The rooms are large and clean, with the only slight negative being the giant wooden desk/islands do look a bit ridiculous. The receptionist who checked me in found a room for me before check in is normally available, asked for preference of location (high floor, low floor, empty hall, ect), have easiest transportation options, and was very enthusiastic in general about conveying the positives of the specific hotel and nearby restaurants. With absolutely zero probing or prompting on my part, without being overbearing or off putting after 26 hours of straight travel, just very to the point and helpful. Overall positive, location and staff make it preferable over hotels lacking the same amenities, but offering slightly more updated decor.

Arrived at about 10 p.m. from ferry from Victoria. Young man who greeted us was friendly and efficient. Offered water. Got us into our room quickly. Offered shuttle service the next morning with good instructions. Shuttle driver the next morning was very nice, helpful. Hotel is not new but is clean and well run. It was a good place for a quick overnight before catching a flight.

Needed to be close to the SEA-TAC airport and with reasonable rates and excellent service. Other close by hotels wanted to charge significantly more but Hampton had reasonably prices for their excellent offerings as a budget hotel. The guest service IS OUTSTANDING!!! NICOLE is amazing with 5-Star Forbes rating as a Manger and Sarah and the rest if the team do an amazing job. I watched one front desk agent as he handled a guest complaint in very compassionate and professional manner. Well Done!!!

It was a brief stay for my family and I but we enjoyed our time. They have a shuttle on call that goes to the airport with really nice staff that will pack your bags for you in the back. Free coffee and tea in the lobby, a nice pool and workout room. Our rooms were very clean and slept like a log on the bed.

This Hilton location, in my opinion, sets the standard on what a travelers needs from a busy, major airport location. The hotel was clean and inviting but the staff is truly amazing and I appreciated them and their genuine dedication to making sure my stay was great. The staff is very helpful, courteous and efficient. It was impressive the way they handled long lines - I watched them many times while eating and waiting for the shuttle, etc. I thank the staff for a great stay!!!

Excellent location for airport travel. Shuttle is available every 30 minutes and gets you there in about 15 min. Room was King and quite large, considering it wasn't wheelchair accessible. The tub was still manageable as it wasn't super deep. Yay! Room was clean, breakfast was a good, hot meal. Coffee is very good! Staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a wonderful hotel. The airport shuttle was prompt, service desk vey courteous and the room was spotless. The breakfast was excellent with make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, mini omelets, cereal, fruit etc. Breakfast opens at 6 am on weekdays and 5 am on weekends. We stayed here the night before our cruise. There is even a shuttle that you can sign up for to take you from the hotel to either cruise pier for $20 per person. The hotel is in good condition, but not new which was completely fine. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to the hotel staff who made our stay so nice!

We had two rooms at this hotel the night before our cruise to Alaska. It is conveniently close to the airport with a free airport shuttle. I was so glad that I asked the desk for their recommendation for how to get to the cruise port because they contract with a company that provided shuttle service to the port for $20/person, which we did use. It's a bit of a strange layout, but the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Free breakfast was good, but very busy! There are several restaurants within walking distance (we walked to Denny's, which had great service!)

Wonderful oasis. Great location. Close to the airport (and restaurants) yet low key, quiet, and peaceful. Great place to rest and recharge between flights/other travel. Airport Shuttle is part of the service. Kudos to the staff, especially the breakfast serving staff, the Check in staff last night was great, and front desk attendant Michael this morning. Breakfast was great. Secure, safe, underground parking. Clean rooms, good value. We are booked to stay here again prior to our flight out.

Everything about this experience was lovely. Front desk was so helpful and thoughtful, and the room I was in was also clean and chic. Location is right next to the airport and they have shuttles if you so desire. This is a great place to stay!

Overall, the stay was ok. Free covered parking for guests under the hotel, and is close to the airport. The rooms were relatively clean, but just not modern. Jets were taking off frequently during the day, which I did not mind. There is no view of the airport though for spotting planes.

Excellent hotel to stay by the airport. Quiet, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast buffet included in the price if the room, and free parking. The staff at the counter (forgot her name - mayba Neejar?) was particularly helpful to provide guidance on the best way to get to the T-MOBILE Park for a game. I highly recommend this hotel!

We have been staying here for years before flying out and on our return flights to break up vacations before the long drive to central Washington. In my opinion, still one of the most convenient locations, a great breakfast and always great customer service. The shuttle service is fantastic if you actually follow the process. I’ve seen some negative reviews because people didn’t know the shuttle wouldn’t pick you up at other places - that’s a traveler error, not Hampton’s. I was sad to see that the rates for parking have gone up, but so be it. Many convenient long term parking options still available at other places. The only room I would recommend NOT staying in is room 108. You’ll hear the laundry start going about 7 am. 😂

Another stay at this fine hotel. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The ‘free’ breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

The attendant, Chris, was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. He made the experience pleasant. Breakfast was more than enough. Plenty of selections for all types of diets. Very quiet on the rooms. Beds were very comfortable.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by Cece and Matthew. Their professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for their role were evident throughout my entire. I inquired about a drink from the snack bar, and Matthew graciously offered to share an extra drink he had to try. This unexpected gesture not only showcased their dedication to customer satisfaction but also added a delightful touch to my overall experience. Thank you!!

Had a great stay at this Hampton Inn. We were anxious about arriving earlier than standard check-in, but upon check-in we were offered immediate access to a room which exceeded our expectations. After a long flight, they offered complimentary snacks and seltzers as we were checking in. The room itself had everything we needed. I traveled with my spouse and we both slept phenomenally on the king bed provided. The window overlooks other guest rooms, which was a little uncomfortable, but we were able to close the blinds for privacy while still allowing ample light into the room. Great location to the airport -- one way we walked, and one way we took the shuttle, which was pleasantly punctual. We had a great stay and will likely stay again when flying to SEA-TAC in the future.

It was what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Conveniently located, clean lobby, clean rooms and staff was always very friendly. No complaints at all from my stay. Wish I had been able to stay longer and also get some pictures but I was only there for one night. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We are Diamond members and were very disappointed in our stay for our overnight prior to an early morning flight. The only positives of our stay were the amazing staff and shuttle service/drivers. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was just not the quality we have grown accustomed to with Hilton.

Great hotel! Love the location, especially with its proximity to SeaTac Airport, yet its tucked a block off of International Way to not be right on such a busy street. Very nice, spacious and clean room with a very comfy bed. Large breakfast area on main floor with good cold and hot breakfast selections like cereal, oatmeal, make your own waffles ( blueberry or regular batter), fresh fruit (bananas and apples), yogurt, scrambled eggs, pork sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, assorted breads, muffins, bagels, juices, milk, coffee, tea, etc. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking; even has a lower level gated garage area (we didn't use it though). Loved being able to make the reservation through the Hilton app on my phone. Also loved being able to check in, get a digital key to access outer hotel doors and our room, and checking out all with my phone and the Hilton app! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for the price due to early morning flight. Unfortunately they didn't tell me the shuttle would not pick me up at the rental car return location before I returned the car after dark the night before. I had to ride over to the airport to catch the shuttle back to the hotel.

We've used this hotel to stay overnight, park a vehicle, and fly out many times. Because crime in Seattle has increased significantly, they have stopped providing long-term parking because the vehicles are being broken into constantly. They told us park here at your own risk, we have 1 camera in the lobby, and we're not liable if something happens to your vehicle. Such a shame they won't do more to help prevent this. We'll be using other safer options from now on.

Got woken up at 245am to sounds of children sprinting all over/jumping off the bed. Adults not much better stomping around. Zero cares in the world to people underneath them. My own kids are trying to wake up themselves because of it. Huge disappointment when you spend $244 on a room and are hoping for a restful sleep. It is currently 3:25am and still being wild and loud up there. Not even sure I’ll be able to fall back asleep. Update - they gave us a room discount on their own which was much appreciated. The pool was a good temperate. Breakfast was typical hotel style - edible but nothing special. Great customer service.

Although a busy area of town being that close to the airport, this was a great overnight stay. Spacious rooms and very clean. The front desk was very cordial and polite. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Seattle area . Good restaurants close and had a good night's sleep.

Second night of three, and I can’t wait to check out. The shower drains so slowly that I’m standing in a pool of water after a few minutes. This is my major pet peeve for hotel showers. Paying this much per night, the shower drains should be cleared. Rooms are outdated and there isn’t even a fridge. More disappointed than anything. The staff is the best thing about this Hampton Inn. Alex at the front desk have us his parking spot because we couldn’t fit in the underground garage. What a superstar!

We had a rough experience at the first hotel we tried last night. ( More on that in a different review ) So we booked a last minute room here at the Hampton and had a million times better experience!! ( No exaggeration at all!!!) AMAZING front dest staff at midnight ! Friendly, helpful, upbeat, great sense of humor, and soooo welcoming. The hotel and rooms are clean and fresh. It's quiet, we had a great night's rest before our next flight. They have regular and prompt shuttle service to and from the airport. 4 stars on the room for 2 reasons. Weird coffee maker placed in the bathroom. And only 2 sets of towels. I know there are only 2 of us in the room but we like having extras, especially with a big shower. And the water was nice and hot!

We stayed here on the last night of a 3 weeklong trip. After being on a cruise, then staying in lots of charming Inns and modern well equipped Airbnbs, it was a bit of a letdown to be back to a big chain hotel, with cookie cutter rooms that have no personality. Having said that, the location is great if your objective is to be near the airport, it is a 5-minute drive to the rental car return facility. The service was fine as well, and breakfast, while not delicious, was quick, easy, and best of all, free. Our room was very clean, modern, and a decent size, but not particularly quiet due to jets constantly flying over – that’s the price you pay for the airport being so nearby.

This is the second time we have stayed at this Hampton Inn. We were coming off of a cruise and it is very convenient to stay here because of its proximity to the airport. The rooms are very nice and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and the size of the room is great. The bathroom is nice and big with a very big shower and was exceptionally clean which we all really appreciate. The only downside was it took a lot longer to get our rooms than we thought it would. But I think they were very busy and maybe a little understaffed which seems to be the case with a lot of places these days. But they let us put our luggage in a secure location so we could go find some food. When we got back our rooms were all ready and it was a good thing cuz we were all exhausted. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this place.

Ours was just a one-night stay at the end of a week's vacation. We chose it because of proximity to SEATAC and to be able to return our rental car the night before leaving for home and just use the hotel's shuttle to save time on departure day. The staff was very friendly & welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet despite us being on the top floor and the commuter rail track being practically above the hotel. Shuttle service both to the hotel (after dropping our car the night before) and on our trip to the airport was timely and smooth.

The room was clean and large enough to enjoy my stay there. Breakfast has a variety of food to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect for me. It is like 10-20mins of drive to anywhere in the city. Staff members were helpful with my every request. Also, parking is included. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family highly recommends this Hampton Inn & Suites! The staff is wonderful, the location is great, and the room is very clean. The shuttle service was helpful in driving us to and from our restaurant too, which really was a nice touch. We are extremely happy with our stay and will definitely choose to stay with them again.

The bed was comfortable, the proximity to airport was great. I felt safe, surrounding was great. Nearby restaurants, the metro link in close proximity to go sight see. Ms Nicole at front desk was Extremely helpful in providing directions on how to get to the Space Needle and safely back. All the staff day or night were Super friendly to include the shuttle drivers.

Overall a great hotel. Nothing fancy. A bit outdated. Rooms are clean, room service is timely. Wish breakfast opened a little earlier, but when it does open its delish. Lots of choices. Front counter employees are very helpful. Recommended!
