After getting to the airport 5 hours prior to our flight and being informed Seattle's Airport does not allow check ins earlier than 4 hours prior to flight departure, my husband and I went to Vintage Victoria (one of the only restaurants not inside the gate) to get a snack, charge our phones, and watch the football games. As soon as we sat down at a table the waitress (Stacy) came over and said "how about you guys decide what you want to eat before you set up camp here". That statement was our very first impression of the restaurant. We ordered a snack and water to which Stacy responded "that's it?". When Stacy brought our waters over she slammed the glass on the table. She later brought our food and she never came back over again to see if we needed refills or anything else until we requested our check. We felt very disrespected that she never even spoke a word to us after she took our order and made us feel like a huge inconvenience. We also overheard her speaking to other customers about how she was ready to go on break. Wish we had read the reviews prior to wasting our money and time at this restaurant...unfortunately the only thing that even brought us to see these reviews was because we felt so compelled to write a review about our horrible experience. Avoid this place if you can...management obviously needs to do something about this one particular waitress!

Come here if you want to have fun getting your drink on if you have a few hours to kill before your flight/ can’t go in through security yet. Awesome people work here. Stacy made our night! She’s a hard worker; bartending 7 bar seats and serving 12 tables alone. If you don’t have a sense of humor, don’t come here.

Got to the airport and hour and a half early to pick my father up at the airport and we went to go pick our table so that we could see him when he came through the gate and the very rude waiter made a sign across his throat and said “no. We’re closed.” So fine - we left but not only were they not closed - there are other people that they have served that they are laughing and talking with. So I decided to look up the hours and not only did I stumble across the other negative reviews but discovered that they don’t actually close until 11 pm. I would avoid this place at all costs. There’s a starbucks right across from them that is delicious and the employees are so much nicer! Go there! I would leave no stars but I have to leave at least 1 star so that I can leave a review - however negative. Not only is there no way to call them - the number that google shows is the number to the aviation port

The bartender was rude as hell, just wanted a drink while I waited to pick somebody up and was refused service if I didn’t sit a table. There were zero tables available otherwise I would have sat down, rediculous you can’t patronize a place in the airport because you can’t sit down. The bartender who was serving that was on shift was there at 5:30pm Seattle time on 2/11/19. To my knowledge there is no law that prevents being served because your not at a table as long as your in the facility, good thing this isn’t a local area restaurant or bar with that server on.

Very rude waitress " grace" ...sat down she never got our drink orders. After sitting there for 20 min we got up and left because she kept taking everyone else's order that came in the door after us but never came back to the table, yes it was busy but when you seat someone at least offer them something to drink before ignoring them.

The best thing here was the free water! We ordered the Pasta Mediterranean. It was the worst we have ever eaten. Also there was no fresh basil on it (as the menu says) and the cheese was not the promised parmesan. As I told the waitress she neither accepted the criticism nor she apologized. After we got the bill we had to wait another 20 minutes to pay. Never again!!!

I had such a good experience here! The waitress made sure what I was eating conformed to my food allergies and I was able to eat the crab Louie salad which was gluten free and I had a great glass of white wine. When I accidently spilled half of it my server was kind enough to bring me a little more. Thank you for letting me hang out here and feeding me such a wonderful meal while waiting for my flight to start allowing bag check-in! I couldn't be happier.

There is not a lot of options for eating outside of security at SeaTac, this is clearly the main one. I got the one Vegan option, a hummus, veggie and pita dish. I was pleased with the quantity of veggies and hummus and the price was very fair for an airport. The place was too crowded and the servers seemed stressed due to the space and busyness. For non vegans the other food looked well prepared as well.

A cut about most airport food, but still not what you get from one of your go to spots. Service was very good. Drink menu was decent but they were out of a number of wines I was interested in, so I had to opt for a glass of white wine that was definitely not my first choice.

I have not tried their drinks but the food is not good. The soup of the day was mac&cheese served in a paper cup 🙄 Service is not friendly either. Won't go there again.
