This is the worst place I have been living here for 3 years and no respect the landlord has the worst attitude When we have maintenance issues we can’t even get hold of anyone. I live here because I can’t offord to live somewhere else but they do not care about the tenants. It’s tax credit apartment so they don’t care about it because they get people anyway who are poor and can’t live in better places. The apartment stinks they don’t clean the carpet inside the apartment and it really stinks there are so much Cockroach in the house I’m not sure where it’s coming from we have used all the pet Disinfect there was and yet they are always there I gave up now.

The property manager is terrible. I lived here 11 years ago and she was terrible. I moved out to buy a house and she tried to lie and say we left it a mess until I showed the company photos of it spotless. Then tears later she lied and said I owed the company money but corporate proved her wrong. Just a spiteful evil person. Before she took over the property was great.

I'm definitely rating A 1 star just for them trying to advertise these apartments like they are good to move into after reading all the reviews and seeing the management is no good l can’t imagine calling them.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The management is trash. My friend lives in this complex and has had a cockroach infestation for at least two months. The management has a contract with Kelly’s exterminators, so my friend cannot hire another company to fumigate, while the management refuses to have the entire building cleaned out. She has had 3 basic fumigations in the past two months, but the pests have still been coming out of her outlets, drains, and any hole in the wall that they can reach. It has gotten to a point where the roaches are in her appliances, (dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator) and coming out of her garbage disposal. The management refuses to replace her appliances unless they can bill her for them. Don’t move here.

I personally would not go back to live at this specific apartment complex for few reasons.. The management is on the slow side when it comes to responding to any type of request you may have, and one they do respond, it takes some time for the request to be met. Inside of the units some of the things like cabinets/drawers are not leveled (look like they may fall at any time), that also applies to the balcony which is actually very scary and a serious situation if you think about it. And then there's the overall cleanliness of the building- maybe it's because there were a lot of youngins living there, but there was always garbage/trash throughout the building/floors and parking lot. Some stays there for days sometimes weeks, so it could also be a housekeeping thing too. My experience could be majorly different then someone else's, but it is my experience after all.

Management is horrible, office manger flirting with her maintenance guys in the hallway where residence lives. Office manger always wears the same dress short an appropriate for office work. Down talks to tenant or anyone that's helping them for none English speakers. Always harassing by saying I'm going to vacate you from the property. Like they don't have rights. I lived there for 2 years. I would not recommend for anyone.

I lived here years ago and I'd never move back. When I looked at the apartment my dad and I moved the appliances and found any infestations and I had a second floor apartment. The man next door harassed me relentlessly because he was told to turn his music down by management and they never did a thing. He screamed off the balcony at me, banged on the door and cussed me out in the hallway. It was so bad the manager showed up finally and talked him down but he was never kicked out. The management changed about 5 times, and you could never get sold of them for anything. They also boasted about having a pool but it was under construction the whole time I lived there so it never got used.

The manager and other lady working here is horrible to new resident who need their help to join a complex. They give partial information so you will lose chance to be approved.
