I've been feeling poorly and was able to get a semi last minute appointment here. I ended up having to get my blood drawn for the very first time and Kaya was so kind and patient. I got through it because of her.

Helpful and convenient for single issues. Not recommended for annual physical exams. During my annual exam, they didn’t perform organ checks, eyes/ ears/ mouth, lymph nodes, or reflexes. Blood work was incomplete and only covered cholesterol. I now need to make an appointment with my regular doctor to get a thorough exam. Also can’t schedule annual exam via their site—need to call in to schedule.

Had a great experience coming here, which says a lot since I dread going to urgent care/doctor visits but everyone working here was so friendly. I really appreciated the high level of customer service during my visit today. I was able to get in and out quickly as well which was a perk!

I loved the nurse who checked me in and out, very quick and very fun. The PA who checked me out was quick and nice. Straight to the point and very honest and already feel better the next day

Had a freak injury and the urgent care facility I already had an account with was just really busy, so tried this clinic and was very pleased! Everything from making an appointment to check-in to evaluation was easy and professional. Staff were friendly and made this visit a pleasure! So fast! Everyone was kind and efficient. Got my meds on the way out, so no extra trip to the pharmacy. It's no fun being sick—nice to have a place that can just get you taken care of quickly without any hassle.

Great experience! The facility is clean and simply furnished. I was seen right away, a test was taken, an Rx was given and I was out in 20 minutes! I wish all urgent care experiences were like this!

Great 1st time experience, and I left with my asthma medicine in hand. The P.A. who cared for me listened real well, examined me appropriately, and explained treatment. If I need urgent care again, this Wallingford site will be my first call.

Scheduling online was relatively easy, our wait time was short, the waiting room was pleasant, and the nurse who checked us in and our doctor Curtis were very good with my 7yo son. He was very at ease and everyone was cheerful to us without being rushed. Just awesome.

I wish I could say I had a better experience. I feel the Dr. dismissed some of my comments about my symptoms and being different than normal virus. I was charged almost $400 (pre insurance) for a visit that prescribed ibuprofen and took less than 15 minutes. I'm now having to get blood work done and going to the ER because I'm getting worse when I believe it could have been addressed in more depth exam on my initial visit.

They have a strict 5 mins past appointment time or bust policy. We entered at the 5 min mark. They didn’t take us. Didn’t even try asking how urgent the need was. More important to get those policy brownie points (even though we were inside it) than tending to your patients. Goes to show priorities. Very unfortunate.

I went in for a routine test that every neighborhood clinic should have. The test is literally listed on their site as available. However when I went in, they said they didn’t have it. I had to pay a co-pay for a visit where they didn’t do anything.
