.

Not many stores, but we still enjoyed visiting the "Welcome to Scranton" sign. It's a very large building, we weren't really there to do much shopping, but we did walk around and visit a few stores. It, like alot of other malls, is seemingly on the decline, by no fault of their own.

This mall is a ghost town. It's really sad because it has great potential. As a kid I was a mall rat there. Times have really changed. No stores inside. Everything closes SUPER EARLY.

Got a Gift card for my Birthday for Boscov's. So went after work. Parking lot was crowded but still got a good spot. Lots of sales going on at Boscov's. Got a nice holiday top and pants $20.00 for both, regularly would have been $80.00! Great deals!!

Overall, the facility is clean, not overly priced and has a good amount of options to grab a quick bite. However, I went to cinnabon and was very disappointed. The cashier was unhelpful and inattentive. I wanted my cinnamon rolls warmed and I asked for extra cream cheese frosting.... I got neither. He just rushed us away from the counter. Very disappointed

This mall doesn't have and. Aquarium that's another mall has been here for a very long time. For over 50 year's. Great store's here with a lot of good stuff so stop by and check them out you'll love it.

We actually visited here for my daughter's doctor appt. It was the 1st time I had ever visited a mall for an appointment like this. It was a beautiful place but as I told my daughter, it was sad to see how empty it was as it appeared that many businesses had closed and/or relocated. I remember when malls of that size were exciting to visit when I was young. Now the stores and restaurants are far and few between with very little selection.

👍👍 I go to Green ridge Plaza for Giant Markets and gasoline. Yesterday, we got $1.10 off per gallon. Giant is a great place to shop for food.
