No reason the dining room should be closed at 2:30 on a Sunday. Sign in the door said “sorry, short staffed, drive thru only” which makes no sense. If you have enough people to handle a long line at the drive thru, you have enough to handle dining room as well. Hire more people or don’t even bother being open.

First time at del taco. I usually prefer the authentic street food Mexican food but their burrito there was amazing! The service in the drive thru is awesome! She was so nice and gave me lots of sauces and was very friendly the whole time even though it was 12am.

I can't thank/apologize to the manager enough. Yesterday I had enough points on the app for a free combo. So I got a few items for my wife and son and the free combo but for some reason their system wasn't picking up the offer on my barcode. I didn't complain but I guess the manager decided to just give me the free meal since it was clear on my phone. He also noted that the offer might still be on the app. Well the offer and my points are still there so thank you for that and sorry I accidentally took a free meal. I'll be sure to buy two combos and some gift cards on my next visit. Does del taco have gift cards? Anyway thank you for your kind service. Hopefully we can get the offer working on my app.

The most depressing restaurant, lots of senior citizens, when I walked in I felt like I was inside a retirement home lol, to make it even worse the lady cook dosent even knows how to cook, the food is extra greasy and she forgot to put rice in the burrito, I regret to stop by this place, wont ever again, if you like to get depressed this is the right place lol.

Quick bite to eat, it's okay the food is good, I love the bean and cheese tostadas those are my go-to, the burritos are kind of small compared to your average burger stand or restaurant. I just wanted to try it because I saw it on a commercial, it was very good. I ordered a combo which provided a soda and french fries, it was very filling.

The young woman who took my order was very nice and helpful. The young man who delivered my order (to go) was over the top rude for absolutely no reason. Go figure…🤔

Today I ordered a egg and cheese burrito. What I got was a Bacon and egg burrito. I am allergic to bacon, I didn't order bacon. However took a bite and nothing but bacon. Because I am so allergic I had to use my Epi-Pen and go to the emergency room. How do you get an egg and cheese burrito so Wrong? I will be reaching out for my copay to be reimbursed as well as the cost of the burrito. Additionally I feel you folks should understand what quality control is

I'm a huge Del Taco fan. This isn't my usual location that I go to, but I honestly don't think I would come back to this location. I ordered breakfast egg rollers for the entire family. We all noticed a weird after taste that non of us have experienced before from Del Tacos Breakfast. It seemed to be coming from the egg itself. We still finished out food, but made the experience distasteful.

Maybe if you had people who could make the food correctly or even show a little bit of politeness you might get a bit more business the food is really not that good at all in the first place and then to have bad attitudes while ordering and then receive basically flat tacos and burritos I wonder if you guys ever noticed how right next door dominos not only has people coming in and out of the store but the delivery drivers are constantly gone meanwhile this place is always dead doesn’t that show something?

They where quick and it nice and warm. I had their Carbon tacos and the three layer nachos. I noticed that this one had Birria Tacos. The kitchen was a bit messy.

Good eats for little money. Service with a smile. Love the grill chicken tacos and the new subs.

20 minutes in the drive thru and rude workers! And just got home and they forgot my $4.29 quesadilla!!

I ordered a breakfast burrito. Before the menu change the breakfast burritos were really good and hearty. Now, meh. They went back to super basic, egg, cheese, bacon. I don't know what happened to del taco for them to change up their menu but I go there less and less. I guess it's the machismo in me that misses the macho sizing and entrees.

Traveled 20+ minutes to pick up for a delivery app. Store hours posted open until 2:00 am and the app support said open until 11:59 pm but the drive thru was closed and the team members Channing the trash cans said they had no idea how to use the delivery apps and claimed they had been closed for quite a while. Smh. The team members seemed irritated with me. I don’t know why, they seem to be payed for their time. Im not.

The guy at the window didn't get my order for medium fries. He said that I didn't order them .I said that I did and that he even asked me what size. He was very rude and said not to give him any attitude because I wanted a hot order of fries. I said that he should have apologized. He acted like I never ordered them and said that I had to reorder and drive around again. You need to train your employees on how to communicate with the public and learn some manners. Alittle respect for your elders would also help.

Good for quick bite & drive thru. Sometimes, I don't get what I wanted, i.e. spicy hot sauce but get mild instead. This was one of those days. 🥺

Del Tacos are the crunchiest tacos! I would give 5 stars if they weren't so stingy with their green sauce. That sh!t must have Peruvian flake in it.

CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF!!!! I ordered a combo meal, got home, 15 minutes away, and realized they didn't put the fries in the bag!! 🤬 That is one of the only good things about Del Taco - those crinkle fries 🍟. On lunch so I can't go back.

All the employees are nice, and attentive when you need anything going to the counter. There is customer bathrooms. The dining area was clean.

I think something has happened since the merger with Jack in the Box. It cost me $12 for 2 egg and cheese burritos, hash browns, and a large drink. Del Taco used to be a good value, but it appears that is no longer. You can get a better breakfast elsewhere for that price or less It is still my favorite fast food Mexican vs Taco Bell. Taco Bell became dead to me when they did away with the Mexican Pizz, plus the Del Scorcho sauce at Del Taco dominates any of the taco Bell Sauces..

Food taste different from this store than my normal one closer to my home. And tacos in all OC/LA county DT rstrnt. Fillins still no comparison to Barstow del taco..( filled to the top, even the regular

I've been broke many times and when you don't have the dough... Go to Del Taco and you feist. It's also healthier than the other guys. The whole menu is good.

I'm sure food will be fine but a 15+ minute wait in drive through line when only 4 cars in front of me isn't ok. They have no sinage up but all doors are locked and you can't go inside. When will businesses realize that it only hurts your reputation when you try and open and run a business without adequate staff? Post food edit: not only did it take over 20 minutes, when my mom (who I was getting the food for) opened the bag she found 2 soft tacos when I ordered 2 hard shell tacos. What a waste of time!

I ordered ahead hoping to schedule my pickup time, but the app didn't offer time choices at the checkout. Being that I was 35 minutes away, I was concerned that my food would be made without me and cold by the time I got it. Hardly the case! Food was hot, tasted great, plus the fries were salted perfectly!!
