First time trying this place, not bad. I enjoy the super simple menu.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Place is well lit, maintained and kept clean. The restroom was clean and didn't have a bad odor. The food speaks for itself. Anyone eating in and out know what to expect. The restaurant follows its brand standard and the consistency that consumers like me expect. That is why I return and support the restaurant. Overall they do an excellent job at this location. Keep up the good job.

This Florida girl had to figure out what all the hype was about this place and was i impressed. The bun was toasted and the fries were made with sunflower oil! Delicious! I'm not much for a fast food person, but I'd definitely eat here again while in California!

Like most other In-N-Out locations I’ve been to. I came here because I wanted to show my German friend this hamburger staple (I’d just picked them up from LAX). My Number 2 animal style was good, the fries especially. The burger was good too, but not as great as the fries (I think I need to remember I’m not the hugest fan of this restaurant’s pickles). My friend was understandably excited by their burger, and also their root beer, which they’d never had before. The staff here were pretty chill and there were no issues with order. The Coke was semi-flat—the carbonation was starting to go out of the fountain, perhaps. It was quite late at night, so this makes sense, as did one of the ketchup dispensers being totally empty. I’m knocking a star off here mainly for the cleanliness of the restaurant. At first glance, everything seemed OK, but when it came time to sit, it was clear that the majority of tables hadn’t been wiped down—I was forced to simply choose the least unclean one. Also, the trash had food and sauce around the holes. I wouldn’t have paid much attention to this during a peak rush, but there were only about 6 cars in the drive-thru and a handful of patrons inside.

I'm really not a fan. However, my kids love this place. The staff was so friendly and cheerful that it really made me happy that I went for a double double animal style.

One of the most consistent restaurants out there. You can't go wrong with in and out, they never make mistakes and the prices are great. No wonder there's always a line.

It's in n out. Seemed very clean inside and out. The line here is rumored to be quicker than normal but was the standard line wait. Food was great and never have messed up my order. They are very polite.

Efficient and delicious every time. Spotless dining room, friendly and helpful staff. In-N-Out is definetaly my favorite fast food burger joint to visit in every city that has one! Nostalgic!

I had my doubts about eating at another In & Out Burger but went again after a local recommended this location and the Double Double. So glad I did! Fries were freshly peeled and cut onsite, the buns were perfectly toasted, and the entire burger was delicious. I give this location 5/5 stars for cleanliness, well-stocked area for napkins, condiments and drinks, efficiency (very crowded), and for the staff. The fountain Coke was soooo good and bubbly and strong!

The service and food quality at this location is among the best the workers actually make you feel welcome instead of a burden to make your order like other fast food restaurants in the area keep up the awesome work lady’s and gentleman

Very friendly cashier and waiter. Their well-done fries are amazingly better than other places I've been at. Lots of parking space and line wasn't too long.

We went during dinner time, that’s why maybe the drive-through has a very long line, so we decided to dine in, surprisingly they take orders really fast, crews are smiling and asking/suggesting despite of peak hour, which i find a good customer service. Also, when we sat down, with that kind of busy restaurant, they do a good job cleaning the table immediately every after customers. I give 4 star with the service despite of what I mentioned above as the wait took extra longer, like around 20 minutes. Atmosphere is kind of crowded. But overall experience is fairly good! Oh and I should say, we purposely did a detour just to have In & Out coz I miss it! No In & Out in DTLA, please have 1 there too! ☺️

Worst in n out I've been to. The meat was not cooked correctly and it bad so more blood. They didn't out lettuce either. The bread was so crunchy and it was burnt. I realized this when I had gotten home and I had to drive back 20min to get a new burger. I like in n out. But they rush the orders they dont do a good job on quality.

Drive thru purchase at food pick up window. The service lady passed our food and drink, and ask for ketchup. Didn’t ask us to wait for fries and we drove away. And found out there are missing food and paid for it already. The service lady should have been trained to tell the customers to wait for more food coming. This is actually first time happened to me at this drive thru. Purchased on 11/25 around 3:50pm. Very disappointed!!

We love this place. The food is delicious and healthy! I wish they had a location in Visalia! There's usually a line to get in. Once you order at the counter, they take you to a table. Then the food is brought to you when it's finished. My favorite dishes include the salmon with tizeki sauce, honeyed cauliflower and mushroom tacitos.

Wrong at order, wrong burgers delivered. Just a mess. Not what we would expect normally.

I odered protein animal style double double. I got 2 pickles two paties, two slices tomato, two slices cheese but no extra sauce and no onions. I had taken two bites before I questioned the order. I opened up and yes- not animal style. I brought it back. This time there were fried onions BUT the second patty was only half a patty. IS that the one I had bitten into?? Isnt a double two whole patties? It is not the first time at this location double double animal style had been done with no onions at all and no extra sauce. Check before you leave.

Hamburger was cooked perfectly, lettuce, tomato and raw onions. Yum!!! Fries were cooked extra crispy. Crunchy Good!!!

Food was great,food takes longer to get at this location, clean tables but you're sitting next to people off the street. I was not comfortable with my kids there.

❤️ First off, what's not to love about this place!!! ❤️ Went for a night walk on the beach with my husband and dog one evening and got a lil hungry afterwards. So we decided on one of my most favorite places for a delicious bite. The young gentlemen taking our order heard my dog barking and offered us a meat patty with no salt for the dog! I thought that was such a cool move and was so thrilled! We have never been offered this before at any other location and will definitely request one next time we go! Thank you for making our night and spoiling our dog! It wasn't a free treat but was like $1.10, so worth it! Thank you always In and Out for your deliciousness and great customer service!!

This location has the shortest drive-thru line on weeknights. Don't abuse this information. As always, hack the menu for true happiness.

Great food pretty good service from the team members. Can't go wrong every time when we come over here. Food tip order the 4x4 animal style and see the big difference!

I don't normally rate chain restaurants, but this particular In-N-Out deserves recognition. The staff is compromised of fun, customer service oriented, and friendly staff members. From the time you step foot inside the door you are greeted. They are quick but you never feel rushed. A nice young man even offered to take my tray for me when I was done with my meal, and another was holding the door for me as I was exiting. The whole experience was a nice treat to my very busy Saturday.

Is there anything better? Answer: no. My go-to is a grilled cheese with onions and it's always perfect.

A transient came into the restaurant and ordered fries. He was treated with care and dignity despite has odor. This is very refreshing to see in today's society. Set the standard! Let's go!

Much like any other in-n-out I have been to. I got the double double animal style, with animal style fries (extra sauce), and it was fantastic. Definitely gonna add chilies to the fries next time. Maybe a 5 minute wait for food, but it was hopping.

Well it's forcing me to add a review so all I will say with the three stars at this point is they need to pay attention to the orders better when you make them I contacted customer service through their website. Went back with a card stating the specific issue I had the first time and they still gave me the wrong order but they always make it right but it's like why can't you pay attention. The staff are very nice but organization and leadership should focus a little more
