Would 10/10 recommend these guys. They were awesome and I had to bring my 18 month old to test ride the bike and they helped me make it all work and were so sweet! They got me fully outfitted with a bike and rack and had all the accessories and equipment you might need. I can’t say enough about how easy they made it as a newer biker and a mom. Jamie and his crew are top notch people both stores Danvers and Seabrook are fantastic places.. how can you beat tax free in Seabrook as well.. they cover all aspects of bicycles from e-bike to Cruiser BMX bikes. I would not hesitate to recommend western cycles to anyone looking for a bicycle.

Test rode Trek and Aventon eBikes for my wife and myself. We preferred the Aventon and purchased two. Jamie worked with us to soften the hit to my wallet a little bit… much appreciated. Great bike shop with really good, caring, knowledgeable people.

In the pass month I have bought 3 bike from them and the service was amazing and there no pressure they dont try to push the most Expensive bike on you they make sure you leave with the right bike. I dealt with Tucker and his dad and the guys that also work there are amazing. I first got my son se bike and I thought I could put it together and I did but there where a few thing off so I brought it back and they went through the whole bike just to make sure it was safe to ride. Then I got my self a se bike a week late and I came right before closing but they stay open late just so I could the right bike. And last week we got my 7 year old daughter a bike she wanted a se but wasnt the right fit for her so Tucker showed us a trek bike which she love. If your looking for good quality and amazing Customer service check them out and ask for tucker . You won't be disappointed I promise.

Western Cycle was really friendly and knowledgeable. Tucker is a laid back guy who steered me in the right direction for the bike I was looking for. He let me try out the bikes I was interested in and in the end I went with the Surface 604 Quad. Awesome bike that I’m having a blast with.

Western Cycle Seabrook was recommended by a co-worker. I bought an e-bike, some accessories and they repaired my bike after a bad fall (fast sharp turn on slippery ground!). They have plenty of inventory and after buying my bike, they did not hesitate to swap bikes as the first bike was too small. For the accessories, they always had multiple options and provided me with exactly what I needed. Last but not least. After my fall, they looked at the bike and multiple parts needed to be replaced. They had options and they went the extra mile to repair my bike at a lower cost for me. They had quality issues with the parts they first received but they kept working for me to get what I needed while keeping me informed of the progress they were making. Their large inventory is a big plus to the point I am afraid to go there as I am afraid I will find another bike I like.

Dean has a wealth of knowledge about bikes and accessories. He is a good communicator and is always ready to answer questions and demonstrate the "how to's" related to the products. I always feel confident after making a purchase because I leave the store knowing I can trust his advice!
