Would rate it 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was door-dashing, they gave me completely wrong order, not asking for a name then proceeded to accused me of stealing, not allowing me to explain the situation. As I was leaving I was proceeded to get called a “dumba**” very unprofessional I will not be associated with this location again. And I will be contacting corporate.

Evening grill cook needs to be fired for the dry burgers they hand out. This place is usually great, but I usually go in the morning. Won’t be getting another burger from here or going anywhere near it after 4pm.

This McDonald’s location is always busy. They need to do better with getting customers in and out. They also need to do better with making the drive-through line move faster however, I would love to have a McDonald’s location like this.

Drive thru took too long and got to the window and the nuggets were not ready so I was asked to pull forward and wait . Then I had to get out of the car and go in only to find my food setting on the counter getting cold! Not happy! The large order of fries looked like a bunch of broken small bits and pieces. So Sad!

Everything was cool and smooth functional Granted it was a busy time. Food seemed fresh had to pull over just a little while to wait for my food ended with free extra fries NOIC👌🏾 I only wish I had someone to share all those free extra fresh fries with. Staff was nice. I think you have to actually request things like packages of salt or ketchup all the being said... I was good but I swear I got sick after I ate there.

I wanted to give a quick review on this location’s service. I stop by every week, on my way to downtown Dallas, to grab a coffee. I know that I can always count on this location to be quick and efficient - LITERALLY in and out thru the drive thru and back onto the highway in less than 2 mins!!! And the drive thru staff are always so chipper and friendly to me with big smiles on their faces.

The place is comfortable and clean, the only thing I didn't like is that it took more than 45 minutes to serve a regular coffee, I also had to ask for it twice until a young man delivered it to me, they should pay more attention to the orders
