Terrible!!! One star for the fact that the car wasn’t broken into over our 4 day trip. Once parked I needed to use the facilities. Surprise!!! Even though I locked the door another guest was able to open and walk right in to the single stall dirty little closet they called a restroom. Upon return we waited over an hour for the shuttle before finally just calling an Uber. Paid peak airport rates to go the mile to the lot. Parking fees and taxes were comparable to MasterPark. Would have been there if there were room in the lot. We will DEFINITELY make master park reservations in future.

Without hesitation, I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT book a reservation here. This has nothing to do with the ridiculously small parking spaces, which you’ll be lucky to fit into no matter the car you drive. Nope, it has everything to do with the fact that when you reserve here, WallyPark assumes you’re a lesser human than if you’d reserved a space in their garage. Upon arriving at seatac, the number you’re given to call a shuttle driver gives you every possible option other than speaking to a real human. They want you to text your information, which would be great if the system worked. It doesn’t. Never have I had a time when this actually hails a shuttle. I end up having to speak to WallyPark shuttle drivers to the garage location or, through a ton of work arounds, I can call and finally speak to someone. For every 8 garage shuttles that pass you at island 1, you’ll only see one self-park shuttle. This is unacceptable and it’s not an isolated incident. This happens every time. In all my time spent waiting, here’s my lesson: take down the numbers or websites for the companies that send shuttles more efficiently. For every minute that WallyPark makes you wait, make them pay, by essentially seeing the more efficient companies as advertising to you with every one of their shuttles that passes you by. Reserve with any one of those vendors next time. Don’t book with WallyPark.

Utterly disgusted with this place. Booked an online reservation month before my trip. When I arrived, the lot was full. I gave them a call and they said, not a problem, need to go to the premium garage, they take care of me. Drive down there, they have a lot full sign also, manager comes over and was like o well, to bad, go park at SeaTac. When I asked about all the empty spots, she just shrugged. She didn't even have any empathy or understanding. They should not sell more reservations then they have spots for and if they do, they should give up the premium parking spots. Had to go park at SeaTac for $37 dollars a day instead of the $17 dollars a day I reserved my spot for

The pavement is turning to gravel. This makes your shoes dirty and hard to pull luggage. The parking spots are narrow. The isles are small making it hard to get in or out of a parking spot. I have come back to find it nearly impossible to get out of my parking spot without hitting another car. The shuttle busses don't show up as they give priority to the more expensive garage. I have waited nearly a half hour many times just to get on the shuttle busses after I requested a pickup.

Unbelievable. Just called to confirm my voucher from a third party was valid for both payment and a reservation or if I needed to also have an additional reservation through their site, and the woman I spoke to was unable to verify if I had a reservation on the date I listed. She just kept repeating that the parking lot was full until a certain date. She eventually HUNG UP ON ME. Canceled that reservation real quick, not about to show up before my flight leaves and have them tell me they don’t have a place for my car. Totally unprofessional and just rude.

Parked a truck camper here for 7 days (Wednesday to Wednesday). No issue on height restriction. No issues with the shuttle service. Parked in the way back of the lot (where the big trucks go). There were multiple other #vanlife vans and even a class B parked in this area, as well as ya bois and their lifted F-150s (compensating?). Nobody touched our truck or camper. We got in 4 hours early and used our phone number to sign in because it was too early to use our QR code. Note: if you do this, use your QR code to "check out" (when you are leaving). If you use your phone number again, it will create a whole new reservation for you & prompt you to pay. I know because I accidentally did this - however, I contacted their support number 2 days after and it was super easy to delete the duplicate transaction. Shuttle pickup from the airport was seriously slick. Just walked out to the shuttle area and texted their shuttle number, answered a couple text questions (probably automated), and they were there within 5 minutes. This was at 11:30pm. We didn't do pickup from the lot to the airport because it's only a 15 minute walk to the terminal and we had 4 hours to burn. Would park again. It was around $150 total for the week, booked online.

Must say, I was surprised at how easy it was to use this off site parking and shuttle. Just reserve online and go, it’s super easy. Knocking off one star because you get unceremoniously dropped off in a bit of a weird spot near airport parking. But the drivers we had coming and going seemed nice enough. Will use again.

Excellent! Very easy to find and super close to airport. Came for pick up right when I called, both at the lot and the airport! Best part very affordable relative to other lots and friendly drivers!

🫤 I have used Seatac park several times since moving to the area a year ago and never really had any complaints. The shuttles are reliable, if sometimes a little slower than competitors, but it was never really a big deal. Last time I used their lot though I came back to a crack on my windshield appr...
