Booked on Hotel Tonight for 3 days because of easy access by bus to NYC and unbeatable price. Wildly exceeded my expectations. Light and airy interior public space lifts your spirits when you enter, the exact opposite of when you enter so many other suburban hotels. Large two room apartment to stay in. Great water pressure. Super clean and comfortable, really liked the bed. High floor gave me wonderful views. Across the street is the bus stop to NYC and bus drops you off at hotel driveway on return trip. Short walk to all Harmon Meadow shopping and eats. Food in hotel surprisingly tasty, muffin and coffee in morning, Italian restaurant for dinner. All interactions with staff were friendly and productive. People -- stay here on NYC trips, save hundreds nightly on lodging, 20-25 minute bus ride to midtown (shorter and more pleasant than a lot of subway rides to midtown from other parts of Manhattan and the city), frequent service including early and late time periods on the 320 bus. Definitely staying here again and again.

We stayed 3 nights at this location. The front desk was very generous and friendly. They even gave us the free upgrade to have an extra bed in the room for the kid. The room was neat and the bed was comfortable. Only reason I didn't give 5-star was the room service never stopped by to refill the coffee and towels and never emptied the trash can during our stay. Otherwise it was great experience.

This hotel is amazing! Friendly staff, clean nice rooms! FREE BREAKFAST!!! Like hash browns, eggs, waffles, fruit, apple, orange & grape juice, milk (whole, skim) pastries, yogurt, oatmeal etc. Great location too! Several nice restaurants within walking distance, super nice Walmart across the street. Great price and just overall my favorite hotel now. The ONLY thing I could say negative would be the pool area needs a good cleaning, plus the water was very cloudy and didn’t seem to be too clean as there was debris (hair, rubber bands) floating in it. There was a bunch of white stuff outside the pool up against the wall as well, I’m not sure if it was paint or those white flying bugs…. However, I could care less about the pool because EVERYTHING else was top notch! Free parking as well!!!! Great job hotel staff & management!!!

I recently had an unfortunate experience during my stay at Harmony Suites, and I feel compelled to share my feedback with potential guests. While the hotel itself had several positive aspects, the issue I encountered left me deeply dissatisfied. Upon my departure from Harmony Suites, I was surprised to find that the hotel did not return my deposit, despite having received a confirmation void receipt. I was assured that this matter would be promptly resolved, and I patiently awaited the refund. However, my subsequent attempts to contact the hotel regarding this issue have proven to be futile, as they consistently fail to answer my calls. This unfortunate turn of events has left me with a bitter taste, and I must stress the importance of exercising caution when booking a stay at Harmony Suites. While the hotel may appear appealing, it is crucial to factor in an additional $250 as an unforeseen expense—tips, as it seems. This unwarranted extra cost is not only an inconvenience but also an unpleasant surprise for any guest. I would like to caution potential guests against booking a stay at Harmony Suites unless they are prepared to set aside an extra $250 for unexpected expenses, or they are confident that the hotel has addressed the deposit refund issue. I hope that my experience serves as a valuable reminder to thoroughly research any establishment before making reservations, ensuring a more enjoyable and hassle-free stay.

Pros: -it's clean -great location and close to a lot of big chain stores and restaurants. -nice and filling breakfast -cozy -great shower pressure -decently priced -quiet Cons: -rooms are outdated -staff could be a little friendlier -dark rooms, need more sunlight and windows -one bed was too firm, the other bed was softer and more comfortable. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely be back.

I’m leaving this review while still checked in after my first night. This place is not only beautiful but also smells amazing all the time, alluring REAL hanging plants, kind and generous staff, clean comfortable room (booked a double bed one room suite with my 3 daughters ages 9,16 & 17), quiet hallways, fast elevator, fast & hassle free check in ( you must pay 2 transactions $250 deposit then separate transaction for room charge ). The free breakfast is very nice and the manager gave us free Harmony Suites since bags 😊, staff makes the waffles for you, great coffee. Pool is a smaller area and very warm. There are many different nationalities of people staying here and no signs of racism or hateful behavior. I searched and searched for a suitable hotel in the area close to Dream Works and I couldn’t be happier with this decision. My kids also mentioned this is just what they needed and they feel comfortable here. The internet speed is fantastic. I read all the bad reviews and I’m not sure why people believe it’s necessary to downgrade such an amazing establishment with minor flaws. The pros absolutely outweigh the cons. Book it and stop looking… you’re welcome. 😉

I was nervous because of some negative reviews, but my experience was really lovely. The hotel always smelled nice, was well-maintained, and the hanging live plants really added to the pleasant experience. I did not get to use the pool since we came from Waterworks at American Dream but it looked big enough and clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and really helped us out with whatever we needed. Like others have mentioned, the room with 2-King beds has 1 bed in the “living room” next to the couch but I did not mind it since I was traveling with family. Sure, the rooms have some signs of wear here and there, but it was clean and I really appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was the same in the two days that I was there but everything was delicious, especially the made to order waffles (kids liked the chicken nuggets at breakfast 😄) I would definitely stay here again when I explore all the other attractions at American Dream. There’s a bus close by that goes direct, or it’s a quick Uber ride. Hotel is easily accessible to and from NYC by bus, and is next to a lot of restaurants and the Meadowlands Convention Center.

I was very nervous because of these negative reviews, however after 2 nights stay I would say it turned out to be a very pleasant experience! The staff were helpful, informative and professional, they are constantly checking the entrances to ensure the safety protocols are met, guests are required to swipe their card for access. The room we stayed in was actually comfortable and clean, close to the elevator which is convenient. Breafast is not fancy but can’t complain, variety and quality are both great. The only tiny thing was the housekeeping staff didn’t show up even we requested. There’s a bus going to NYC right across the street, also 5 minutes drive to America Dream! Will definitely recommend!

The rooms are extremely clean and nice! We traveled here to see NYC and this was the best reviewed hotel for the price, which the pricing is great! I recommend this so much if you want to travel to New York City! The view we got from our hotel room is absolutely incredible! Also I saw the owner and he is very nice and gave us bags! This hotel is overall amazing! 🗽

I recently visited Secaucus for a business trip and was looking for a hotel that would be comfortable and spacious for me and my colleagues. While I was looking around online, I found this hotel that was located near the area where I needed to be and was within my budget. I stayed there with my colleagues and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and they had everything you could think of. The breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Secaucus.

I found the hotel while searching online for hotels in Secaucus and I read up on the reviews and saw that it was a very stylish hotel with a lot to offer guests. When I arrived at the hotel, I was really impressed with the place. It was very clean and well-kept with a lot of amenities that made our stay more comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, and it was definitely worth spending money for. Highly recommended for families, friends and business travelers alike.

This hotel was a nightmare. When we got there, the whole hotel had a weird smell. The room smelled like mold and the AC filter was disgusting, it was last changed on February and we stayed here in November. There was mold and dust all over the room and the pillows were stained. It looked nothing like the pictures, horrible experience do not stay here it’s a huge waste of money.

Loved this place! Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast and great location. It took us 15 minutes on the #320 bus to be in Times Square and less to be at Penn Station, the subway gateway to NYC. Free parking garage next to the hotel. Any number of restaurants within easy walking distance and both a Walmart and Sam’s Club in 10 minute easy walk. Good access to major highways and comfortable drive to the airport. Our go to accommodation next time we visit New York

This is a comfortable hotel with decent breakfast but the best is the location. Bus #320 takes right to NY Port Authority terminal. The room was not cleaned the second day and when asked, they insisted to have informed earlier and they provide room service from only 9AM to 3PM. This is not expected from a big hotel with several rooms. The staff was friendly, particularly Mr. Sid who immediately provided additional towels etc.

It was a great hotel! Perfect for quick stays. The only downside was their free internet was so slow because many people were using it. There was free breakfast, but the food wasn’t that great. We booked a room suitable for 4, with one queen bed and one pull out bed. The room was comfy and cozy so that was good! Overall good choice for staying in Secaucus. Perfect opportunity to go to American dream mall!

Had an amazing stay at this place! The staff was super friendly, breakfast was excellent, and it's conveniently located. A quick bus ride to Times Square and Penn Station, plus free parking. Plenty of nearby restaurants and even a Walmart and Sam's Club within a 10-minute walk. Easy access to highways and a comfy drive to the airport. Despite initial worries from negative reviews, my experience was lovely. Definitely our go-to place for the next New York visit!

We have stayed here several times. Every time is a delight. Rooms are extremely spacious and clean. Room amenities are on point and if you need anything the front desk are very kind and will help. Complimentary breakfast has everything for anyone and is hot and yummy. Location is close to everything including NYC or at very least any transportation into city. This place is worth the money. You won't be disappointed

Will definitely recommend! The check in was smooth and the ambience is extraordinary. The main area of the hotel is beautiful and smelled really good. Our room was nice, a king suite. This is a comfortable hotel with decent breakfast but the best is the location. Bus #320 takes right to NY Port Authority terminal.

I always wanted to stay at a hotel with a cozy and homey feel to it and I found that with Harmony Suites. The decoration is like a home and the rooms are spacious, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The amenities are amazing, from the 24 hour fitness center to the swimming pool, the place is really a home away from home. Oh, and the price is really affordable for a suite. Overall, it was a really great experience.

I have traveled for work 2-5 days a week for 15 years. Service is a joke. I checked in yesterday and couldn’t even get in the hotel without a keycard — IT WAS 3:30pm! I had my dogs in hand - and the desk clerk asked “ you have dogs right?” Yes… you’re looking at them. Well you will need to come pay for the dog fee… but I just swiped my card for $250 for incidentals… hotel doesn’t save card and you have to pay for everything independently. Breakfast line was nearly 30 minutes long. Called front desk to ask for late checkout, I was fine with the $30 an hour charge for one hour…. But I was told I had to get up and go downstairs that second to lay the $30 lol. What’s the point of late checkout then? I stayed here for the convenience… nothing about this place outside of the location is convenient.

This hotel is very pretty and clean. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are huge. The beds are comfortable. 2 big nice tvs in each room. The negatives are, the cleaner/air freshener is very strong. The rooms will not get down to 65 degrees even when it is 60 degrees outside. We called maintenance the first and told us they will not get that cool. So he brought us 2 fans.

This place is a hidden gem! My most recent stay was my 3rd time at the Harmony Suites for a staycation. I had a great experience, this time the breakfast was free and had a great selection of quick bites to eat as well as some fresh pastries. They were very accommodating letting me extend my stay for an hour letting me get some more rest. The rooms are always clean and the bed is always comfy. The only con is that there is no AC, theres a fan system but that barely gets the job done. I spent most of my day in my room until dinner where this hotel is conveniently located near tons of options. The main area is very dream like where it feels like an oasis with all the green vines hanging from each floor with the natural sun light peaking through. It's really nice for a photo. Overall, the rooms feel dated but are super big and gets the job done. Breakfast is free in the morning if you want a quick bite. The hotel is in a convenient location and has free parking.

This is one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are huge and have a small apartment feel. The breakfast is good. Service was wonderful and the hotel was just beautiful with how it’s designed and decorated. I’d defiantly stay here next time I’m in the area.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting NYC. The bus stops right outside the hotel and takes you to the heart of the city in under half an hour. And it’s only 4 bucks! The rooms are spacious and clean too and breakfast is also included. A real gem of a find!

Harmony Suites Secaucus Meadowlands exceeded my expectations during my recent stay. The spacious rooms were well-appointed and provided a comfortable retreat. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The pool facility was clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The well-equipped gym allowed me to maintain my fitness routine. The hotel's easy access to NYC via the bus service made exploring the city convenient. Being close to the American Dream Mall added to the overall experience. The availability of a meeting room was a bonus for business travelers. Overall, Harmony Suites Secaucus Meadowlands offers a combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the New York City area.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and facility was nice and clean. When we walked into our suite, there was a welcome basket full of snacks for us. The suite itself, was nice and spacious. Also, I loved that they offered free full breakfast and it stayed open much later than any where else I’ve been, which allowed us to be able to sleep in a little later. The location is in a prime area with a lot of food and shopping near by including American Dream and MetLife Stadium. Over all I would definitely recommend this place and will be back on my next visit to Jersey

It was a great experience. Rooms are very spacious. Had a free delicious breakfast. And enjoyed a lot by accessing facilities like pool & Gym facility. Easily access by bus to NYC and American dream mall & MetLife stadium. And also they have the meeting rooms as well. Recommended!

Beautiful hotel and truly great service. We paid a little extra to have a 2 room suite and I highly recommend it. Plenty of amenities, pool open early and late, free easy parking, the whole building even smelled good. It was immaculately clean with staff on top of everything. They allowed me a slightly early check-in without informing them ahead of time and I really appreciated that.

We thought we were getting a 4star experience wihe Booking this hotel. We did not get that with our stay. I dont know who is writing all these 5 satr reviews for this hotel but it is really suspicious after experiencing what this hotel has to offer which is pretty basic ,and that's putting it nicely. My advice for anyone thinking of staying here is to check out the reviews with 1-3 stars. They are a more accurate description/depiction of what you will be getting into with your stay. Good luck.

Stayed here for 5 nights from the week of June 15 to June 20. We had the 2 bedroom suite. The hospitality was great. Here are the. problems we had with room 304. The hallway lights didn’t work. The bathroom sink stopped didn’t work so we had to just keep the stopper out. I can’t stand up long and have to use the tub. The tub was broken and it wouldn’t keep the water in the tub. I reported the issues and maintenance came quickly. The tub or sink could’ve be fixed. They gave me some tape so we rigged some plastic and tape over the bath drain to stop the water from running out. I had to do this for five days. My daughter slept on the sofa bed and had a few red spots on her legs. I looked but didn’t see anything on the couch. They painted the pool so we couldn’t use the pool for two days. The restaurant inside was not open during my stay. The breakfast was the best part of the hotel. I did report these issues to the manager and he did apologize. I fault like the owed me a discount for that stay. Overall not too bad of a hotel. 3/5

I traveled to Secaucus with my friends and family to celebrate a milestone birthday and decided to stay at this hotel. The location is great and it was super easy to find parking. We were warmly welcomed at the reception and they were very helpful with our queries. The room was huge and the amenities were more than I expected. I would definitely book a room here again!

I love the interior setup of this hotel. Makes you feel like your outside. Kind of makes it a little more intimate...or at least changes the feel of the hotel atmosphere. We had a corner room, yet it was still spacious enough to be considered comfy. We had a fridge and microwave as well. There is a small section where they sell snacks and the like that compliment the restaurant and pool here. Was alot better than I thought it would be.

The lobby looked OK but the rooms are absolutely vile. The nets and curtains are brown like they are cigarette smoke stained and decor cheap and stuck in the 80's. The rooms smell musty and I could feel dust on my chest and I don't even have breathing issues! If you do have asthma/copd etc do not stay here as the rooms and pungent air fresheners will take your breath away. I understand you want the hotel to smell nice but to that extent isn't healthy.

I could not have been more pleased! Hotel rooms were spacious and the staff agreeable and accommodating. In addition, the breakfast selection was top notch and the hotel had excellent amenities ! The City is only a 10-15 minute bus ride (bus stop right across the street), and there are numerous restaurants in close proximity to the hotel (walking distance). I HIGHLY recommend staying there! One of the best hotels I've been in!!!!

So, let me give you the lowdown on Harmony Suites Hotel in NJ. The room? Well, it was a tad tight, but hey, the view was a nice trade-off. The bathroom? Decent, nothing to write home about. Now, breakfast – it was just okay. Not a mind-blower, but they did have a bunch of options, so that's a plus. And bonus, it was free. Now, let's talk service. It was pretty good, no complaints there. And let's not forget the location – prime spot! There's a bus stop right across the street, making life a whole lot easier. In a nutshell, Harmony Suites Hotel isn't going to blow your mind, but it's a solid option. Tight rooms, decent breakfast, and a handy location. If you're after convenience and a comfy stay, it's definitely worth a look.

We stayed at the Harmony Suites in Secaucus, NJ in a two bedroom suite. The hotel was fantastic—it was extremely clean, the service was friendly and warm and the rooms were spacious, quiet and well appointed. Two gentlemen checked us in at night (around 5:30pm) and they were so kind, friendly and helpful to me and my family. I had just come from having surgery in NYC and had to go back for a check-up the next morning, the two men at the front desk couldn’t do enough to ensure we were comfortable. Hotels all over the US should model their service after this hotel. Five * experience. We’ll be back.

The staff were helpful, informative and professional, they are constantly checking the entrances to ensure the safety protocols are met. We were staying here for a Giants game and I’m very glad I booked this hotel. The rooms have some signs of wear here and there, but it was clean and I really appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. We had a great experience in this hotel, very clean, excellent breakfast, easy check in/out, attentive staff and safe. Definitely I would come back. Recommended 200%.

By far the worst hotel I have ever been to! If I were you I would spend your money somewhere else especially how the manager, doesn't care for the safety and wellbeing's of her hotel guests. The hotel had given individuals I did not know my information and my room number! These individuals came banging on my door at 6am in the morning. That is invasion of my privacy and is against the law. I specifically asked the individuals how they found my room and began to express how the front desk even offered them a room key since they said knew me when they didn’t. The hotel disregards the safety their customers and does not follow hotel procedures at all. This is ridiculous to think that random people were able have find my room without any verification as well as authorization. Finally, after speaking with customer service and explaining the situation, they have told me they would call me back to address the matter and seemed to do so by never calling back and pretending like this never happened when I kept calling. Not to mention, there was a was a police report filed. I would advise any individual looking for a hotel to stay away from this terrible hotel.
