The meal you see pictured cost almost $20. Insane. Boring, limp noodles and non-descript orange chicken. Asked for tap water and the lady behind the counter gives me an empty cup and directions to a bottle filling station. She is standing right next to a soda fountain. After the wild goose chase (either her directions are terrible or it doesn’t exist) we returned and had her fill our water glasses, which she should have done the first time. My family of four cost over $80 to feed mediocre Asian food. For $80, Pei Wei can afford some tap water without a hassle. There’s a reason this place has an overall two-star rating. Wish I had seen that before. We walked by many superior looking, but *comparably priced* restaurants on the way to this one, which we thought was going to be less expensive. What a disappointment. I’d recommend you eat elsewhere.

Ordered the Mongolian steak entree with noodles and the honey crusted chicken with noodles. Noodles seem to be spaghetti noodles boiled and slapped under the entree. Mongolian steak: incredibly overdone and salty. Mushrooms flavorless. Felt gross eating. Honey crusted chicken: tasted like vinegar. That's it. Really wished I had checked the reviews before ordering here, probably the worst asian food I have ever had.

Wasn’t sure about e-ordering but the process is quick and easy and our orders came out pretty darn quick! My favorite was the chicken fried rice - hot, savory with ample chicken. We’ll worth the price The original chicken was ok but it seemed a little short on chicken and veggies and long on rice and not quite worth the $16 price tag with tax included

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 14.99 for a terrible orange chicken and 399 for soda. Over 20 bucks for what is worse than frozen dinner. So terrible I went to the McDonald's around the corner after. Or get the pizza next door! Portions are tiny. Presentation is terrible. Flavor is mediocre.

The worst meal I’ve had in a long time. Paid extra for extra chicken on the orange chicken and doubtful I got any extra. A boring mess of noodles too. Massive rip off! Had I not had a flight to catch I would have asked for a refund. Wish I had checked the reviews first. Terrible. Run away fast. Go to Beechers or anywhere else.

Absolutely ZERO flavor. Inorsered the Pei Wei Original Chicken. Supposed to have snap peas and scallions and carrots in a sweet and spicy sauce. What a joke. Tons a teeny slivered carrots, and chicken. That's it. No spice, No sweet. Waste of money I ordered egg rolls and a drink side add-on. A worker came up and grabbed two egg rolls for herself seconda before the gal was putting my order together. So she turns and yells, no egg rolls! Who ordered egg rolls? I raise my hand and so ask for a refund. She says no, she can't. Do I want spring rolls? No, I don't, I want the egg rolls and drink refunded. 11 minutes later after calling some person somewhere in the airport, I get a refund. Only to sit down minutes later the with most bland food I've ever tasted I believe.

They were out of several things on a Saturday at noon. Ordered on the app and they are supposed to text you when it was ready, a text didn't happen and their numbering system is confusing. Drinks were not ready when the meal was, so we had to wait a few more minutes. The portions were small, the food was cold, and the fortune cookies are also lame, all at a premium price. After some time, my stomach is also not feeling great. We spent $85 for four people..... Never again.

Be prepared for it to be a 20 minute wait for food with a small line of people. Food is served hot. Food taste is good enough. Amount of chicken and chow mein is maybe 4 ounces. Get extra if that’s not enough cashiers are moving fast, but food prep is not done ahead of time adequately

Touch screens function poorly, also do not list all entrees on the menu. Meal listed on receipt is not the meal I ordered. I pointed this out to the cashier and was informed that "lettuce wraps extra tofu" means "garlic tofu and rice". Do not be fooled if there is a short line, you'll be there awhile

14.99 for the Teriyaki Chicken plus 1.51 tax for total of 16.50 you get a small portion and you'll still be hungry. Food taste is ok. Got 1 piece of spinach, a little lettuce and a lot of rice. Short line so I decided to try it. IFood is ok but a little spendy, which is expected in Seattle Airport.

I really enjoyed my honey tofu dish, added broccoli to it and it tasted so good! My partner had the pad thai and he was also pleased. We will eat here again!

This certainly isn’t $20 worth of Chinese food. At that price point you’re getting sit down Chinese somewhere. I’m giving a couple stars because the food tasted good. Not the best, not too bad. Like Panda Express when they dump a fresh batch of chicken in. The price point and wait were silly though. Airport food!

Stopped here for dinner before catching a flight. I took the chicken chowmein with extra steak. Overall not too good, it was marked spicy but was a bit bland. My wife got the pei Wei chicken also marked as spicy but was very sweet. The portion size was good and the service was pretty fast.

My wife and I seriously enjoyed the food here. My wife got the Mongolian shrimp and I had the Chow Mein. Both of our dishes was on point! Fresh veg and meat! The lady up front was super nice and gave us reccomendation on what would be good for the kids. The only cons is that it is pretty steep on the price even for airport standards. I would also think that what this place is paying for rent in the airport, they would provide better seating options. Just be prepared to take your food to a quieter area or onto the plane. Side note: the containers that they provide are like Tupperware so they can take a beating.

Just ordered food from here only to receive moldy chicken. Literally, full on green-spotted chicken. Wish I had taken a photo to show you how nasty it was. They refunded us for that one meal only, but should have refunded all of our meals because we definitely didn’t eat any of it after seeing that nasty chicken. Praying I don’t get sick on the plane or on my vacation. Don’t ever eat here. This kind of food quality is unsafe and incredibly dangerous.

Delicious made fresh served piping hot. I requested no red bell peppers and didn’t get any! That almost never happens at fast food Asian restaurants. Fast and moderately priced. YUM!
