Dr Christia is phenomenal. She really listens and then provides technical expertise thru her many years of experience. I love that Willamette keeps such great talent. It says a lot when staff stay! They are what make Willamette great.

Willamette no longer protects its patients from flu, Covid, and other airborne diseases. It has made masking optional. Just because the government allows you to, doesn't mean you should abandon this best practice that hospitals continue to practice. The waiting room is tiny, and the chairs are all scrunched together, so it's hard to put distance between you and unmasked patients. Shame on Willamette for abandoning best practices.

I have a very big fear of the dentist due to a previous root canal. The minute I arrived they made me feel comfortable and assured me that I was in good hands. Dr Li was amazing and caring to my fears. She let me wear my air pods and gave me Nitrous which helped a lot. The only time I felt anything was during the numbing process and she was very good at that as well. I would recommend them to anyone. I am so happy that I came here for my root canal. I no longer fear going to get necessary work done. Do not hesitate and come here.

Every staff member I encountered was really lovely, with clear intentions to create a pleasant experience. I felt really heard when I expressed my concerns, and everything I asked for was done. I really like the focus on preventative care, and that drilling is a last resort. I have been to seven or eight dentists in the Seattle area, and this is the only office I have ever been eager to return to. Plus my teeth have never felt so clean!

Dr Li and her assistant were amazing during my root canal visit!! I will definitely travel the extra miles to be treated there again.

Dr Cristea is an excellent doctor. I got 2 dental implants in one day. No infection after procedure, and no pain either.

Rena and her team are amazing! I was impressed by their intelligent and respectful care! Highly recommended!
