Owner
was
on
site
helping
out
for
the
holidays.
I
question
the
validity
of
any
recent
reviews
claiming
the
hotel
is
dated
or
run
down.
Our
room
had
clearly
been
updated
within
the
last
12
months
and
looked
and
smelled
clean.
All
linens
and
bedding
were
pristine.
The
hot
breakfast
was
typical
fare
for
this
type
of
hotel
-
waffle
machine,
cold
cereal,
yogurt,
reconstituted
scrambled
eggs,
sausages,
toast
and
muffins.
But
everything
was
fresh
and
hot.
Because
I
stayed
in
the
breakfast
area
to
watch
TV
afterwards,
I
watched
them
clean
up
and
they
were
*extremely*
thorough.
Customer
service
was
great.
One
of
the
attendants
walked
out
to
the
long-term
parking
area
with
my
wife
to
make
sure
she
was
safe
while
parking
our
car.
My
only
complaint
is
that
it
was
impossible
to
fully
shut
the
thick
shades
on
the
window
of
our
room
(by
design)
so
we
could
not
block
the
light
that
was
outside
the
window.
Thank
you.
We
will
stay
here
or
at
the
Sleep
Inn
down
the
road
for
our
next
flight
out
of
Seattle.
Both
are
owned
by
the
same
couple
.
