All the times I've bought tacos here, the lettuce is old or the tacos are hard to bite. Tacos are not fresh, makes me feel disappointed and regret what I bought there. And I swear if I get just a link from jack in the box, that's a horrible service. 😡

Never had a problem before Friday morning, but I have never been so disrespected in my life. Worst customer service ever and blaming me and arguing with me at the order screen. Awful experience.

Went on an half hour adventure to get some mini loaded tacos, got them home and they are DROWNING in hot sauce. Besides a couple tiny drops of cheese on the side, you can’t tell there is any cheese at all. Just hot sauce soaked mini tacos. Inedible… Then on my daughters order not even half the box full (on either). Edit for hers….the bottom of the box there were crumbs and pieces, burned and not, of other things…SO GROSS!!! My sons chicken sandwich, the chicken patty was SO OLD AND HARD. Just why??

very good service, the girl in the Christmas costume treated me very well and they made my #23 with the ingredients that I had requested, the coffee was very good as always, the lobby was very clean, the employees sounded like they worked in a atmosphere of harmony in the kitchen while they prepared endless orders everything was excellent, I think anyone would like to be part of this team

Inside was disgusting. Soda is everywhere by the soda machine, most of tables were not wiped off. The cashier/lobby attendant was just standing around. The trash is overflowing. The food was okay!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would .. First when I was ordering my food the staff caught an attitude because they didn’t get my order right? Then when I asked nicely for it to be dropped fresh I received soggy cold fries and when I asked for them to remake them fresh the lady caught an attitude and snatched the bag out my hands. After eating the food I began constantly throwing up .. the food and staff were terrible and I didn’t have this experience at any other jack in the box except this one .

Got two breakfast jacks. They were both great. Iced coffee was quite strong. Overall good visit

They can’t count when it comes to their tacos. I wanted 20 tacos so I order 10 of the “two tacos” and only got half of my order. I didn’t realize that until I got home. When I went back they couldn’t help me even when I had the receipt.
