I stay in hotels several times a month and I have definitely stayed in worse. Biggest glaring complaint is the horrible parking! Very few spots for vehicles and had to park in a neighboring lot and make sure my pass was clearly visible. Not a great place for company vehicles. Whole parking lot was a nightmare and way too small! I had to check in later than regular time and got the last overflow spot and it was so tight I could barely get in and out of my truck. Location is not great and very difficult to get in and out of. Definitely a place more suited for airlines hoppers and not a place to drive to. Shuttle seemed to run fairly consistently. Staff seemed overwhelmed (1 person by herself). Not the cleanest place but again by far not the worst. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again for my needs but would fit the bill for a quick stay before or after a flight.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE! I had a one night stay scheduled for myself, they "overbooked" my stay and forced me to check in at another knock off (bad area) hotel. This hotel did not call to notify me of the sudden change and they waited until I attempted to check in to tell me. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Better yet don't stay at a hotel at all in this area. Apparently these hotels do this a lot. Never in my life have I received such poor and disrespectful service.

This hotel called me 5 minutes before I was going to check in and told me the my room was cancelled because they are over booked. I had this reservation for 2 weeks and I had called in the morning and the front desk person confirmed my reservation. I spoke with the owner and she was rude and just told me I should understand. I asked her to Comp me or find another hotel and she laughed at me and told me to just find another hotel. I told her that I was from Detroit and I have a 6 am flight she said there are plenty of other hotels. The worst thing of this terrible way to do business was her terrible attitude toward me and acting like this is no big deal just go get another hotel. She was acting like it’s my fault and I should just get over it and get another hotel. You should avoid using this hotel ever they don’t care at all about their customers. They will kick you out at the last minute and they don’t even feel bad and they won’t even try to help you, they just kick you out and expect you to think it’s ok.

Only spent a night due to a late flight, and thankfully it was just a night. Rooms weren't very clean. Smelled musty and had to open up the windows in the bedroom. This place is in serious need of a remodel. The floor in the bathroom was nasty with dried urine around the base of the toilet, and the sink has residue from the previous occupant. The service at the front desk was impersonal and indifferent. The upside is the bed was comfortable and access to the airport with a 24 hour shuttle is convenient. I wouldn't stay again unless I had no other option.

4/17/22: The hotel I made this reservation under was called Best Western Sure Stay at Seatac Airport. The desk clerk at this shabby hotel insisted on running my credit card a second time to charge me $100 for ‘incidentals’ saying I couldn’t check in without doing so. The room was actually decent, but I quickly confirmed it contained nothing that would result in a charge for ‘incidentals’ - typically an honor bar. The clerk said the charge would be removed at checkout and my folio would indicate that. Wrong! My printed receipt said nothing about the additional $100 charged to my account. I insisted the morning clerk hand write on my receipt acknowledgment of the additional charge. My bank statement still shows the $100 was charged. This is the first time I have ever encountered such a practice, particularly under such dubious circumstances. Having seen the condition of this hotel, I can only surmise they’ve experienced clientele who have trashed rooms. No matter, this grandma has no intentions of letting this matter go. My complaint will be at the corporate level in writing. Don’t stay here; spend the extra money for a quality hotel managed by well trained and professional staff.

The hotel lost a reservation for one of the rooms reserved by our party and after a delayed flight they ended up with no room and were offered no restitution. The rooms we did get were next to the loud elevators. We called for shuttle service 3 times, did not get picked up. After waiting in the rain for 45 minutes, we took the link to the Angle station and walked. Don't waste your money, pay for a better hotel.

We stayed here a night after our flight arrived late and we couldn’t pick up our rental car. I was able to book the room by phone last minute and then take the airport shuttle van to the hotel. The woman checking us in was wonderful. I appreciated her kindness after a difficult night of delayed travel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. An additional benefit was the free continental breakfast. I was very happy with our unexpected stay there.

This hotel is so nice and in a safe area!! The beds is so comfortable. The pillows are actually nice. The linens are soft and the duvet is fluffy. Good breakfast but need more choices for people of different religion backgrounds, I could not be happier with my stay. Good staff especially Sam from front desk is very professional and friendly.

The facility appeared clean and well kept. The acomodations were arranged for us through Royal Caribbean at a discounted price. We arrived early but could not check in (unless we paid more). One of our group had small children and they had to pay more to check in early. They "lost" some of our friends reservations but they would accomodate if we paid full price. When we complained, we we're asked to leave! No negotiating other than money, money and more money. This even gave Seattle a bad name!

The rooms aren't really clean, just dark so you can't see anything. The drain was clogged with some disgusting gunk that I'm sure hasn't been touched despite someone complaining about it, just really a pathetic attempt at any kind of hospitality. Stayed here for 3 nights and passed the same pieces of trash in the hallways the entire time, clearly the cleaning staff has better things to do like sit in the hallway and chat in Spanish about all of the customers passing by. White folks understand Spanish, it's 2023 guys. The breakfast was passable but still just a dingy small area to eat and very unfriendly staff. The parking lot is laughably small and ineffective, with airport shuttles racing through every 5 minutes, yet there are people sitting in the lobby inexplicably for hours on end. Just a sad place to even be at all, wish I could rate it 0 stars and get my money back. Reservation was under my wife's name so im sure I will get some automated response about how I've never stayed here, but don't let it fool you. Don't stay here.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. DO NOT BOOK THIS. I booked my booking more than 1 month in advance but when I went they said it's cancelled due to "overbooking". I've seen many comments about this so this isn't "rare". They claimed they had been voice mailing me and calling me but there are no records of this. They did not offer any compensation or alternate booking options. This hotel should be shut down for scam service. The manager was very rude. DO NOT BOOK THIS SCAM HOTEL. Give us the fair compensation for our troubles, apologetic replies on google reviews won't do.

We had a great 4 day experience here! Free parking on their ramp and free breakfast made for a smooth and stress free visit to Seattle. We called housekeeping up once and they came and cleaned everything up and gave us new soaps and towels and everything. Just as it should be. Perfect place and will come back here again the next time I visit Seattle!

For the price, it's not worth it. Hotel is outdated and run down. It definitely needs some renovations/makeover. We stayed on the 2nd floor, room 242. The room was near a room that was boarded up with plywood and near an emergency exit. They didn't seem to care that people were constantly going in and out this door causing the alarm to go off. There was a constant beeping sound and no one seemed to care about it. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was sold out. There were holes in our bed sheets and in the shower curtain. The place reminded me more of a low budget motel than a comfort inn. Parking is very limited. If you have a disability, I definitely recommend staying elsewhere. They only have three disabled parking spots near the front entrance and not enough regular spots near the front door. There's additional parking at the hotel next door, which is at the top of a incline/hill. There was a homeless man walking around talking to himself and there was no light provided on the walk from the parking lot to the hotel. It was very scary and dangerous. I love choice hotels but on my return to Seattle I will not be staying here.

THANK YOU FOR THE EXPERIENCE!!! Wow just thankful for everything. Beds and rooms were clean and comfy! Better than many 5 starts hotels Ive stayed at! First and foremost thank you to the staff , all of you were wonderful to myself and family!! We had a noise complaint on the last night and the staff and owner took care of it to make sure we got a good night rest before our early flight. We will be coming back and recommending to future travelers!

This particular Comfort Inn is a bit dated and in need of some cosmetic attention, but it is comfortable and secure. They had a complimentary lock up for our luggage so we could leave it all there a few hours before check-in time. The service was stellar, among the best we have experienced. They offer a shuttle to and from the airport, there is a bus stop about a block south, and the train station is about a third mile south. We would stay here again.

Room door leading to hallway had large gap at bottom so you can hear everything people do and say and they can hear you. Also lets in a draft all night. Staff was great, shuttle driver Fred was friendly and great guy.

It's important to understand the value of brand loyalty. This location goes out of its way to deliver excellent customer service. I stayed here before and after an Alaskan cruise. They were very accommodating and coordinated the transportation to and from the ship. I arrived to the hotel after midnight and the General Manager was available to check me in. They have 24 hours airport shuttle and excellent at addressing any issues of concern. For the Comfort Inn Brand I was completely satisfied.

Comfort Inn provides you with reasonable prices. The beds are comfortable and the sheets smell fresh and clean. It is somewhat dated but overall good for your visit stay. The front desk staff are also helpful and friendly. 🚍 ✈ - Shuttle service available to and from the airport ☕🍊🍞 🍳 - Breakfast is basic but overall satisfying

Was so happy with the service of this Hotel, I did not have a reservation, as my flight was canceled at midnight, so needed a room. I called them (late) at the airport, they told me they had rooms and to come over (quick shuttle bus). I got a nice clean room, and had a good hot breakfast in the morning, all for a good rate.

Veteran owned. Owner was on site helping out for the holidays. I question the validity of any recent reviews claiming the hotel is dated or run down. Our room had clearly been updated within the last 12 months and looked and smelled clean. All linens and bedding were pristine. The hot breakfast was typical fare for this type of hotel - waffle machine, cold cereal, yogurt, reconstituted scrambled eggs, sausages, toast and muffins. But everything was fresh and hot. Because I stayed in the breakfast area to watch TV afterwards, I watched them clean up and they were *extremely* thorough. Customer service was great. One of the attendants walked out to the long-term parking area with my wife to make sure she was safe while parking our car. My only complaint is that it was impossible to fully shut the thick shades on the window of our room (by design) so we could not block the light that was outside the window. Thank you. We will stay here or at the Sleep Inn down the road for our next flight out of Seattle. Both are owned by the same couple .

Check in clerk was very nice, cordial, and knowledgeable. She made sign-in go well. Shuttle driver was helpful. Rooms dated, carpet smelly. Mattresses were old, but comfortable. Bathrooms okay. Giving a 4 because of the customer service.

My stay at Confort Inn and Suits was outstanding. I couldn't be happier to have stayed there. the staff was kind and helpful at all times the owner is amazing. know they are serving breakfast in the morning as per the pandemic it was not allowed. thank you for all of what you do for everyone that stays at your place and for personally assisting all of the military service members who stay at your location when traveling over to Japan.

Very decent acommodation in walking distance from the airport. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. AC is working really well. Breakfast is as expected, a bit basic but you can easily get filled with scrambled eggs or sausages. Hotel shuttle will take you to the airport free of charge.

Great airport area hotel. Only real issue is housekeeping. I would often request it, after 2-3 days, but it would take 1-3 days more to get done. Part of this is due to staffing issues, so I was understanding. I did not care for the coffee supplied. It is not brewed, but some type of concentrate mixed with hot water. I would gladly stay there again. They are veteran friendly !!

We had a corner room so was larger than most. Room so open suitcases and leave them out. Bathroom super small so you can do everything in there while sitting on the toilet. It was mostly clean. As in all hotels the sheets didn't fit the bed. They are not setup for breakfast for the number if people staying there. Satellite TV was hit or miss, mostly miss. Shuttle service to airport was convenient and efficient. Suited our needs but could have some improvement.
