Imagine landing at Seattle, arriving at the Bass Pro Shops version of a hotel and being happy to find that they have a "nice" restaurant, because you are hungry after a long day. Sadly, this is the illusion of Seaports. Our starter took 50 minutes to arrive, I know this because I took a picture of the cute bottle they bring water in immediately after i ordered and guess what, if you drink all the water they will never refill it. 50 minutes for fresh out of the freezer onion rings. Followed 20 minutes later by the overcooked steak you ordered over an hour earlier accompanied by under cooked "seasonal vegetables." If you only want to drink go here. If you want food go anywhere else, it will be cheaper better, and faster.

Visited Seaports for a beer and light dinner at the bar. This place is great. The draft beer was cold and the roasted beet salad was outstanding. Prices were fair. Service was excellent. Bartender Robert anticipated every need and was welcoming, professional, and checked in for refills right on time. I left some personal items at the bar and they were held safely for me until I returned. Check it out!

the menu has a lot of tasty options. we lucked out and got a quiet corner during a busy time, so the ambiance was relaxing and nice. quality food with reasonable portion sizes, helpful staff (even when they're slammed). it is a bit more expensive than what's in the immediate vicinity... which is mostly fast food but if you've got a chunk of time between panels it's a treat.

This hotel restaurant was very busy and probably understaffed but our waitress was very nice and took our order as soon as she could and the food came out at a reasonable amount of time (not fast). The cobb salad and wings were both very good and we were pleasantly surprised from an airport hotel restaurant. The draft beer and wine were both very good also.

The food was average. The fish and chips weren't my cup of tea. The fish didn't taste fresh, definitely frozen. The fries are delicious and wings are okay.

Michael and the main bartender (I can’t remember his name) are amazing. They treated me very well after getting in super late and it was basically closed, they still took care of me! Highly recommend this restaurant if you are staying at the Hilton or anywhere near SeaTac!

Nice atmosphere, but staff is not very knowledgeable about products and no drink menu is available. Food was average at best and overpriced. Dined here due to delayed flight and airline voucher for food. Restaurant responded by reducing menu choices. Staff seemed stressed and not very welcoming.

My wife and had dinner at this restaurant last night. I ordered medium rare prime rib. The meat I got was well done. When I asked if the waiter thought this was medium rare he shrugged his shoulders and said that was they had. He obviously couldn’t care less if what I got had nothing to do with what I ordered. The prime rib also had some kind of sauce on it that was not mentioned on the menu. The meat was, if anything, was more well done than the first. The first few bites were passable. However, as I kept eating the meat was so dry it was inedible. They cut off half the price, but it was a very disappointing experience. My wife ordered a margarita with an upgraded tequila. When we got the bill we found out we had been charged the full amount for the house tequila, $12, even though we did not get that house tequila. We were then separately charged for a shot of the upgraded tequila, $14, In other words, were charged $26 for a very small glass with a little bit of good tequila. Overall, the experience was awful.

Quite expensive. Overall pretty great food. There isn’t much range though. The severs were really nice. Get the cheesecake it’s the best I’ve ever had.

The flatbread pizza was very good. Menu items range from $12 up to the 16oz. ribeye which goes for $60. Bartenders are excellent.

The menu on their website is the menu available, however the prices in the restaurant are all increased $1-$2 from what’s on the website. The food was pretty average, however they were open later than everywhere else in the area (8:30 pm on Wednesday evening.) The bar was not incredibly well stocked, they hadn’t heard of several drinks and didn’t have the Ingredients to make them when we googled the recipes. But our server was very nice and attentive, she was friendly and gave great local recommendations.

Our server was so nice. We had a horrible day three canceled flights. Then the hotel put us literally a half mile away from the check in desk and we had to drag three suitcases and two backpacks the whole way to the room. Then walk all the way back to the restaurant which by now has a really long line. Our server was fabulous it was the best part of our day.

Hotel food is pricey so not going to ding them for that …. Fish & chips were great / huge servings .. great service!

Good food, however the service from the wait staff was less than pleasant. If you don’t want to deal with people then get out of the industry! No one needs food and silverware tossed at them.

After sitting myself, I waited 20 min and not 1 person come by to ask if I wanted to eat or offer a drink. I can’t believe the service was so bad. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Bob, Mike, Mike, and Abby were amazing! They were all so attentive and ensured we had a great experience. We stayed at the DoubleTree about 4 months ago and dined at the restaurant. Bob was our server and was so friendly that we ended up conversing with him as he worked. We accidentally left something at our table, and Bob (knowing my husband's first name and the state we are from) searched and searched until he was able to return it to us. Great, honest guy! Bob and the team are the reason we chose to stay at the DoubleTree again.
