😠 I've been through SeaTac many times and finally decided to try this place out. Purchased two plastic containers of sushi, a plastic cup of wine, and a bottle of beer (they have no beer on tap) for $75. Also, every table was dirty. Absolute highway robbery for gas station quality food and drink. I do... People often mention sushi, ramen,

Very overpriced. They used to have specials that were reasonable but they have cancelled all of those. Miso soup is $5 for a miniscule amount. $19 poke bowl, mostly rice. Be ready to spend close to $30 at minimum and leave hungry. Very disappointed. For premium prices food should be much better.

Absolute highway robbery for gas station quality food and drink. I don't understand how this place has stayed in business for so long. Highly not recommended.

Stopped here for their sushi. Terrible selection and fish didn’t look fresh. Opted for the tonkotsu ramen. They were out of pork belly, gave me a few sad pieces of chicken instead, and still charged full price. The server was clearly miserable and unmotivated. Was sitting in the back on her phone until I waved her over. This is a poor excuse for ramen. Doesn’t have a ton of flavor, the noodles are just spaghetti, and they use salad greens in the soup. I want my money back. 😞

I at the salmon platter, rice was hard, fish wasn’t fresh and currently have diarrhea right now as I’m leaving this review. Do not get airport sushi. I am a sushi chef, and I warn you now don’t get it. First time I’ve had stomach issues eating sushi 😭

Very nice looking spot with fast grab and go items. The Poke bowl was $18.99, and about half the size of normal poke bowls. Sushi rolls for $17.99 or $19.99 for a sushi roll and Nigri. Not enough protein (tuna or salmon) in the Poke bowls. No wasabi and not customizable.

The ramen is not ramen here but they do not know how to explain that. Don't waste your money here. The broth isnt even ramen broth. Lettuce does not belong in ramen. Only good thing was that it was hot. From the other reviews it sounds like they never have pork belly. They havent had it for at least 8 months and should remove their signage. Very bad mis advertisement.

Service was fine by airport standards but the sushi quality is very very mediocre. Basically lower end of grocery store sushi in terms of quality and freshness. Despite looking like and being advertised as a place where you can get poke bowls or sushi burritos made to order, they seem to basically be a refrigerated pre-made sushi vendor that happens to have a bar and serve some hot food like teriyaki and soup. I don't plan on eating here again but if it's the only place with seating and table space it's alright but not great...

By far, the worst sushi I have ever had. The miso soup was horrible as well! And the price was outrageous. On a bright note, the checkout gal was very friendly.

We’ve stopped in here twice and the people servicing us are always so friendly and nice. If you need a quick stop and have a hankering for something other than fried chicken or Starbucks it does the job.

One star because i charged my meal and the woman working there was all frantic that my card didn’t go through. But I had a receipt saying it did. She later found me as I was finishing my meal and said my card didn’t go and that manager checked. I writing this because I can’t call the place. Of Course, I disputed the charge. I hope the manager or owner sees this to speak to the woman who went out of her way to find me to recharge me!!!!

Got Teriyaki rice bowl which was over priced for the quantity. Did not receive a proper receipt despite asking and they added an extra 10% stating state tax. Wish they were transparent about it and I read these reviews before buying it here.

Had the teriyaki tofu bowl (warm), which was awful. That's not even teriyaki sauce if you ask me. Super sweet and just drenched in it. Wish I saw the comments before getting food.

I saw other comments has almost same problem, I think this place is scamming others! Nice looking sushi but don’t taste like fresh and is overpriced! The staff was very rude, avoiding all the communication with other customers! Very not recommend here!

Over priced prepackaged basic rolls. To say gas station sushi would be a compliment.

I’ve tried alot of sushi and this was definitely the worst, my local grocery store makes it better. Save your money

Best place to have a light food. The place attendant was helpful and was always looking after the place. We had a Tuna Tsunami Poke Bowl and a Nigiri Combo. We just missed the Kirin Ichiban. The high ceiling of the food court gives a relief for the gaps between flights.

Does not rise to the level that other vendors in the food court provide. Dull skimpy overpriced and fairly flavorless. Mute service without a smile.
