I bought a watch that I wanted a few links taken out, after purchasing from leggotts before and the recommendations I went back. The owner was away and a lady working there took my watch, after 15 mins came back and said she can’t take the link out. “Come back when the owner is back” got back to work and one of the links was butchered. I took my watch else where I was advised that the link that was tried to remove was actually glued back in, And not a manufacturer glue. Certain people working for leggotts highly recommend others no. Very disappointed

Definitely the best jewellers for miles around. An excellent range of watches, clocks and jewellery and the service is second to none. Excellent repair and jewellery making service, mostly done on the premises, a rare thing nowadays. Very personal but professional staff who know what they are talking about and make you feel at home the moment you enter the shop

Bought my now fiancées engagement ring from Mark at Leggots’s a few months ago and have only just gotten round to leaving a review. I could not be happier with the results. From the off Mark made me feel at ease and helped soo much thought the entire process and his experience and service was second to none. My fiancée was soo happy with the ring and we will definitely be going back to Leggots for our wedding bands.

My wife and I came here to get our wedding rings. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but we were blown away by the personal experience we received. Mark knew exactly what he was talking about, made sure we were comfortable and took the time to walk us through all of the options. In the end he designed an amazing bespoke one of a kind ring for my wife with a subtle matching band for me, complete with an inscription on the inside of each band! Perfect in every way

Had, as I thought, a faulty quartz movement mantel clock. Left it to be looked at, received a call later from the proprietor to advise that it was only the battery terminals that needed cleaning and thereafter the clock was fine. Could have been ripped off and told it needed a new movement, a genuine , honest business man, I wasn't even charged for his time, can't fault the service .

Just had my ring repaired and what an amazing job Leggotts have done. Perfect alignment and a lovely clean join and a polish after. Would recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else 👍👍👍
