My
youngest
daughter
was
invited
to
several
parties
at
Funtopia
last
year.
I
had
never
been
before,
despite
having
2
older
daughters.
I
found
the
staff
to
be
very
caring.
Sadie
had
felt
comfortable
with
a
party
host
named
Elouise,
who
was
understanding
of
her
sensory
needs
during
a
party.
We
met
family
for
catch
ups
and
have
found
the
food
to
be
amazing
each
time.
The
cheese/meat/bread
grazing
platter
is
huge
and
delicious!
I
brought
my
2
youngest
daughters
for
Santa
photos
in
December
and
that
was
a
big
success!
Having
the
privacy
of
an
enclosed
room,
away
from
other
people
was
a
really
nice
touch
and
the
value
was
awesome!
We
booked
Sadie's
8th
birthday
party
here
on
13/1/24
and
requested
Elouise
as
our
Party
host
and
she
was
great!
Molly,
the
party
co-ordinator
was
very
helpful
and
checked
in
with
me
many
times
throughout
the
party.
Dean
was
so
helpful
when
Sadie
freaked
out
and
could
not
follow
through
with
the
Leap
of
Faith.
He
managed
to
keep
her
calm
and
guide
her
back
down
to
the
ground,
where
she
felt
safe.
The
tight
schedule
of
parties
is
tough
to
keep
everyone
on
track,
but
the
party
hosts
do
a
great
job
of
explaining
the
process
many
times.
I
was
grateful
that
I
could
add
an
extra
hour
of
playground
fun
to
our
Rock
climbing
party-
at
short
notice-
on
the
day,
as
I
needed
to
monitor
my
daughters
energy
levels
on
the
day,
rather
than
knowing
in
advance
if
she
would
cope
with
extra
time
in
a
busy
venue,
on
a
Saturday.
Overall,
the
young
staff
who
work
here
are
doing
a
fantastic
job,
in
what
most
would
call
a
hectic
work
environment
with
so
many
young
kids,
parents
and
noise!
Well
done
team!
