No parking in there small garage 👌🏾I wouldn’t be proud to bring my company over… feels like the projects on blue pills 💊 people pee at the front door. And hang out at night in front of the building. The fire alarm always goes off… FYI

My 2 stars for this otherwise 5 star apartment complex is because of my persistent, seemingly unheeded complaints by a single unit above me (three complaints to security personnel now in the last week) about loud music, rumbling wall music, seemingly being played on some kind of never-ending loop all day and all night) regarding annoying, disrespectful noise coming from the same unit above me. I've only been here 6 weeks but it appears that staff, in general, is reluctant to do anything on their own, but rather leave everything up to the tenant. Why is this? I've even spoken with the security company here via phone, but it still doesn't seem to be enough to reiterate to the staff here about, again, these now 3 complaints from me against the same unit above my floor and my unit. Again, why does the staff here seem to never want to take direct action, regarding persistent tenant complaints, themselves but either wait for things to get worse, for things to somehow magically fix themselves, and-or for new tenants like me to have to leave negative comments and reviews about all of this on its website? Or do we have to, when all of this fails to get rectified by apt. security and management, always have to get the police involved in the end?

HANA Apartments used to be a nice, modest home when I moved in in 2019. Back then, it was managed by Greystar, who did a great job of maintaining cleanliness, amenities, and offering me free rent with renewal offers. During the pandemic however, the management switched over to Security Properties Residential, who has fostered a slow and steady decline of the property. Over the course of two years, the complex has become dirty, dingy, unsafe, and downright gross. The front entrance is disgusting and quite unsafe at night. There are lots of sketchy strangers trying to get in so they can smoke fent and weed in the stairwells, leave graffiti and trash everywhere. The common spaces (elevators and rooftop deck) are unkempt as well. The roof top deck, one of the greatest selling points, has been left to rot. The cushions for the hard wooden chairs were removed, as was the grill long ago, and the neighboring amenity room with AC has been locked off to residents with no word or warning. There are ZERO amenities at this property. And the worst part is, despite HANA's quality taking a nosedive these last few years, they raised my rent and didn't even offer free rent promotion with my renewal offer to soften the blow of a rent increase. No thanks! This used to be a nice community to live in in 2019. Now it's dingy, gross, unsafe, and way overpriced. I'm so glad to have moved out, and I know other residents feel the same displeasure, just ask them if you get the chance like I did. Look elsewhere!

The view from the roof is beautiful 🤩. The hallways are nice and clean, and smell decent. Rent is decent and the apartments are updated. The front office is fast about grabbing packages and keeping them safe. The front door smells of pee and could be a health hazard. It has also taken a lot longer to receive certain requests, caused by a lack of follow up communication. The area around the building is a bit sketchy, you can hear multiple car alarms going off nightly. Photos attached are captured from the roof. Absolutely stunning perspective of Seattle to see.

This review is just for my touring experience with Isabelle. She was very informative and such a sweet lady! She guided my partner and I throughtout the apartment complex and showed us other alternative rooms that shares the same view of the unit that we’re going to lease but unavailable atm. We enjoyed our conversations with Isabelle and greatly appreciate her kindred spirit!

First off, the lease representatives here are incredibly respectful and professional. Each time we contacted with a team member, they were pleasant and promptly returned our messages. Tay gave us the chance to virtually tour with her, and she was incredibly sincere and patient with all of our inquiries. Although it appeared larger in the virtual world than it actually was, the unit was same in person. The bedrooms had plenty of light, and it was peaceful and roomy. That is a treasure and something that is uncommon in this area. Surprisingly, despite being directly off the freeway, we didn't hear any traffic. Beautiful home considering where it is!

Did not lease here but leasing was friendly and organized. The property manager, Kevin took his time with me despite looking busy coming off from lunch to help me. He explained patiently on what the affordable housing application process was like and gave me a tour of the property. I grew up in this area and this apartment is local to nearly everything. Great first impression, and definitely worth a visit!

First off, the leasing agents here are very professional and respectful. Each time we communicated with a team member they were delightful and responded back in a timely manner. We had the opportunity to virtually tour with Tay who was very genuine and answered all of our questions throughout the tour. We were worried the unit looked larger virtually but it was everything it was in person. It was spacious, quiet and offered a lot of sunlight in the bedrooms. That is something not common in this area & is a treasure! It is located right off of the freeway, surprisingly we didn’t hear any traffic. Gorgeous property for its location!!
