I got the sipping chocolate. The staff is very nice and friendly here. There is a good amount of seating as wel... People often mention chocolate, coffee, sipping, good, marshmallow,

Vibrant chocolate maker/ cafe right under the market main floor. It’s busy, but not too busy. We stopped by, dog in tow, to replenish our energy banks with coffee and one of the best dark chocolate chunk, cocoa nib, sea salt cookies I’ve ever had. Excellent recommendation by Indi staff there. I’ll definitely be back to try the sipping chocolate!

I'm writing this review while still savouring their signature single origin hot chocolate. Got to know about Erin's passion for chocolate and their 'bean-to-bar' story as part of Eat Seattle food tour and came back to explore more. This is definitely a must stop for anything related to chocolate. I've never had a better chocolate chip cookie than theirs 😍

Although the sipping chocolate was great, it’s not the best I have tried and that’s why I took a star off. But I am excited to try their hot chocolate next time I go. My friend got a mocha and she loved it. Would highly recommend this place.

This amazing little cafe plays host to the best hot chocolate I've ever had. Hidden away in the heart of Pikes Place Market this absolute gem of a chocolatiers is an absolute must visit if you're anywhere in the area. I ordered the 12oz drinking chocolate with a vanilla roasted marshmallow as well as another drinking chocolate with a mole spiced marshmallow and a cocoa nib truffle. They roast the made in house marshmallows right in front of you and while slightly apprehensive at the thought of a mole marshmallow I was pleasantly surprised by how well it paired with the rich chocolate flavors of the hot cocoa. They also had a chai tea flavored marshmallow that I simply could not leave with out trying so I tried the chai s'more and was not dissatisfied in the slightest. We got to speak with the owner Erin for a moment and she told us how she started her business. Overall the Indi chocolate cafe and store is an amazing part of Pike place with decadent chocolate treats, friendly helpful staff and even a good selection of chocolate related gifts to share with others, (or keep for yourself). I hope to return again soon to enjoy everything they have to offer.

Got coffee and lemon bars from here twice. The Biscuits are from right next door. The coffee and lemon bars were so good, we brought people back a second time. Great view of the water and a lot less crowded. This is the place to go for peaceful coffee with a view.

It was such a joy to get to see the sweets assembled by hand at the cafe/factory.  The optional torch toasted marshmallow was the crowning highlight to the delicious single origin drinking chocolate i received at Indi Chocolates. Highly recommended

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The sitting area was warm and comfortable even with the really cold temperatures outside. I got some nice freshly roasted coffee there and some drinks and pastries. They freshly bake goods there and everything was so good! I’m really glad I visited. Definitely order a drink there if you are at Pike Place Market.

Stopped in by chance waiting for my wife to finish shopping at pikes market. And to my surprise a fresh batch of fresh chocolate chip cookie was fresh from the oven. The smell was delightfully and the taste was amazing. So much so that we had to come back for more.

This place was a great warm treat for us on a chilly day. The chocolate was super rich and unique. Their sipping chocolate is like drinking a candy bar! Highly recommend.

My first stop whenever I visit Seattle Pike Place. The coffee is strong, the chocolate dark or light depending on how you like it and the staff sweet as can be! I ordered a dirty chai latte with some extra spice and it was delicious! Their gifts are also a great selection and reasonably priced too.

Cafe was cool inside with options for chocolates and coffee. If you like lavender they have a lavender black tea!

Their hot chocolate is overly sweet, didn't like it. Good quality single origin doesn't need this much sugar, it's ruining the taste. Truffles were really good though and the place is nice. EDIT, thank you for your answer but I did order regular hot dark chocolate, so you're replying about a different drink I didn't try. All the best!

This is a cool and fun place to go visit while you're at Pike Place, especially if you love chocolate. It's all responsible/sustainable/buzzwordy chocolate they make in house. The coffee wasn't bad either. For our money, the brownie was good, but that chocolate cookie is where you'll find Nirvana. Staff was super friendly as well

The Best Place! We love it 😍 The staff's attention is great, the way they do their job is beautiful, a smile at all times! 👌🏼 Everything is delicious, but our favorite is the Drinking Chocolate with an extra toasted marshmallow! 🤩☕️ It's extremely delicious! Whether it's vanilla or chai! The drink is super foamy, with a perfect temperature and the flavor is simply delicious! We spent less than 30 dollars and we were 5 people, totally recommended 😉. The best place to enjoy! 💖💫

Such amazing and delectable treats! Had truffles, the salted chocolate chip cookie, sipping chocolate, and a cortado. The BEST cortado I have ever had, and the cookie tasted heavenly homemade. The sipping chocolate was decadent and smooth! This is my new favorite place!

The atmosphere is really spacious but it doesn't feel empty. Even as there are just a few people here, as most folks are in and out in minutes. There is just enough background noise from machines working to drown out any feeling that you are alone. The smells of chocolate, coffee, and food in the air, will pick up your soul and give it a warm hug. I ordered their signature coffee and it is a dark roast with a robust flavor profile. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
