One of the girls made every drink wrong, laughed at us as she handed it out , rolled her eyes and laughed at us again when we asked her to make a hot drink hot not iced and to make our iced drink with ice not just in an iced cup no ice than continued to laugh as I approached her about how rude and inappropriate she was acting from one starbucks partner to another. The rest of her crew just laughed along with her and mocked us. I would tell you her name but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Great way to start a trip.... thanks for not making it right and upholding Starbucks standards of service. Will definitely be reporting to corporate and store manager.

I tried this Starbucks location since it was close to my departure gate. It was a little crowded but the staff were efficient. The staff members were very cordial and accommodating when I placed my order. My order came out as requested and I was pleased with the overall service.

I was very disappointed. A asked for a paradise refresher they handed me a pineapple passion fruit. When I pointed it out they were quick to remake but it was way to sweet. Almost no coconut milk. I have enjoyed them all summer now I will not never get one again. It made me sick due to the sweetness. Had to trash it.

Staff ignore the long line of angry potential customers and only focus on mobile orders. Waited longer than most ahead of me but finally realized those at the order register had been there for over 5 minutes and being ignored by the staff. They had to get the mobile orders done first before they could take orders from those in line. I finally left and got a sandwich next door at Hudson News in about 30 seconds. I didn't need the caffeine anyway.

customer service is usually pretty bad would give it zero stars if I could. today The barista was rude when I asked for water with my mobile order, told me I should look for a water fountain and not waist her time. As I am a SeaTac employee I will definitely be telling people to take the 2 minute walk to Beecher's in c10 gates for better service better prices and a better selection

I almost went to the Starbucks next to my gate on the way off the plane, but then I thought...this is Seattle, there will be another Starbucks. And there was! Three more, apparently. I choose the location near the exit and enjoyed a delicious cold brew!

Coffee is good but not the best customer service that we expect at regular Starbucks. Don’t forget, it’s little pricey at airports.

Ordered at 10:33 with a sandwich and iced drink via phone. Phone app says order being processed and ready at 10:48. Came back to check my order at 10:47, received my sandwich. Looked for my iced drink, didn’t see any and waited till 10:58, still didn’t hear my name. Asked one of the baristas if my order is still in. She just brushed it off by saying wait till your name is called. I later realize my drink was made into a hot one. I alerted one of the other baristas about the situation. She took away the hot drink and ignored till I repeatedly ask for my iced drink to be made. Overall, terrible experience there. It’s so sad they didn’t care about customer experience

my mom and i wanted to get some things from starbucks before our flight. we waited 10 minutes in line and then another 30 minutes for a warmed loaf of bread and tea. there are flights departing and ours was starting to board so we had to walk away. so many other people had to walk away too. they were slow and rude. cashier didn’t seem like she wanted to work their. drink makers were making the drinks slow as if we didn’t have places to be. they need to get a better system. more people making drinks or faster people making drinks. same with pastry people. they need a better system.

Ordered coffee and a pastry here yesterday while waiting for my flight back home. The barista, Maria, who took my order should have no business working in customer service. She was rude and cold and made me feel like a nuisance for asking questions about a drink.

I completely understand being a busy airport Starbucks means orders will be slower. Totally fine with waiting! I placed an order at 8:30 am and expected the order around 8:50. When 9 rolled around, I caught the attention of the barista and asked if my order was still being made. Like many other customers I was told “We’ll call your name when it is.” She didnt ask for my name. Everyone who asked a question was given the same snippy answer with no other explanation. It wasnt until 9:20 I caught a different worker who finally got me my order. The problem here isnt the wait time, but the attitude of the one barista. Im sorry to inconvenience you after an hour of waiting but I feel i had the right to ask without attitude being thrown my way.

The cashier named Emalyn was rude and unpleasant. I understand that it is early in the morning but she was just so rude. I usually buy the collectible mugs and asked for iced water but she just ignored my request and passed me over to her co-worker. When i went to her co-worker Stephanie, she told me to wait since she was still busy. The customer behind me got their orders already and I’m still there waiting for water!!! It’s ridiculous. I finally got Stephanie’s attention and she told me that I could have asked the cashier so it will have a request even if it’s just water!! Urg!! I’m done!

Typical wait time: 20 minutes and no place to sit. Do a mobile order instead.

After waiting 13 mins in line, I had to wait an additional 23 mins for a croissant. A total of 36 mins for something so simple. This establishment needs to find a way to provide faster service on something as simple as a croissant. By the time I received my croissant I had literally almost finished my nitro cold brew! What a disappointment! I’m glad I came early to the airport! Only reason why I support Starbucks is because they are consistent and fast! But fast wasn’t the case today!! Very upsetting Starbucks disappointed! My morning experience was a complete disappointment! And to top it off the croissant wasn’t even heated properly!

Staff was very unfriendly. Asked for iced water to be added to my order, cashier told me to ask for it at “the end”. Asked the lady making the coffees at the end, she said she will get to it. Got my coffees, which were out of order, 1 came out, then the other came out after other orders. Stood at the end waiting to ask about the water and waited 10 min for no one to even acknowledge me.

It’s the airport and I get it, it’s hectic, loud and what not. But the way certain baristas handle you when your asking a question is beyond rude. 2 days in a row there was issues with my mobile order. First my drink was missing even though it had been 25 mins when I was quoted 15. Next day they gave me the wrong food item and when I went back to ask if they could swap it, they took the item back and I was not given an update. After 6-7 minutes I asked another barista if they were able able to replace it and how long should I expect for it to take since I’ve seen other peoples food come out and be given out. The barista stared me down and said “it’s coming”. I try not to take these things personally, mistakes happen, but it’s a reoccurring issue with the same baristas behind the counter

The cashier took 10 minutes to take our order of americano, oat milk hot chocolate, coffee cake and yougurt parfait. One staff was extremely rude when she was advised that I didn’t want mocha hot chocolate - refused to give me a spoon for my yougurt and a sleeve for my hot chocoloate. Embarrassed to be a customer.

It is not TSA Checkpoint 3 for mobile ordering if you are in the terminal. Seems the app recommends the wrong starbucks. Because we live in a modern society and there is a Starbucks inside and outside the terminal. All with mobile ordering. So if your thinking "well I bet people mix up the locations and that causes them to cancel their orders." It does. I was waiting over half an hour for my order when I waited in line just to ask where it was. They told me it was in the other side of security. Annoyingly they cannot just make it there you have to cancel your order and then wait 5 days. Bad system and bad location settings in the app. Would be nice if there was a posting explaining what site it was.

Shout out to the girl with the blue hair working at the concourse A location. She was so friendly with a smile on her face and talking to everyone picking up an order. Fabulous service despite it being very busy

There's no menu visible with prices, so get ready for sticker shock. I paid $8.20 for the worst coffee I had on my trip to Seattle - and I had a lot of coffee. I thought I'd give it a shot because of Starbucks's history in Seattle, but some things are the same everywhere. Don't bother with any Starbucks while you're out here. Or anywhere else. Nauseating "mocha" sauce in a cup filled more with foam than liquid - and unfortunately it tastes the same as my local Starbucks down in Los Angeles... Even if it were any good, $8.20 is ridiculous for a grande mocha anywhere. I'm sipping this mocha right now, and it's making me nauseous. Why does it taste sour? I'll just throw it away and drink some tap-water coffee on the plane. If you're ever departing from SeaTac, get some good coffee at Southcenter Mall before you check in. Don't make the same mistake that I did. By the way, the servers were nice and extremely fast, so this review isn't personally targeted towards anyone. I just hate the price, and the coffee made me actually sick.

one of the slowest and, apparently, the busiest Starbucks, I have never seen such a long line (two lines) to order and receive coffee. very bad and terrible service

  • 2/5 Raf K. 7 months ago on Google
Average busy airport Starbucks immediately past the security check so naturally first stop for many passengers to get their morning coffee. Queues can insane long, so if you have app I strongly recommend pre ordering your coffee. Staff is doing their best but it’s hard to keep up with demand and constantly flowing customers. Food and snacks limited especially no vegetarian options.

Is this is a joke ? Line was long and only one register was open. People leaving lines and they didn’t even care. There were more people working in the back than cashier

the ladies who served us were so friendly!! they all asked how I was doing after a long and frustrating morning at the airport ❤️ they were so attentive, we had a huge order and they patiently went through everything and allowed us to make modifications and do split payments! plus they were very personable! thank you :)

I cannot say enough how horrible thus place is. Waited in line for 30+ minutes just to get to the counter. All of a sudden they decided to no longer take physical orders and only do online orders. She just told me, "what am I supposed to do? They paid, you didnt." She didn't give me a chance to pay! She then told me to just go elsecwhwre or make or make an online order. I hope everyone who reads thise chooses to go elsewhere. Yes the lady I talked to was the manager!

👍👍 Outstanding food for very fair prices. Fed three hungry guys extremely well for $30, had the (massive) meat combo. Already a repeat customer and will certainly be back. It's generally loud inside, lots of native Ethiopians there always. Decently decorated, clean and very kind staff. Have always had...
