He Loves ❤️ The Ice Cream & The Ice Cream Machine Is Always Up & Running 🐾🐾

I love Sonic but this has happened to me way too many times here. Maybe I’m too picky, but when I order something, I at least expect the cup to be full. This is a mini blast. After tax it’s about $5. The fact that you can buy a whole tub of ice cream at the grocery store for the same price, and you can’t even get a full cup of it in a MINI is what baffles me about this. I’m fine with paying that much for the mini’s from time to time because I don’t eat ice cream much. But $5 for the tiniest cup of ice cream and it doesn’t even touch the edge of the cup. Literally EVERY time I’ve been here. Maybe it’s the norm now, but when I was a fountain at Sonic a couple years ago, we tried to fill the lids for people so they got the most of their money. :-/ Just going to stop coming here for ice cream. Everything else is good though.

Another bad restaurant experience took forever to figure out that we wanted a Reeses shake. Then it came out looking sloppy and not made properly should not have paid for it. Should’ve gave it back? Lol can’t wait for corporates generic response. Whoever trained this franchisee how to make a shake needs to be fired. They should call the Heber Springs location and ask them how to make one.

Ordered some cheese tots and cheese sticks. Tried out 2 of the summer slushes. The order was OK. I would definitely order drinks from this location but the food has been hit or miss.

The only problem I had was with the fries not being fresh . Other than that I was satisfied with my overall experience.

Its good, but they can't ever get a order done correctly. Everytime we go there, order is never correct.

Very consistent, always good food for Sonic and they always have quick and friendly service.

They are fast and very professional, but the food quality is not the greatest or even fresh a lot of times.

I order the same drink drink every time I go. I order a Route 44 cherry limeade with light ice and extra cherries. I have never and I do mean NEVER gotten the same drink. It has varied between all ice and very little limeade, no cherries, no limes, and 20 cherries. There is no consistency what so ever.

Do NOT go to the one across from TSC n Beebe... they are SLOW & VERY RUDE, Every Time I've been.... o, and Don't Ever Ask for a Cup of ICE, not Even a Small one!!!! So glad they have a new one where they will serve u a cup of ice and have Always been very nice to us... btw: we stop by sonic at least once a day up t 3x a day.. to buy Rt. 44 cups of Ice, Packed every time plus, usually an appetizer or snack or dinner on most days... but I'll Never go back to that sonic again. I've tried for years and still same issue... better sonic and employees over the overpass.. Wanted to ADD: I worked for sonic for a few years and was Crew Leader quickly after starting n Searcy.... I know how it's ran , I guess I need to say, how it Sgould b ran.... we ALWAYS made Sure the Customer got What they Wanted and However they Wanted and With A SMILE and with a "How can I Serve U (our Paying Customer) & I will Do Whatever it Takes" ATTITUDE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT TO ALWAYS HAVE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS!! U should try it at this store... instead we get an attitude as if we r bothering them by paying for their service (work) which PAYS THEIR SALARY!!! that's probably why so many ppl came to our sonic c7z of word of mouth about how great the crew was, the food was, the attitude was, and how happy the person telling about us was.... wish we had internet for reviewing like this back then... bet we'd very rarely had an unsatisfactory review!!! Thank u Carolyn Martin for training us right and for letting those with the wrong sonic family attitude go....

Love the tots! Sonic is my goto when I want tots. They're always perfectly cooked and salted.

Good food but not as delicious as the ads promise. Service friendly and quick

It's great but gets packed easily. For a sonic, the food is good and the carhops are usually nice. Pretty sure this one and the one on Beebe Caps are where the GM and owner are typically found but I believe they also own the one in bald knob.
