I went because my wife wanted to go; I stayed for a long time because it was amazing and interesting. The talent behind these works or art, made by hand from glass in phenomenal. Check out the film, it helps you understand the tremendous amount of work and skill goes into each individual piece. Don't short change yourself and miss the outside garden. That was very cool as well. It's only a 10 dollar add to the space needle ticket; well worth it.

The Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit is one of my favorites that I have seen anywhere. As a painter and photographer I have an enormous amount of appreciation for art forms but glass blowing is probably the most awe inspiring to me. The exhibit is so colorful and vibrant that it is even more mesmerizing around every corner. The lighting in the exhibit is top notch and the places the shadows exist compliment these pieces perfectly. They have a live glass blowing area that is cool to see as I never had before walking through this exhibit. I highly recommend this is you love art and colors, which this place blends perfectly right under the Space Needle!!

A must see for any tourist coming to Seattle. You can do this plus the Space Needle in the same day. The cost of admission justifies the experience. Plan to spend a couple hours here depending on if you’re taking pictures or just walking through it. Plenty of spots to capture that perfect photo. It was one of my highlights of the trip. Employees were nice.

Definitely worth the trip! The tickets may be costly for a ~30min tour but it’s very worth it. There were only a few rooms but you can sit and take time to appreciate every artwork. There’s also scheduled demos outside in the garden area and an AV room explaining the process. And a pizza cafe if you go hungry. It is not part of the museum but I must mention the violinist outside (you can hear him from the garden area) contributes a lot to the overall experience. He wasn’t playing when we went in but he was by the time we reached the garden area and it just made the experience even more special. It makes the ambience even more magical! I wasn’t hyped seeing the photos when we were deciding whether or not to go, even if it has been recommended to us a couple times from friends. But photos don’t do it justice. You need to see it in person to elicit a reaction/emotion. Definitely recommend and would love to go again to show to other family members who haven’t been. ♥️

Glad we went, the staff were friendly, but it feels a bit expensive ($35) for a self-guided tour. Seems like $20-$25 would be more appropriate. The size and textures of many of the exhibits are impressive. Also, for the video part of the tour it would be nice if they had a visual countdown on the screen until the next video starts. Expect crowds (we went on a Tuesday around noon) and guests not paying attention to their surroundings while taking photos.

I got the city pass for 84$ in which I visited the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens and Argosy Harbor Cruise. Chihuly Gardens is an absolute masterpiece of art. The glasses are moulded into beautiful and colorful structures and objects are a delight to the eye. The process of creating different shapes and figures and how to color them is shown in a detailed manner from scratch to finish at the exit of the museum. It is a great place to bring kids and family. The outdoor area has some creative, colorful and unique glass structures between the plants and should not be missed. The overall place is unique and definitely a must visit while in Seattle.

I got a City Pass for $60 which covers both the Space needle and Chihuly. It is a nice place for a quick visit. They also make glass sculpture right in front of you which I found pretty interesting. The guy also explains more details about the melting and shaping of the glass which makes it even more engaging. Definitely recommend visiting this place

Absolutely loved this museum. Was not aware it was so large and contained so many exquisite pieces. Simply stunning artwork. I thought the cost was well worth the experience. It was extremely easy to get tickets via the kiosk but I noticed you could also purchase them from a clerk. I could have stayed all day it was just that beautiful. The outside gardens were lovely and I can only imagine how beautiful they must be lit up at night.

Beautiful glass artwork. So beautiful it looks kind of off-putting and scary at the right angle in the right lighting. There is an indoor portion featuring many of his works and an outdoor garden that incorporates the glass sculptures with the foliage. The best part of the museum is definitely the big windowed room featuring the orange glass hanging from the ceiling

This place was amazing. It is definitely a must visit place for anyone. It’s right next to the Needle. The glass art is so incredibly well done, you might find yourself forgetting it’s glass you are looking at. The beautiful arrangements inside look stunning, and the outdoor sets fit together so well. When we went, they did a demonstration where they made a glass vase. It was amazing to watch 2 very talented people make something that we could never imagine making like it’s child’s play. The 2 of them did an excellent job explaining how these glass sculptures are made. Overall, an amazing, must visit place in Seattle.

I guess I'll be that person that doesn't leave this five stars (or even four). With that said.... Is the art very nice and beautiful. Absolutely. If you are an art fan and die hard glass artwork, yes go here. If you are looking to do something in Seattle to kill time or bring friends.... The $37 or so cost for a normal entry ticket for maybe an hour of your time... I'll pass to come again. The six or seven rooms inside with some stuff outside was maybe 45-50 walking through. The large atrium was the largest and most beautiful in my opinion as it hangs from the ceiling. Other than that, was kind of a let down.

I love this museum. It's a quick museum to go through, as an hour is all you will need, but the glass art is absolutely gorgeous. Pictures, do not do it justice, just like the giant Redwoods you need to see it in person to put it in perspective. Try to go during the week to avoid the large crowds. The outside garden is amazing as it combines nature with the blown glass, to make a really unique visual experience. It's included in the Seattle go pass, so if you plan on going to the Strastoshere and a couple of other attractions I recommend buying the pass, to save some money. Do not skip this museum, you will regret it.

This was worth every penny to see. The sculptures were unreal. We purchased the combo ticket deal of the Space Needle & the museum, if you want to do both I recommend you combining the tickets to save money. We had no line which was perfect, not too crowded. I recommend going as early as you can so you can take your time enjoying all the art. HIGHLY recommend checking this out if you are visiting Seattle.

Pictures really don't do it justice. We had a tour guide show us around, telling the stories behind every piece and how each shape was carefully blown. We also got to see a live glass blowing demonstration that was absolutely wonderful. There are some pieces there that you can use a flashlight on and they almost entirely change colors! Every piece there is stunning! Their gift shop is really cool too.

The art is beautiful! There’s so many cool glass sculptures. Each one is more different and unique than the last. You learn a lot about the artist, Dale Chihuly. We made a reservation online and had no issue getting in a little before our entry time. The museum is somewhat small so you can make it through pretty quickly. I think we finished in about 30 minutes. Although it’s a little pricy, I think it’s still worth a visit. You can also get a great view of the Space Needle from here.

Simply Amazing! I'm not sure what I could say that hasn't already been said. This place was everything you would expect it to be! The artwork was unbelievable! The atmosphere was incredible! When you're looking at the art it has motion and depth! The color is awe inspiring! The details in the glass are stunning. I went on a Saturday and it was very busy! But it is worth it.

Every exhibit is a colorful explosion. well arranged. The displays that were set up on glass surfaces to reveal the reflection or the subtleties beneath each piece were really appealing. Every piece has exquisite artistry, intricate details, and intricacy. Wandering around the exhibit, photographers were taking pictures of you to download for free at a kiosk or to print at home. Throughout the day, there will also be demonstrations of glassblowing. Reliability of most exhibits seems to be fixed, based on visitor-posted photos. It is a rather tiny exhibit for the money, so even though it was gorgeous, I didn't give it five stars.

Wonderful rainy day activity for all ages. Regardless of your love for glass or art, you'll surely find some beautiful photo spots here at Chihuly Garden and Glass. My friend and I loved visiting and seeing the amazing art installations and gardens. There are portions indoors and outdoors, so even when it's rainy, you can enjoy yourself here. We watched a glassmaking demonstration and enjoyed chatting with the artisans afterward. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and open to talking with us. We would gladly come back here.

Beautiful glass art pieces in whimsical shapes and colors! It's amazing. Garden is beautiful both during the day and night time. So you won't go wrong either way. A must go-to when in Seattle. They also have glass blowing demonstrations every hour.

Worth it to visit once! I feel like it’s a must-do experience for those visiting Seattle but the tickets are quite pricey to go again. The exhibits are gorgeous and vibrant, and also so imaginative! A very unique experience. The exhibits haven’t changed much for the last couple of years, so personally I would only go once! It’s also cool to see the Space Needle behind the glass artwork during the outdoor garden portion of the exhibit

One of my fave museums I have ever been to. The art and flowers were beautiful! They have regular demonstrations in the garden. The gift shop is great too. Also, if you go to the space needle you can save $10 on your tickets to this museum.

This is an interesting place to visit, especially if you are artistically inclined. There are beautiful glass pieces, crafted with hard work, immense architectural skills and creativity. Mind boggling and impressive structures. There is a person waiting near each art work, to answer any questions that you may have about the pieces. There's a theater with short videos about the artist himself and how he created various pieces in other countries and held exhibitions. There's a little garden where some more of the glass pieces are installed throughout nature. We were also lucky to catch a live demonstration of the glass blowing process in an outdoor space near the garden. A beautiful view of the Space Needle also as the glass museum is located right next to it.

I didn't expect to love this place as much as I did. It is amazing! The pictures don't do the exhibits justice. They are just so beautiful and vibrant in person. Each exhibit was my favorite for different reasons. Definitely recommend visiting if you can. We purchased a City Pass and I'm glad we took full advantage of it. It's not a very big place so it will take anywhere between 1-1.5 hrs depending on how much time you like to spend. They had an awesome glassblowing exhibit in the garden area. It was so cool to see how they bring their work to life.

Got a ticket through the City Pass and I must say, I was *blown* away by the glass art! Practically incredible and every piece I saw gave me the wow factor. Highly encourage visiting this exhibit and taking your time through each section. There’s a small cinema at the end that plays documentaries dedicated to the maker and I really enjoyed learning more about the history and art.

We had an awesome time at Chihuly. The artwork is beautiful, colorful and challenges your mind (How can they do this? How long must it have taken to put this together?). The museum is not very big, which is particularly good if you're bringing kids - my 6 year old son enjoyed it a lot. They also have live glass-making demos happening every hour by the garden, which was very entertaining and educational. If you're also visiting Space Needle, buy the ticket bundle and you will save $10-15 per person.

The Chihuly Glass Museum is an absolute marvel. The stunning exhibit is a symphony of colors and shapes, showcasing Chihuly's masterpieces that leave you in awe. What sets this experience apart is the insightful demo and documentary explaining the intricate process behind these glass wonders. It adds a layer of appreciation, making the visit not just visually captivating but intellectually stimulating. A must-visit for art enthusiasts and anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the artistry involved.

Seattle's Chihuahua Garden and Glass is a monument to glass as art and features a large portion of Chihuly's work. The long term exhibition features a Glasshouse, an Exhibition Hall containing eight galleries and three drawing walls, and a lush garden that serves as the backdrop of glass sculptures made up of impossible shapes and unbelievably brilliant colors. If Seattle's famous overcast skies leave you feeling washed out, then Chihuly Garden and Glass will surely adds a splash of color to your day.

Amazing pieces by a world-renowned glass artist. Everything is worth photographing. The galleries are spacious and are a bit dark (mostly to emphasize the art presented). The cafe and gift shop are worth checking out. The garden si fun to walk through. One of the staples of this city.

A Seattle gem. This fun museum offers a great perspective into the life of Chihuly. Signs are informative, staff are wonderfully helpful and the bathrooms are clean. The glasshouse is beautiful too, as are the gardens. Glass blowing displays happen frequently throughout the day and are well worth watching. Any talks and displays are included in the ticket price unless otherwise specified. Video gallery is excellent too. Shop is good, though lacks affordable glass souvenirs. Well worth a visit. Combine ticket with the space needle bundle to save.

Very nice way to spend an afternoon in Seattle. I have been in Chihuly expeditions in the past and this is no exception. Always amazed by his talent. It will take about one hour to see everything and take pictures. I didn’t watch the movies but it’s in one theatre area and not part of the exhibitions. The garden was lovely and getting pictures of the art work with the space needle was very cool.

Beautiful glass exhibit. Lots to see and admire. At the end of the exhibit there is also a glass blowing demonstration that is definitely worth watching. I also enjoyed the fact that there were photographers that roamed the exhibit and took free photographs of you that you can later view via online or at the kiosk. I feel like the ticket price was worth what the exhibit had to offer. Definitely worth the visit.

Better than I thought it would be. The family wanted to go. Beautiful glass work and display technique. Lighting is everything... Smallish museum with a theater at the end showing about 5 different short doc films regarding his showings in the distant past. Over all I remained captivated during my 75 minute visit. Cost was high for the tickets but not prohibitive. Value for money was 6/10. Was shocked to learn that it seems almost all of glass work is actually made by his employees... Although some may have his direct oversight/involvement. The let down for me, and why I can not give it a 5 star is that they should absolutely have an area to demonstrate real glass blowing and forming technique at least for a show an hour during admission. Sure... seeing some pieces in person is cooler than seeing it in pictures, but you may have seen plenty of his work in person in spots around the country, notably Vegas.

Surprisingly beautiful art!! I'd seen pics online but they don't do it justice. There is some amazing glass work in there!! It's definitely not a place for small children but my youngest is 10 and he thought it was pretty cool. I love how there is both an indoor and outdoor part to the exhibit. I'd recommend this place to anyone who can appreciate amazing art.

Fantastic museum collection of Dale Chihuly. The glass exhibits are a visual treat full of vibrant colors and aquatic forms. I really like the garden where his forms interact with nature. Although the museum gave a tiny student discount, it must consider consortium with ICOM or AMA etc.

We were thrilled to discover tickets online at a fantastic price, saving us a considerable sum. After a smooth check-in at the booth, we embarked on an enchanting journey, starting with the captivating Chihuly Garden and Glass. For an entire hour, we were mesmerized by the brilliant artistry of Dale Chihuly's glass sculptures, which harmoniously melded with the surrounding lush greenery, creating a dreamlike ambiance that left us awe-inspired. Following this artistic escapade, we made our way to the iconic Space Needle, a symbol of innovation and architectural brilliance. The line to ascend the needle was surprisingly manageable, and before we knew it, we were transported to breathtaking heights, witnessing the city's skyline unfold before our eyes. The panoramic views were nothing short of spectacular, and we relished every moment, taking in the blend of urban splendor and natural beauty. It's worth noting that, much like the ascent, the departure from the Space Needle involved a short wait in line. Yet, this minor inconvenience paled in comparison to the incredible memories we gathered throughout the day. In conclusion, this outing proved to be an unforgettable adventure, from the spellbinding Chihuly exhibit to the exhilarating heights of the Space Needle. We wholeheartedly recommend it to all seeking an exceptional experience in the heart of the city. Whether you're an art enthusiast, an architectural admirer, or simply looking to create lasting memories, this journey promises to exceed your expectations. Don't miss out on this remarkable opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty and wonder that awaits.

TLDR: pricey $35 a ticket and only stayed for 45 minutes but was very nice The museum is next to the Space needle and you can buy a combo ticket if you want to see both because it will be cheaper than buying individually. The glass is very picturesque and is great to look at, I can see the work that was put into it. But for the price and the length of time spent inside, I don’t think it was truly worth it

This is a beautiful exhibit of glass artwork located near the Space Needle at the Seattle Center. One can purchase a package ticket that includes several attractions together. We visited on a weekday last week and there weren't many crowds, making it a pleasant experience. There are also a few other family-friendly attractions in the Seattle Center. This place is a must-visit when you're in Seattle.

An art lovers choice. Amazing designs and colours all in glass. If you don’t care much for art, you’d most likely still appreciate it but may find it a little bit similar stuff as they are all made of glass (as the name depicts) but of different colours and shapes. Worth buying a deal ticket (Space needle, glass garden, boat ride).

Beautiful works of art! Definitely recommend going if you're looking for something laid back to do. Great to pair it with a CityPass so you can see this, the Space Needle and the Pop Museum all at once. We went during the day as we had to head home but would recommend when the sun has gone down so you can appreciate the outdoor glass garden even more. Still exquisite during the day though and would go again to appreciate the sheer talent that is displayed. Even if you're not a fan of glass blowing or art... I can promise you this experience is so worth it. I was in awe the entire time.

Burst of colors with each installation. Beautifully displayed. Especially enjoyed the exhibits that were placed on glass surfaces to show the reflection or the details under each piece. Artistry, intricacies, complexity of each piece were amazing. Photographers were roaming throughout exhibit to take your photos for free download at a kiosk or when you get home. There’s also glass blowing demonstration occurring throughout the day. Based on other visitor’s photo postings- It doesn’t appear that most exhibits will rotate. Although it was beautiful- I didn’t give it five stars since it is a relatively small exhibit for the price.

Awesome sight to see when visiting town. We loved the live glass blowing demo and drinking wine in the garden. I with the garden area was larger to spend more time in but it was still very beautiful. The glass is displayed beautifully and the collection cafe attached was fun to look at also. Gift shop was pretty but pricey so take lots of photos! Also glass for sale from the live demos int he space needle gift shop next door

(Translated by Google) It was a set fee with the Space Needle. The glass is very unique and I felt the strength different from Japan. It was an original and delicate atmosphere. It matched the flowers and trees in the garden and felt like in the sea. (Original) スペースニードルとセット料金でした。 ガラスはとても個性的で日本のとは違う力強さを感じました。独創的で、繊細な雰囲気でした。 庭のお花や木々ともマッチして海の中のような感じもしました。

I really enjoy glass blowing and the history of it all. There are some pretty amazing peices on display. I also learned a lot about Chihuly. For example, you will notice in some pictures Chihuly starts wearing an eyepatch because he went blind in one eye. Many believe he lost his sight due to a glass blowing incident, however it was actually a car accident. Really cool place, the people working there will be quiet but will answer questions if you ask. The reason I took off one star is because the price to go in is expensive for the actual length of the garden.

Visited in Dec 20, Beautiful garden with lots of artefacts and decorations made out of glass, it was open during pandemic and they also have a live glass blowing session wherein volunteer or expert does demonstrate glass blowing and makes artefacts, you have choice to buy the glass articles from gift shop. The room which has a ceiling and floor full of glass bowls is very nice and attractive.

What an amazing experience. We visited Seattle and didn't want to miss the opportunity to visit this colorful indoor-outdoor gallery. The glass sculptures - from chandeliers to sea creatures to plants - are simply stunning. I've taken photographs every time I've visited but two-dimensional pictures do not do justice to seeing them for real in 3-D.

You are not allowed to take your mask off to take pictures. You pay so much money to go in for nothing. No argue, the art is amazing and I loved it, but pictures with a mask on is not acceptable in such places where they already send certain number of people in even before COVID.

Wow! Not only did we get to learn about the unique life this artist lived, but we were able to watch another local artist share with us the craft of glass blowing and learn about the techniques. Each piece created for visitors to experience in real time can be found below the Space Needle and the proceeds from each sale are given back to the local art community to continue growing and inspiring others!

I missed visiting last time I was in Seattle but not this time! The Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit is absolutely beautiful! We were fortunate to be visiting in October when the trees and leaves were in full fall colors too. It is located next to the Space Needle so you can conveniently do both in one day. There are indoor and outdoor exhibits so it helps if the weather cooperates. It is a self-guided tour so you can leisurely make the rounds if desired. They also offer a quick glass blowing demo to show how a "simple" vase is made, which was nice. Highly recommend!!!

Chihuly is beautiful, bright, and colorful. It is family friendly, and you must spent at least a good hour or two! All the glass is very unique and colorful! Try to capture as much as you can with your camera! Try to go with the guided tour speaker and also try to watch the glass making next to the furnace. Really recommend it when visiting Seattle. Enjoy!

One of my favorite places to visit downtown, worth the $30. Chihuly Garden and Glass is magical, an excellent representation of “art imitates life”. Some rooms feel like being underwater, and although it’s not labeled an immersive experience, it feels like one. There's an excellent view of the Space Needle from the garden… it looks beautiful when it’s sunny, when it’s raining, and when it’s covered in snow! The people doing glass blowing demos are entertaining, informative, and I love the museum’s mission to give back to the local arts community through store sales. Whole experience takes 1-2 hours to go through.

  • 5/5 Craig P. 2 years ago on Google
Chihuly Gardens is a well-thought out, beautiful museum. Truly, some of the wildest, most beautiful glass sculptures will be found in this museum. The glass sculptures are a testament to creativity. You go in here not expecting much, but these sculptures really blow your mind & make you wonder how him & his team just find a way to make beautiful magic. You can also sit in on a glass blowing demonstration right outside of the glasshouse in the gardens. It's also next to the Space Needle, so you can walk right over to view that.

My wife and niece came here with me on a cloudy June day. We parked in the Mercer Street parking garage for $25. We chose to come after 6pm and these tickets were $30 each for adults. Pay attention to the website date and time to make sure you choose the correct ticket. It's a little confusing at first. Once inside the exhibit, it's a treat for your eyes. The contrast of color and dark background is stunning. Room after room, the displays are breathtaking. Perfectly isolated, it's hard to see how these are displayed without stands or something. Amazing. The glasshouse is also beautiful and different than the previous displays. The garden is as different too. It's like an alien planet in my opinion. The scale of some of the installations are large and look so fragile. Very good museum and experience. Well worth the trip, parking, walk to Seattle Center. A must see glass art exhibit! ~ Jack

Great place to visit! We had chanced on a Chiluly exhibit at the Phoenix Botanical Garden so this was one place we wanted to see on our third trip to Seattle. Getting more education about the artist from signs and several short films in the theater really gave us a better understanding of this art rather than just an aesthetic warm glow. Definitely worth seeing (even though the ticket prices do seem a bit steep).

Gorgeous glass museum! I was completely overwhelmed by the beauty of the sculptures. Each room is a different experience in his work. It's right next to the Needle and is a great experience!

My only qualm was that the theater was not very big! Many people huddled at the entrances to the theater space, straining to see whatever clips or documentary they were playing. This is a beautiful space to look at, though it only takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour to go through the whole place. I have been told if you love this and want to see more, the Glass Museum in Tacoma also had pieces by this amazing artist!

  • 5/5 Andrew D. 11 months ago on Google
If you do not take time to go here while you are in Seattle, you are missing out. My wife and I visited a year ago and we have constantly talked about it. We were so excited to go today. We watched the glass blowing demonstration, such detail work, and of course the museum and gardens are beautiful. Multiple times we sat there and watched the light come through the different pieces and each coming through differently with each view. The integration with nature out in the garden flows effortlessly and brings a feeling of peace as you walk through. This place is beautiful and will come again when visiting Seattle.

What an amazing place. The glass art is extraordinary. Huge displays and sculptures in the museum displaying all kind of colors and shapes. From bowls to gigantic sculptures. Even a glass house which ceiling is covered from one end to the other with hand blown glass. There is a garden which is full of beautiful flowers and plants but also has glass art scattered in the garden. There were huge sculptures outdoors as well. This is glass art like I've never seen before. The artist truly was a visionist and creator of magical pieces. I highly recommend visiting this museum. It's unforgettable.

The sculptures were very beautiful and the way they are formed is so just awesome. Without any doubt going to Chihuly Garden and Glass is a great opportunity to take advantage of! Plus, you get a great view of the Space Needle as you enter the garden dome.

Different museum with glass sculptures and a garden. Recommend the visit if either you like art museums or if you are visiting the space needle and have time. The museum itself is small and simple with an expensive ticket. However it is a one of a kind so I would still recommend it.

  • 5/5 Asad S. 9 months ago on Google
It’s a glass museum. While that sounds very boring this place is honestly lit. The vibes are chill and the sculptures are really cool to look at. Admission prices aren’t horrible when bundled with the Needle Tour. Overall I would recommend this spot in a trip up to Seattle!

Glass? A 10 and a 14 year old? I honestly wasn't sure how well this stop would go over with my kids. They were BOTH enamored with this museum. The glass pieces were exquisite and stunning in a variety of shapes, sizes, textures, and colors. With both indoor and outdoor exhibits, the glass was able to capture your attention despite (or perhaps as a result) of the surroundings. A must see.

What a beautiful exhibit of Chihuly glass art. I’ve seen his pieces in multiple locations in New York City Washington DC and in Philadelphia. But this was the largest collection of Chihuly glass, and the setting setting of the way they presented. It is absolutely amazing. There are several photographers walking around to take pictures for you free of charge.

The glass here is incredible! All the exhibits are very beautiful and displayed in a very nice way. There are good places to take photos are just appreciate the artwork. We also saw a glass blowing demonstration which was incredible! The museum itself doesn’t have too many exhibits, we only spent around 45 - 60 minutes here, but it is definitely worth it if you like art or photography, especially if you get it with the space needle ticket. This is a great museum that far exceeded my expectations!

Must visit in Seattle. Chihuly Gardens and Glass left me in awe. I have such an appreciation for the amount of work that it takes to work with blown glass and seeing the work of Dale Chihuly and his artists was awesome. His pieces are beautiful and everything at Chihuly Garden and Glass left me in awe. He considered everything from the shape of the glasshouse to the way the glass reflected on exhibit, and even the orbs in the garden that reflect the Space Needle. We did the audio tour that is located on the website and then once through the glass house and outdoors we participated in a short guided tour. We took our time, sitting on the benches in the different rooms to listen to the audio and then exploring the pieces. I’d recommend the audio tour so you’re able to learn more of the history of the pieces and the inspiration. It’s probably better to visit with older kids as younger ones may get bored quickly or want to touch.

Beside space needle, you can get the ticket from the kiosk at the entrance and it only takes few minutes. Weekend are extremely busy, be prepared with hundreds of people in the same room. The glass are just art, vibrant colour in contrary but syncs in harmony, the imagination and creativity is so unique that actually make you stare for minutes. I see ocean, garden, and the strong vitality and depth. Misshaped lives screams and shout, they could turn into creatures anytime! This is a must go!

Incredible! Not to be missed if you’re in the Seattle area. Chihuly Garden and Glass is a magical and enchanting place. It’s difficult to imagine how these tremendous, elaborate pieces were placed into this building. The pieces shown here are captivating. They have movement, as they are still, and they will move you. Dale Chihuly will always be the master of glass.

Every minute spent here was in the awe of the unique creations..the works of artists is incredible and history associated is even more interesting. You name a color and you’ll find it created in this unique work of art. Loved every piece exhibited. The place is open all year round - whether you are a visitor in summer or a Seattelite finding to do things on gray winter days, definitely plan a visit here. It is located in Seattle center so many other things to do here too.
