Okay.
This
is
gonna
be
a
long
one
but
ill
try
to
stick
to
the
facts.
We
made
our
reservations
a
couple
months
in
advance,
we
were
going
to
make
the
trip
from
vancouver
to
seattle
and
stay
at
Hotel
Hotel.
Problem
#1:
the
conversion
of
CAD
to
USD
had
us
very
confused
because
we
thought
we
were
paying
$400
but
we
ended
up
paying
$600
for
the
booking
for
4
nights.
Ouch.
This
qas
our
fault
though
because
we
totally
forgot
to
budget
for
the
exchange
rate
which
is
just
a
rookie
travelling
mistake.
Our
room
was
the
private
ensuite,
and
we
were
not
only
pleasantly
surprised
by
the
interior
in
the
main
entrance
of
the
hostel
but
were
very
happy
with
our
room.
The
decor
is
really
nice
and
simple
but
still
stylish
and
it
has
lots
of
windows
facing
out
into
the
street.
The
bathroom
is
sort
of
strangely
broken
up
into
different
rooms
but
its
not
terrible.
The
bed
is
super
comfy,
very
large
(i
think
its
a
king).
You
dont
need
to
bring
sheets
but
there
is
no
maid
service
so
they
wont
get
cleaned
during
your
stay.
There
is
free
breakfast
from
7am
to
10
am
that
consists
of
toast,
peanut
butter,
corn
flakes,
raisin
bran,
orange
and
banana
slices,
and
coffee.
The
room
comes
witha
hair
dryer
but
u
need
to
bring
your
own
shower
supplies
(you
can
take
a
trip
to
Walgreens
if
you
have
to).
The
main
issue
was
this:
the
garbage
trucks.
3
mornings
in
a
row
at
6
am
a
huge
garbage
truck
would
rattle
down
the
alley
DIRECTLY
UNDERNEATH
the
windows
behind
the
bed
and
it
woke
us
up
every
morning.
It
was
so
noisy.
I
was
baffled
that
the
garbage
truck
came
three
mornings
in
a
row
because
im
used
to
the
garbage
truck
only
comingonce
a
week.
It
was
a
tragedy.
Really
the
worst
part
about
the
room
was
that.
Also,
the
wifi
in
the
room
is
iffy
and
theres
no
tv
except
for
in
the
common
kitchen.
The
neighbourhood
of
Fremont
is
beautiful
and
theres
lots
to
do
just
in
the
close
vicinity
of
the
hostel
itself
which
is
a
plus.
All
in
all,
a
very
decent
place
to
stay
but
im
not
sure
if
it
saved
us
much
money
if
we
had
stayed
in
am
actual
hotel
instead
(which
was
the
reason
we
chose
a
hostel
in
the
first
place).
However,
the
hostel
experience
was
nice
a
very
casual.
