They will scam you at the very end with the deposit. I had people come over and clean my apartment before I left still got "partial cleaning" fee. They will still charge ypu for carpet cleaning. So if i was you, in my last day leave dirty because they still are going to charge you.

This apartment is very old and it has roaches. Managment is horrible, they will ignore your calls. when you finally leave the place, they will charge you for no reason and send it to collection without ask you to pay first, avoid this place.

They got roaches and bed bugs, the managements are just bad as the pests if not worse....Don't move there!

I've lived here for almost a year. It's been a great experience. The staff are pretty responsive and usually have helped us promptly when we needed something. The location is also really convenient, with lots of food places nearby and a Safeway within walking/biking distance. I was concerned at first about living so close to the airport, but the noise has actually been a complete non-issue. You can hear airplanes taking off in the distance if you keep the windows open, but it sounds more like just strong wind, nothing unsettling. The only serious problems we've had here are with some laundry machines not working sometimes (they're also a bit more expensive than past apartments I've lived at) and a few disrespectful residents parking in our reserved spot. But those issues thankfully haven't been frequent, and we've been able to tow people's cars most of the time if they park in our spot. I would definitely recommend living here.

There bad, they don’t care about if something needs fixing, they never answer calls

I have lived here for almost 3 years. I don't have roaches and have never seen any. I like the fact that NO ONE steals my Amazon packages.... I have left out of town twice and came home to ALL my packages being right outside in front of my door!!! I feel safe here....
