Very grateful to the team here. Struggled through a work day in a lot of pain, from what I suspected was a wisdom tooth infection. Tried booking into multiple GP’s to try to get a script of antibiotics, all booked out, so I called my dentist. They had me in the chair within an hour, turned out the infection was worse than anticipated so they numbed me up there and then and took out the tooth - Wisdom teeth removal was something I’d been putting off for a long time as the thought of it made me extremely anxious. All that anxiety went away quickly Thanks to the staff from front desk to surgery and considering the nature of the procedure it was a really positive experience and I’m now on a script to treat the infection. 10/10 would recommend.

Gentle dentist with perfect people skills which makes a trip to the dentist so much more bearable. Worst dentist I've ever been too. I told them over the phone what needed to be done, they told me it would be fine and I proceeded to go in. Once I was in I was told that nothing could be done unless I agreed to spend $1000 on a 'detailed check up', they didn't even look at my teeth. I was there for a total of 10 seconds, and then they proceeded to charge me $50. Spend your money elsewhere.

Walked in with a tooth ache and they were able to get me in nearly straight away which was awesome..So professional and friendly all round.Thank you to you all, you should be very proud of your establishment. 😁.I'm not really a nervous patient at dentists, this tooth was a challenge but they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Ivy is a great dentist. I’m no longer worry about going. She is great with the kids and looks after our whole family. Receptionist is always friendly. Positive experience every time.

Great service and the staff are always friendly. Dr Alex was great with my 3 year old who had never seen a dentist before.

I initially chose this dentist as it was supported by Medibank private health. The staff are all lovely and professional. I enjoy my visits to this dentist as Dr Chris is always positive and never makes me feel guilty about my teeth hygiene (as other dentists tend to).

Receptionist made feel welcome, assisted me with my next appointments. Dr Jenny and the nurse were seamless. Dr Jenny was informative, factual, and professional. I greatly appreciate the team.

I saw Jenny and considering I’m normally nervous at the dentist, she made me so comfortable. Was able to do my check up and clean and was also able to assist with a recommendation and quote for aligners etc. booked in to go back as my regular dentist

This clinic is friendly, professional and reasonably priced. The staff put you at ease and discuss every aspect of your visit. My husband and I visit regularly and are very happy.

Jenny Lei is amazing she has made me feel comfortable from the get go. Considering I am afraid of dentists she put me at ease almost instantly. When we started the consult she was extremely thorough and her confidence and professionalism made me confident I’d picked the right person and my fear subsided. I have returned and seen her again and the options she has given me to repair my teeth that have not been very well looked after was amazing. Again thorough, informative and confident. This is the third dentist my husband and I have visited and she is the one we will be using for all of our dentistry Thank you

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Not a huge fan of dentists would do anything to avoid them. But the people that work here are absolutely amazing, they are professional, friendly and straight to the point. They are very clear when providing you with your options along with their professional opinion on the outcomes of your options. The establishment itself is very clean and easy to get to. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommended: Dr Ivy Nguyen is the most competent and gentle dentist I have met. I have a combination of issues which make dental treatment difficult; Dr Ivy has come up with workarounds for all of them in the years I have been her patient and I trust her fully.

After having THE WORST experiences with dentists, I avoid going at all costs. That is until I was in excruciating pain and I needed help. I had so much work that needed to be done. From the moment I made the appointment to the check ups years on, I have found their dentistry second to none! I now drive over an hour to attend this clinic. Dr Alex, the dental nurses and reception staff are beyond amazing! My whole family attend this practice and we would recommend them until we’re blue in the face😁

What a wonderful dentist for children! Our son needed a filling and cap on a molar. Required grinding the tooth to fit the cap. Steph (the dentist) was lovely, a perfect disposition and demeanor for children who might be nervous or anxious. Could not recommend highly enough. My son has zero stress now about the dentist. He is now on a good footing for future visits to the dentist (something not many adults have).

Great family dentist's who are caring and helpful, understanding and very friendly and accomodating. Gave 4 stars when they are really 5 stars only because everyone has room to better their business. The staff make this business as they are all excellent at what they do and explain everything along the way. My kids love the dentist all because the staff are so caring. Costs are on par with any dentist but also very reasonable. We are a family of 6 and all go here. If your looking for a great dentistry experience please try them, they won't disappoint.

I can honestly say that they are the kindest most caring dentists I have ever visited. Dr Shreyas Suryanarayana and Dr Ankur Kothari are lovely. They both made me feel at ease. The dental nurses and receptionist are also very friendly. I can highly recommend this dental practice 👍👍👍

I am an extremely nervous patient but the dentists at Carrum Downs Family Dental have been wonderful and made me feel at ease. I really appreciate that they take the time to fully consult with you and also let you know what is happening during the procedure! The dentistry is top class too.
