Mel and Courtney are both very personable and accommodating. I tend to have a hard time scheduling a hair cut because my days are busy. Regardless, they always do their best to fit me in. Even when it’s 10 minutes to closing and it’s going to keep them late. Thanks for having such great employees!

Hi, My name is Shelly, I’ve lived in Seaford De for 2 1/2 years….I’ve had a very difficult time finding a hairstylist until this week. I called and got an appointment right away with a young lady name Carol…. I am thrilled with my hair cut, I’ve finally found a hairstylist that I’m happy with!!! Thank You Carol❣️

I haven't been to this location in quite awhile and decided to give them a try for my daughter's very first haircut before school started. I was able to make an appointment through the app. I had stopped in in the morning because the app said it was a 0 minute wait(which I found out is a glitch) but the ladies working greeted me, apologized and were so friendly. I went back at 3:20 for her appointment and was greeted immediately. We waited just a few moments until our stylist was ready. I wish I had remembered her name, but we had an African American woman that I just can't give enough praise to. She was so friendly, informative and helpful through the process. Because this was my daughter's first cut after 5 years of trying to grow hair she still consulted with me on the right amount to cut even though I had asked for the unhealthy hair to be removed. She took the extra care and worked well with my daughter's super curly hair(which is hard to find). We talked products and hair care for her hair type. She asked Lily what she thought and although my daughter stayed quiet the moment we walked out the door she chattered how much she loved her haircut. Thank you so much!

I almost don’t even want to share this, in fear that she will get booked up and I won’t be able to get my hair done by her… However, with her knowledge and skills, this girl deserves to be recognized! Courtney(sp?)!! My hair looks and feels AMAZING! You got my long thick hair foiled in record time! The color that processed out from your magic, is AMAZING!! I’ve never been so happy with my hair! You’re truly amazing!! While you were rocking out my hair Jessie(sp?) was knocking out hair cuts left and right! I was astonished at you both communicating and working together, even though it was pretty busy! I’m shocked at the negative comments. They were very accommodating to my needs and even called me in the morning to see my hair type and suggested (with hair to my bum) I should come in 20-15 minutes early! I was blown away by their attention and concern for me, as a client! I’ll certainly be back soon! Thank you girls for making my day!

The hairdresser with whom I had scheduled an appointment was not in the salon at my appointment time. Here’s the timeline: I made an appointment online for a specific hairdresser for 1pm the following day. I arrived about 10 minutes before 1pm and was told that the hairdresser I selected was out on her lunch break. I did not have a problem with that as I expected her to be back at 1pm but she had not returned to the salon at the appointment time. I waited until 1:10pm and then left. I find it so disrespectful for the hairdresser to not be on premises at the appointment time. I do hope that she wasn’t involved in an accident.

Made an appointment online, and then when I arrived, they blamed Google for not having the appointment. But I thank them because of it. I found a great barbershop "Colombian barbers" in Georgetown. So thank you!

We go here all the time our favorite lady is Jess. She always does an amazing job. My sons all adore her. My youngest son has an extremely hard time sitting still and she always manages to get him to sit still and cooperate for his cut.

Been twice in the last year. Same staff. They will not take in any business up to an hour before close. Business hours say they’re open till 5pm, but it may as well say 4pm. The last time I was able to get my hair cut there, the lady was short and frustrated with having to do a trim. I will not be going back in the future.
