Restaurant

😠 Service was non existent, food over priced. Get a burger for 16.99 but 3$ for fries. $4.99 if you want truffle fries with 3 tiny leafs of cilantro….. this place is a joke and totally not worth it. Google “synthetic krabby patty“, that had more flavor than the burger I had here. Fries were disgustin... People often mention good, service, fries, staff, fish, time, beer, burger, asked, minutes,

Google “synthetic krabby patty“, that had more flavor than the burger I had here. Fries were disgusting, worse than the cheap frozen fries from the gas station. Everything is just over priced, flavorless and not customer oriented. Go else where. Oh and tips… you’re forced to pay at least 20% despite no customer service.

The fries were good but my chicken was dry and so was the service. I sat here for over an hour was not checked on my wait staff even one time. She delivered my food and and hour later I had to yell across the dining hall for a refill of water. When she finally brought it over she was a stank attitude. I wish I hadn't tipped ahead. Later I asked for a to go container and she brought a box 4 sizes too big. I am very underwhelmed by both and service and food. Will not be returning.

Would give 0 stars if possible! The servers can be seen eating in the kitchen, had to walk up to bar and request water after 10 minutes of being seated, waited 38 minutes for an iced tea, just HORRIBLE service. Would have walked out if they hadn’t made me pre-pay! This meal was $65 and IT CAME OUT COLD!!! Avoid this place at all costs!

Very good beer, lots of clams in the soup and nicely crispy/seasoned truffle fries. I had to flag down the manager to get a server but once she realized I was her table things went smoothly. Not the cheapest meal I've eaten at in this airport but I appreciated that it was comfortable, wifi/work friendly and fast enough that a one hour turn around was relaxing and satisfying. The TV's are nice and I didn't notice noise to be an issue which was also appreciated. Knocked off the star because it was a bit pricey, they didn't have the beers advertised and getting started was a bit rough. I would return.

I'm torn about this place. We were sat quickly since it was slow. But after we ordered our drinks, we were accused of stealing a beer the bartender had poured and then somehow lost. Both bartenders looked at us wondering if we took it, asking us outloud in front of other patrons. Yeah, we laughed it off, but it was embarrassing. The margarita they gave me tasted awful, like watered down tequila. I had to give it back and asked for a beer instead. The bartender seemed to take some offense, but it really was bad. He came back later and admitted one of the ingredients was bad. The chicken tenders were very good. But the rest of the experience left us feeling awkward.

You would expect that if you are going to spend $23 for a burger, it wouldn’t be a frozen patty with generic frozen French fries, but that’s exactly what you’ll get. If I had known ahead of time, I legitimately would have preferred McDonald’s. The beer selection sucks too. Don’t waste your money, there are much better food options at the airport.

Our server was pretty good but if you’re coming here for craft beer don’t expect much at all - only 3 beers on tap. Their canned beer selection is modest and not all of those are craft beers. I’m pretty certain the chill I ordered was Hormel chili from a can. The fries were good but ours didn’t come out very hot.

I had a long layover and decided to stop in for dinner here. The service was fabulous checked in on me just enough without making me feel rushed. The food was perfect, I wanted a nice comfort food and that is exactly what I got in their grown-up grilled cheese! Will definitely stop in again when I have another layover here!!!

Fish and chips was great. They come with truffle fries and Parmesan. The chili was really good… a little salty but nice and cheesy with plenty of spices and had very tender and juicy meat; maybe some of the best I’ve had. Brussels sprouts were fried perfectly, but the taste is average. Overall five stars for an airport restaurant.

One of my favorite places to go before a flight! Drinks are good, staff was nice and food is pretty good. The prices are pretty standard for airports and a bit on the higher end but for the staff and drinks are worth it!

Too expensive relative to quality. Ordered fish and chips, chefs specialty. As can be seen looks alright but the fish while seemingly fresh off the fryer, it was under seasoned nor was the fish flaky but instead somewhat mushy inside. Almost like it's frozen box fish. Chips were soggy and not served with enough ketchup. I appreciate the fanciful orange slicing display but not as much as I'd appreciate another lemon wedge, malt vinegar, and better quality tartar sauce. Focus on flavors before adding extra presentation elements. Minimum service checks, which may be due in part to the self order and pay system which spread their server too thin between bar and tables. I think the poke restaurant nearby is likely a better option.

I kid you not when I say that they have the BEST fish and chips I’d ever eaten!! Their white fish is just so succulent, melts in your mouth, reminding you that amazing food can be found ANYWHERE. Add truffle fries to the mix and a not overwhelming tarter sauce and it’s so unforgettable. The servers were so kind and friendly, and the speed of the kitchen allowed us to catch our flight in time. Thank GOD for people who know how to make fish!! So thankful!!! I went on a cruise and this fish tasted better. Wow!!!

It good that I know what to do with a qr code. Scanned and ordered immediately. I was even able to customize the burger for my picky nana! Food took about 20 mins, about 5mins past the original estimate but it was really packed today. The fish and chips, and burger and drink cost me around $60. Not unusual for an airport passing through touristy joint. Food was good and if they had another brick and mortar somewhere around this state, ill be checking it out too! Also, not the cute fry basket for fries

I did just walk-in and seat myself because they had a sign say to seat myself. ASIAN WINGS! The wings are good by themselves but the 2 sauces they give you are buffalo and blue cheese sauce. These sauces overpower the flavor of the wings! BLASPHEMY!!! HOW DARE THEY! But I understand. Not everyone is able to "HANDLE" that kind of "HEAT". GROWN-UP GRILL CHEESE! It's okay. It is what you expect it to be. Nothing great. Fries need to be double fried just slightly, maybe, to get that right crisp crunch. Maybe a side of home-made tomato soup would be better than ketchup. Overall it was good! Oh if you do online ordering, ask from time to time because they don't always pay attention.

Thankfully it was open late but the food was meh. Not a reflection of Seattle's beer scene that's for sure. Fish and chips, burgers, nothing of artisanal note here either. Putting truffle oil on fries doesn't cut it. When the restaurant was busy, Q reader menu resulted in poor customer service as well. Shame too, because the employees looked busy, unfortunately, just not where the tips counted. Not a complete loss but plenty of room for improvement.

Food was great! Clam chowder tasted homemade and was nice and hot. 😋 Staff was wonderful. Waitress came to our table when she saw us struggling with iPhone ordering (we’re old school 😂). Bloody Mary was delicious. Hubby had adult grilled cheese. Very good. Wish they had more locations.

Trash service. I waited 20 minutes while the server walked by me 3 times and served 2 couples that sat after me. I finally decided to order using the stupid QR code on the table (a gimmick that avoids actual service by the wait staff). I waited another 15 minutes before getting my drink. After sitting for almost an entire hour, I had to leave for my flight without getting my over priced burger with no option to add cheese, which probably would have been a frozen patty on a store bought bun anyway. Their stupid app doesn’t have an option to allow for to go orders, or even a “notes” section to request your order to go. For a place that is that busy, you’d think the owners would invest in more staff. Just another place that doesn’t want to pay their staff appropriately. I will never attempt to eat here again. I suggest you avoid this place.

The food was good. The service was not so much. Sat at the bar. Was a guy behind the bar. Made no effort to serve me. When I asked about service he said the lady bartender went to the bathroom. He made a point that the other half of the bar was his " but he would serve me." I should have left at that point. I got my drink. I asked if I had to scan the menu and was brought a hard copy. That was the end of the service. 4 guys were hanging around the railing. I asked if anyone was going to take my order. After pointing fingers among themselves, the same guy came to me and took my order. Guess he lost the finger pointing method of delegation. Food was timely and good. Nobody came to follow up on me. I paid the bill. I told the guy food was good, not the service. He said that was my opinion. If I was this boss, he would have been fired. I told the female bartender about my experience, her attitude wasn't much better. I will not refer anybody to this restaurant.

It is now nearly half after 6:00 am and this establishment, though bustling with staff, has yet to open. Several passengers have stopped at the cordon with inquiring expressions. The staff doesn’t even attempt “apologies it’ll be a few minutes more…” or “we’ll be opening [number] minutes late today”. This is an airport. People have constraints of time (departure time) and place (waiting at their departure gate). if you can’t be asked to open at your published time, please free up the lease for restaurants that actually want the business!

Our servers were Alberto and Colissa. They were very attentive and friendly. Our breakfast was delicious and neither of us could finish. My coffee was refilled several times and piping hot like I like it. The only down side which is just about everywhere here in the airport is a beer costs more than a 6 pack😂.

We stopped here in between flights for a late lunch / early dinner. It wasn't very crowded, although there's a decent amount of seating inside, and plenty more outside of the main bar / restaurant area. We used the QR code to get a menu and used their online ordering system. Drinks were brought out quickly (plenty of beers on tap, many local; and lots of other choices as well). We ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich - both of which also came out pretty quick, and were both very good. I suppose once you start using the online system, the staff assumes that you're going to continue, so they don't really check back much. But all in all, this was a great stop in between flights.
