Even with multiple delays, including AA miscommunicating landing times, the service was able to coordinate everything while we were in the air, making sure there were no delays once we landed. Our driver was exceptional, not only ready and waiting but extremely helpful with all aspects of our arrival, as well as giving some great suggestions on can't-miss sights in Seattle. Highly recommended to anyone looking to make arriving in the city care free!

We had a very late arrival into Seattle (after midnight) and our driver was there promptly ant the airport and took us directly to our hotel. We were concerned coming in that late to take a cab, Lyft or other type of transportation. Seattle Elite made it easy and safe and were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

I used Seattle Elite Town Car last fall during my first trip to Seattle. I had a positive experience with this company for airport transportation as a roundtrip arrangement (from the airport and back). My flight arrival was delayed by 50 minutes due to a terrible gate mix-up at the airport. My poor assigned driver waited for our meet-and-greet setup for almost 1 hour! He never left us and had his sign waiting for us. What a professional! Our return trip driver was nice also. I text him a photo of where we'll be, and things went smoothly. How the driver responded to my flight arrival delay really left a great first impression that this company is reliable. So the next time I fly to Seattle, I will use them again for sure!

Driver was on time, courteous, well dressed and the vehicle was spotless and very comfortable. Traffic was backed up a good distance in the departure lane. Instead of getting caught up in that traffic, he took us to the arrivals area so we could go in and just take the elevator up to our airline. Great experience!!!! Would definitely use them again.

Seattle Elite Town Car driver Alex picked up our family of six, along with all our luggage and drove us comfortably and safely in an air-conditioned Mercedes van to the airport. The vehicle was immaculate and Alex was exactly on time. Three weeks later, he picked us up at the airport and returned us home. He monitored our return flight and knew it was arriving later than planned. He was on the spot when we walked out of baggage claim. When nearby drivers were losing their patience in heavy traffic on a scorching day, Alex remained cool, professional and safe. We had a great experience with Seattle ELITE Town Car. We flew into Seattle with 8 people. They provided transport from the airport to our hotel downtown, then from the hotel to the cruise ship terminal the next morning, and finally transport from the terminal back to the airport. The best part was they assigned us the same driver each time so we got to know him pretty well. I would strongly recommend them, and will definitely use them again if we're ever back up in Seattle.
