Visiting Seattle and I had to give it a try. I'm from the south so I know about good fried chicken and this place is legit. The fear with fried chicken is that it could easily be overcooked and dry, but this chicken was cooked perfectly. It was flavorful and juicy. Do yourself a favor and get the chicken stick and a thigh or drumstick. They both have different textures and both are yumm. Also had garlic rice, collard greens, and monggo. Everything was a hit with me and the family. Plus they gave us extra chicken cause they said the thighs were a little small. That's awesome customer service right there. Highly recommended!

Amazing chicken cooked here. Try both spicy and non-spicy. Chicken was truly fresh and portions were big enough.

Definitely some of the tastiest fried chicken I’ve had in Seattle or anywhere if I’ll be honest. Skin was crunchy enough considering we did takeout. However, it was the flavor of the chicken that really sealed the deal. Whatever spice blend they used on the outside worked perfectly with the marinade that the meat bathed to create some absurd symphony of flavors in my mouth. The garlic rice and beans/lentils was also fantastic. Love the light touches of fish sauce.

My friend and I went here, ordered just about one of everything off the menu, and can definitely say EVERYTHING is top notch amazing. The chicken has light and crispy Filipino-style breading, fried to perfection with all the juice still intact. Paired with a smattering of authentic Filipino fusion sides, and complemented with friendly staff, the hype around The Chicken Supply is legit 🐥🇵🇭 Make sure to place your order for the next day at 9/9:30 PM the night before!

Wow. Best fried chicken I’ve ever had, and I grew up in the south. Super crunchy, flavorful, and juicy. Sides were 10/10 as well, especially the marinated veggies. Get the spicy chicken!!!!! We’ll be back for sure!

Ridiculously juicy chicken. Not fond with the skin but it is crunchy! Surprisingly still crunchy a couple hours later! Service was outstanding! Clean place overall and organized kitchen! The monggo [mung beans] is good and so is the garlic rice!Their ordering system is pretty straightforward and user friendly! Only doing carry/take-out. Definitely recommend! Sarap na sarap!

Y’all, don’t sleep on this place. As a fried chicken lover, I was surprised to see how big the chicken pieces were. I ordered one of each type of type. I was driving home with my order and couldn’t wait because it smelled liked so good! I was that mad driver gnawing on a drum stick on one hand and driving on the other hand. Leftovers of the chicken was still crispy! And what is more, their sides were bomb and full of flavor too! The garlic rice wrapped in the crispy chicken skin dipped into the coconut sauce from the greens was DIVINE. Even though the meat stick became soggy by the time I got home, it was still super flavorful. One of the best friend chicken spots in Seattle. Last but not least, the butter mochi cake was chewy and paired really well with the coconut chips and I ate it in one sitting, despite thinking I would have leftovers for the next day since it was rather big.

I did not even know there was this much hype here. On a Tuesday, they sold out of all chicken by 6:38pm. This Filipino fusion restaurant. I got all the chicken options Wings $3, Drum $4, Thigh $7, and Stick $8. After tax and tips it came to $30. The spicy sneaks up on you and is spicier than Sriracha (The rooster sauce). The crispiness of the fried chicken is thin, but it is a refreshing taste. The chicken are tender and not dry :) Once you have the stick, you'll understand why its worth the $8. its convenient, easy to share, and you can just be like a kid and treat it like popsicle. I recommend the Monggo Bean to counter the spicy chicken. The Cold Pancit taste literally like a salad and nothing like what you have in mind for Filipino pancit. I recommend you to come early because this place is popping. Their restroom is not called restroom lol

Best fried chicken you could get in Seattle. Don't think, just go order and eat. They open at 4pm and will be sold out mostly by 4.30pm. However, you could order online and schedule pickup for any time in the evening.

You can eat in the restaurant! I thought it was takeout only but they offered for us to eat in house when we were picking up our to go order. It's a small shop but good vibes and lots of fun watching the cooks hustle. Wow the chicken is phenomenal!! I love the stuff here. The chicken was juicy and the batter was perfectly crispy. It's an in between of American fried chicken and Korean fried chicken plus more seasoning. Some pieces had a sweeter taste than others because the seasoning is sprinkled on top after the chicken is fried. My favorite was definitely the wings. Most juicy cut and lots of crispy skin. My partner prefers chicken tenders so he loved the chicken stick, which was super juicy and not at all how I imagined it would be. Some sides are a bit disappointing, but the garlic rice was definitely the best one. I'd get that one again!

I ordered takeout ahead of time for our at home date night. We are new parents! Everything we ordered really hit the spot. The crust stayed crunchy and crispy and the spice mix was the bomb. All the chicken pieces were huge. So ended up with leftovers. I preferred the wings over the things. Garlic rice didn’t live up to the expectations. Marinated vegetables were very flavorful. I will definitely order them next time. The dessert butter mochi was the best part of the meal. Hubby and I were fighting over the last bite. Definitely order ahead!

It's a casual chicken joint, but with unbelievably good food. Run by a chef who used to work in fine dining, they bundle the high end deliciousness in a casual and approachable fried chicken package. Absolutely the best fried chicken I've ever had! The "breading" (not actually bread) is unbelievably crispy. Make sure to order before you go, as they are often sold out by the time they open. The regular thighs are the best thing on the menu. I love them with banana ketchup or dipping vinegar. You can't go wrong with any of the sides, but don't miss the butter mochi!

Great, crispy chicken. Not much else to say! Skin is lighter than a traditional western breading. I wish they had a sauced version like Korean friend chicken Order head if you want to guarantee a meal. We came in 10m after they opened and they said they can only do a handful of wings and drumsticks, crazy! Pickles were also nice and juicy.

Went in to get some fried chicken but since it was the end of the night they were out of everything except for the chicken sticks. Got those spicy and an order of garlic rice. Oh. My. Gawd. Best dinner ever! Can't wait to go back. And totally forgot to get banana ketchup. Next time... For sure!

These people know what they're doing!! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy. The chicken skin was crispy crunchy heaven. The collard greens were THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD, that coconut sauce slaps. Even the dipping sauces were *chef's kiss* Stephens butter mochi was fire. Absolute 10/10. Plan ahead, order early in the day, and prepare for a spectacular meal. To top it off the people working there were extremely kind.

This is the best gluten free fried chicken I have EVER had! Straight up magic. So good I could cry. Seriously. And try the butter mochi too! How is this goodness naturally gluten free?
