My
husband
and
I
were
pleased
with
the
friendliness
of
all
the
staff
we
encountered,
from
the
young
man
who
checked
us
in
to
the
young
lady
who
checked
us
out
5
days
later
and
the
housekeeping
and
maintenance
workers
in
between.
Our
room
was
very
clean
and
the
beds
were
comfortable.
When
we
had
an
issue
with
the
toilet,
maintenance
was
very
prompt
about
making
the
repair
and
the
young
man
was
very
friendly.
The
reasons
for
4-stars
and
not
5-stars
are
primarily
for
the
following:
I
have
mobility
problems
and
we
stayed
in
a
handicapped
room,
not
only
were
there
not
enough
parking
spots
for
the
number
of
rooms,
but
there
was
only
ONE
handicapped
parking
space.
I
don't
know
how
many
handicapped
rooms
they
rent,
but
there
either
needs
to
be
more
handicapped
parking
or
there
needs
to
be
parking
dedicated
to
specific
handicapped
accessible
rooms.
Of
the
four
nights
that
we
stayed,
there
was
only
one
night
we
were
able
to
park
in
the
handicapped
parking
and
one
night
we
parked
in
the
actual
parking
lot.
The
other
two
nights
we
had
to
park
off
site.
Second,
the
breakfast
had
a
good
selection,
oatmeal,
cereal,
breakfast
sandwiches,
a
pancake
machine,
fresh
fruit,
fruit
juices,
with
milk,
yogurt,
boiled
eggs
and
coffee
however,
the
morning
my
husband
selected
cold
cereal
for
breakfast,
he
ending
up
pouring
curdled
milk
onto
his
cereal
and
the
next
morning
the
breakfast
sandwich
he
got
looked
and
tasted
like
it
had
been
reheated
multiple
times.
Perhaps
the
breakfast
sandwiches
should
be
available
to
be
heated
as
they
are
selected
by
guests
so
they
are
heated
fresh
and
not
sitting
and
drying
out
or
reheated
the
next
morning
if
not
eaten
on
the
first
date.
Finally,
the
pool
was
very
nice,
a
little
cooler
than
my
liking,
but
the
towels
were
nice
and
big
and
soft,
the
hot
tub
was
nice.
A
warning
when
selecting
the
handicapped
room,
Room
100,
is
right
near
the
pool
and
between
the
hours
of
8:00
am
and
10:00
pm
the
door
frequently
slams
as
kids
run
in
and
out
and
yelling
and
screaming
can
be
heard
from
the
pool
room.
Thankfully
once
the
pool
closed
at
night
things
quieted
down.
If
we
had
known
the
proximity
of
this
room
to
the
pool
we
would
had
made
sure
to
request
a
different
room.
I'm
just
thankful
my
mother
didn't
join
us
as
originally
planned
as
she
isn't
near
as
laid
back
as
us.
Finally,
there
is
no
air
conditioning,
which
the
first
week
in
October
isn't
a
big
deal,
but
the
room
became
stuffy
due
to
the
fireplace
pilot
light
and
the
patio
sliding
door
did
not
have
a
screen,
we
didn't
experience
a
problem
with
flies
or
mosquitos,
but
wonder
if
this
is
a
possible
issue
in
the
summer.
The
room
had
a
great
floor
fan.
The
hotel
is
pet
friendly,
and
there
are
no
signs
directing
hotel
guests
to
"potty
areas"
so
the
smell
of
dog
urine
was
strong
in
some
walkways.
Overall,
we
would
consider
staying
again,
but
we
would
want
a
different
room.
We
wanted
a
room
with
an
ocean
view
and
the
"partial
view"
provided
a
nice
view
the
sand
dunes
behind
the
promenade,
no
water
view
though.
